I was waiting for the cops to pull him through the window and do a Rodney King on him. Bravo Zulu to the cops for not escalating the matter. However, if a latino or black guy did the same thing, I bet they would be window sucked pretty quick.

Those are all border patrol checkpoints. Welcome to the southwest of the USA. Travel anywhere in southern Cali, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas, and you will drive thru many of these types of “Immigration Checkpoints”

Those checkpoints are dangerous, by stopping all traffic on interstate highways, and people have died in crashes at those checkpoints, where some driver did not slow and stop.

Check the statistics, ALL of those checkpoints make very few immigration arrests. They are there as a ‘show’ to the Amerikan public. ie; a big waste of your tax $.

We are now officially worse than occupied Poland in 1940.

Why vote…..is/has any current candidate stated that they will reverse this gestapo trend? Is this the type of America that we want to leave for our children amd grandchildren???

One day in the future, our children will ask us….”grandma/grandpa, what did you do in the times of great troubles”?

Shame on you—U.S. border patrol—hang your heads in shame!

Be aware all police (federal & local), the public is becoming tired of the abuses commited by some of your people. Ha. Just a couple of weeks ago, the 90-something former governor of Arizona, Raul Castro (no, not THAT Raul Castro), was pulled over by the Border Patrol on I-19 south of Tucson while he was returning from a visit to Nogales. It took the BP something like an HOUR, while Castro sat in his car in midday temps approaching 100 degrees, before they let him pass. Now, the press reports didn’t say whether Castro’s car sat idling with the a/c running, but the pullover spot was next to an air conditioned trailer where they detail suspected illegal aliens.

So what if your grandparents were from Poland? I’ll even accept anecdotal evidence from your grandmother that today’s U.S. is “officially worse” (your words) than Nazi-occupied Poland. So let’s hear your parallel stories, if you have any.

You and I posted the exact same story about former Governor Castro at almost exactly the same time. So we agree 100% when that occurs, something is terribly wrong.

Yet, I didn’t go off into the Nazi orbit. You did. I can be as critical of the USG as the next guy, but people who play the Nazi card better have a Royal Flush when they do.

I was agreeing with the header.

And I truely believe that we are already holding a Royal Flush. TSA, DEA and a multitude of regulatory agencies are proof enough for me.

DOJ , ATF and AG Holder admit that they turned 2000 guns out to the criminal underworld.

Those guns will be killing innocent people for many years to come.

You are correct , I need to be holding a Royal Flush.

An illegal immigrant checkpoint in the Southwest: You show your driver’s license and you move on. Perhaps if our police had been checking IDs for the past 25 years, we wouldn’t have 15 million illegals in the US. I wonder if this gent in the above video worked for the ACLU possibly? Nice camera shot set up from the passenger’s seat. (Just like it was planned that way. Imagine that.) I have been driving in the US since 1968, long before there was a illegal immigrant problem here. If he would have spoken to a cop like this in 1970, he would have had a nightstick shoved up his ass in a heartbeat.

SSS, TJ is correct.
As far as freedom as pertaining to privacy and travel we are already further down the rabbit hole than the jack-booted thugs that hammered Poland into submission ever dared imagined.
Hitler only dreamed at the sort of control via surveillance, ID’s , permits and thousands of gigs of data from the alphabet agencies and social networking sites the Thugacracy has on the American public.
It’s mid boggling to say the least.
At least there where those in Nazi Poland who possessed the wiles to avoid the Nazi checkpoint and feed , clothing and hide themselves effectively.
Try earning a living, feeding ,clothing and hiding your family in today’s checkpoint society sans your papers.
And.this is what GHWB meant when he talked about the NWO and its thousands point of light. Those thousands point would all be shining in your face as you go about your daily business.

Flash what is your analysis on the above post?

flash
flash
July 14, 2012 8:59 am

Sensetti,
Nothing good has come to the US via unfettered third world immigration .
That said , the very agencies who’ve allowed the illegal immigration problem to fester , now attempt to contain it by applying a lethal choke hold on innocent and guilty alike .

Apparently the Thugacracy can only operate at the extremes. First there is lackadaisical concern for an obvious problem that festers and grows until it can no longer be ignored and then when an attempt is made to rectify the problem, then solution involves bludgeoning one and all with the same freedom bashing hammer.

US citizens have an explicit right to travel which does not apply to illegal alien.
So the question is, does the police state posses the authority to stop every vehicle traveling in the USA to prevent illegal aliens from traveling?
Are we as citizens traveling in our vehicles still from search of our papers by the 4th Amendment?
If the latter question is answered in the affirmative , then how does law enforcement discern the illegal from the legal sans a search of a papers?

The immigration problem , like the debt/entitlement problem has fermented for so long that any solution to either problem will involve a lot of pain for one and all.

Brace for impact.

Lockheed uses ground-based laser to recharge drone mid-flight
By Mark Brown
12 July 12
In partnership with LaserMotive, Lockheed managed to increase the drone’s flight duration by 2,400 percent. This was achieved with a proprietary system that can wirelessly transfer energy over long distances, using laser light.

It provides a continual source of power to the UAS. In fact, once the test had been achieved the Stalker’s battery had more energy stored than it did at the beginning. Ultimately, the system could allow a drone to stay in the air forever.

These roadside checkpoints for ANY reason (barring a stolen child immediately upon going missing) are complete and utter bullspit.

This is America, we are not supposed to have to submit to continuous violation of our persons and property to justify anything to anyone.

Border checkpoints 20 miles inside the border and pulling over legally registered American vehicles is crap. They have been pulling this shit in Michigan for years. How many illegals hop the border and within their first day end up with legally registered vehicles? Then are stupid enough to go and hang out by the border?

WTF?

Along comes John telling us all how great it is to feel safe (even as the bulk of us here feel violated, oppressed, terrorized) by letting mommy & daddy gubment spend some cash, add to the debt and look like they are “doing something.” Of course, they have nothing to show for their efforts and my cash, but damn John feels good about it.

Try this on, people should be left alone unless they are/have committed a freakin’ crime.

Habeas corpus and probable cause. Two legal terms which have gone in disuse in this country. Probable cause says, “If you have no reason to suspect the subject of a crime, you can’t mess with him.” and that “reason has to stand up in a court of law. Which is where habeas corpus comes in which means you get you day in court – physically.

Neither term is observed or served in the above video or Guantánamo Bay or in “FEMA” camps.

There are checkpoints in New Mexico, one on each side of I-10. ALL traffic is routed through these checkpoints. I’ve been through them three times. And each time I was grilled by a border patrol agent carrying an M-16. Each time I was asked, “Are you a citizen of the United States?”. I was terrified. And when I cowardly said yes, with fright on my face and tears in my eyes, he said, “OK move along.” Have never been so scared in my life.

Oh, wait. I have been more scared. While three friend and I were heading for some stream fishing one afternoon, dressed in our old clothes, we were stopped at a checkpoint and had a double barreled shotgun stuck in the window. We were then asked to identify each other and answer questions about each other. They were looking for four bank robbers who shot someone during the robbery. Probably should have just given them a rash of shit about it being a free country and not being Nazi Germany.
I’m sure that would have put a stop to it.

During the Nazi occupation of Poland (1939-1945), over 6 million Poles died, 90% of whom were civilians. Hitler wrote in Mein Kampf that Poland would be turned in Lebensraum (living space) for German nationals and that the goal would be the complete destruction of Poland’s sovereignty and culture. The inferior Polish race would be either destroyed or turned into forced laborers.

Poland 1940.

In the spring and summer of 1940, more than 30,000 Poles were arrested by the German authorities. Several thousand university professors, teachers, priests, and others were shot outside Warsaw, in the Kampinos forest near Palmiry, and inside the city at the Pawiak prison. Most of the remainder were sent to various German concentration camps.

And that is AFTER the grisly Operation Tannenbaum, which occurred during and right after the German invasion of Poland in September 1939. Look it up, Admin, Tom Joad and the rest of you sorry, ignorant thumbs-downers.

More disinformation from Admin and the malinformed Doug Casey, who said, “It wasn’t until the Warsaw Ghetto uprising in 1944, very late in the game, that people could finally read the writing on the wall and summoned the courage to fight.”

The Polish resistance movement in World War II, with the Home Army at its forefront, was the largest underground resistance in all of Nazi-occupied Europe, covering both German and Soviet zones of occupation. The Polish defence against the Nazi occupation was an important part of the European anti-fascist resistance movement. It is most notable for disrupting German supply lines to the Eastern Front, providing military intelligence to the British, and for saving more Jewish lives in the Holocaust than any other Allied organization or government. It was a part of the Polish Underground State.

Anyone know when the Polish resistance movement started? Anyone? Early November 1939, two months after the Nazis invaded and nearly 5 fucking years BEFORE the Warsaw Ghetto uprising.

Whenever you play the Nazi card through gross exaggeration or hyperbole, you are trivializing the deaths of tens of millions of innocent men, women, and children during the Nazi occupation of much of Europe during World War Two. Many died undeserved, horrible deaths because of the murderous, racist policies of Nazi Germany. And the first victim of Germany’s aggression was Poland, where a wonderful retreat for Poles was built in 1940. It was called Auschwitz.

Zara , the rotten toothed limey instigators of two world wars never fulfilled their stiff lipped promise of protecting Poland’s independence during the run-up to WWII . The declared war on Hilter for invading Poland , but blatantly ignored the Soviet invasion of Eastern Poland.
And after the war was concluded betrayed their Anglo-Polish military alliance by ceding Poland to The Soviet Union at Yalta.
Never trust a warmonger of any stripe.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soviet_invasion_of_Poland
Allied reaction

The reaction of France and Britain to the Soviet invasion and annexation of Eastern Poland was muted, since neither country wanted a confrontation with the Soviet Union at that time.[87][88] Under the terms of the Polish-British Common Defence Pact of 25 August 1939, the British had promised assistance if a European power attacked Poland.[Note 8] A secret protocol of the pact, however, specified that the European power referred to Germany.[90] When Polish Ambassador Edward Raczyński reminded Foreign Secretary Edward Frederick Lindley Wood of the pact, he was bluntly told that it was Britain’s business whether to declare war on the Soviet Union.[87] British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain considered making a public commitment to restore the Polish state but in the end issued only general condemnations.[87] This stance represented Britain’s attempt at balance: its security interests included trade with the Soviets that would support its war effort and the possibility of a future Anglo-Soviet alliance against Germany.[90] Public opinion in Britain was divided between expressions of outrage at the invasion and a perception that Soviet claims to the region were reasonable.[90]

While the French had made promises to Poland, including the provision of air support, these were not honoured. A Franco-Polish Military Alliance was signed in 1921 and amended thereafter. The agreements were not strongly supported by the French military leadership, though; the relationship deteriorated during the 1920s and 1930s.[91] In the French view, the German-Soviet alliance was fragile and overt denunciation of, or action against, the Soviets would not serve either France’s or Poland’s best interests.[88] Once the Soviets moved into Poland, the French and the British decided there was nothing they could do for Poland in the short term and began planning for a long-term victory instead. The French had advanced tentatively into the Saar region in early September, but after the Polish defeat they retreated behind the Maginot Line on 4 October.[92] On 1 October 1939, Winston Churchill—via the radio—stated:

… That the Russian armies should stand on this line was clearly necessary for the safety of Russia against the Nazi menace. At any rate, the line is there, and an Eastern front has been created which Nazi Germany does not dare assail. When Herr von Ribbentrop was summoned to Moscow last week it was to learn the fact, and to accept the fact, that the Nazi designs upon the Baltic States and upon the Ukraine must come to a dead stop.[93]

So I have to get him a state ID, okaaaay. Cuz it is the law in Texas to have a state ID which you are supposed to carry on you at all times.

Mr. HZK took him to the Tx DOT, with his CERTIFIED birth certificate, his passport and the state required form. He had to be weighed and his height measured. He had to have his picture taken.

ALL OF WHICH IS MORE THAN OUR FREAKING PREZ DID TO GET INTO THE WH.

Yet, if you are here illegally, per the Obama administration, and are thought to be in the COMMISSION OF A FREAKING CRIME, the LEO can’t ask THESE people for THEIR papers.
