“At first look, the devices used in the attack appear to have been rudimentary explosive devices constructed with a common homemade explosive mixture. In other words, virtually anyone could have constructed them using readily available items. Although made of common items, it appears the bombmaker intended the devices to cause maximum casualties by adding shrapnel to multiple devices planted at a heavily congested event.
Still, investigators will painstakingly search the crime scene for evidence that could help identify the bombmaker. They will look for fragments of the device that they can use to potentially trace their origin. They will also be looking for evidence that could identify the bombmaker, such as fingerprints, fiber evidence and traces of DNA. If reports of multiple undetonated devices being located are true — and they may not be, since in the wake of a blast everything tends to look like an improvised explosive device — then the undetonated devices will provide a treasure trove of forensic evidence for the investigators to work with.
While any number of actors could have conducted this attack based on the simplicity of the devices, it took some degree of planning to create and place multiple devices. Many different types of groups have used multiple devices in terrorist attacks, so that fact alone does not help identify the culprits. But if there were multiple unexploded devices recovered from different areas in Boston in addition to the two that did detonate, this would indicate that more than one person carried out the attacks, meaning an organized group was involved rather than a lone wolf. Multiple unexploded devices could suggest some sort of tactical incompetence presented by the attackers. Long race venues such as the Boston Marathon also spread out security resources over large areas, likely allowing the attackers to more easily plant multiple devices throughout the city without being detected.” –Stratfor Research

Anthrax Scare 2.0: Letter Addressed To US Senator Tests Positive For Ricin Poison
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 04/16/2013 18:30 -0400
Yesterday we got a flashback of 9/11, and now the Anthrax scare is back. From @911Buff
•LETTER ADDRESSED TO A U.S. SENATE OFFICE INTERCEPTED AT U.S. CAPITAL, TESTS POSITIVE FOR RICIN POISION.
•POISON LETTER WAS SENT TO SENATOR ROGER WICKER FROM MISSISSIPPI AT THE CAPITOL. FBI INVESTIGATING.
Ricin’s toxic history is long and illustrious: starting with the death of Bulgarian dissident journalist Georgi Markov, using the infamous KGB umbrella, and most recently used by Walter White (unsuccessfully) to eliminate the meth dealing competition.
CNN has some initial bits and pieces:
An envelope that tested positive for the deadly poison ricin was intercepted Tuesday afternoon at the U.S. Capitol’s off-site mail facility in Washington, congressional and law enforcement sources tell CNN.
After the envelope tested positive in a first routine test, it was retested two more times, each time coming up positive, the law enforcement source said. The package was then sent to a Maryland lab for further testing.

Insanity in government is best represented by Washington DC. Convenient ‘distraction’ from all of the other events happening that day. But then, we haven’t had a real 9/11 since, well, 9/11. Makes you wonder what the Boston event was meant to cover up. I guess we will find out eventually.

Since they apparently cleared the Saudi student and released him, then they don’t have a patsy to pin this one on. So, I’m guessing it’s another False Flag event perpetrated upon us by our own govt. Why?
Distraction. Stir up feelings of helplessness, despair and fear so that only our govt. can protect us and make us willingly give up more freedoms for perceived security. I will be surprised if they ever find out who placed the bombs.

If, given the Eye In The Sky nature of things there is no smoking video of the person(s) planting these bombs, it will increase the odds that this was an Op Northwoods.
It makes me queasy to look at the nice people in the “before” photo, people whose legs are right where the bomb then detonates.
I adhere to Prechter’s “Socionomic Theory,” so I look at the 13 year bear market we’ve endured so far and conclude that antisocial acts are rising and will continue to do so until after we reach nadir for social mood.
That point may be some years off, and in the meantime my expectations are for more polarization, more anger, more senseless violence, more meaningless politician grandstanding, more calls for a Stalinist paradigm.

Why is the 8th pictured blurred out in the area of the possible “unattended” bag/package? Was there graphic and grizzly image on that part of the picture? Also it seems the mailbox adjacent to the possible unattended bag/package is undamaged. How could that be? Is the photo of the black bag with the shredded padding suspected to be where the pressure cooker was inside? And was that black bag was inside the colored bag next to the mailbox?

Because that photo showed some injuries and deaths. If you have a strong stomach, you can look at others here.
News reports have said that the pressure cookers were placed in black duffle bags or backpacks, then put into plastic bags to look like ordinary trash, in order to avoid suspicion.
I think it’s implying a government conspiracy, but I can’t really tell. Worth a look (tinfoil hat optional).

Boston Bombing Suspect Identified, Authorities Believe
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 04/17/2013 13:12 -0400
It appears the hunt for the so far unidentified Boston nomber may be coming to an end. From Bloomberg:
•OFFICIALS BELIEVE BOMBING SUSPECT IDENTIFIED, CNN SAYS
•ONE SUSPECT CLEARLY IDENTIFIED IN VIDEO, CNN’S KING SAYS
•AUTHORITIES HAVE IMAGE OF SUSPECT W/BAG AT 2ND BOMB SITE:GLOBE
•IDENTIFICATION COMING FROM STORE SECURITY CAMERA, CNN SAYS
•Authorities have an image of a suspect carrying, and perhaps dropping, a black bag at the second bombing scene – Globe.com
And the kicker:
•Suspect is a “dark-skinned male” according to CNN. Apparently that is the proper nomenclature.
From Boston Globe:
An official briefed on the Boston Marathon bombing investigation said today that authorities have an image of a suspect carrying, and perhaps dropping, a black bag at the second bombing scene on Boylston Street, outside of the Forum restaurant.
Investigators are “very close” in the investigation, said the official, who declined to be named.
That official said authorities may publicize their finding as early as this afternoon.
The same official also said a surveillance camera at Lord & Taylor, located directly across the street, has provided clear video of the area, though it was unclear whether the image of the suspect was taken from that camera.
Authorities planned to brief the media on the progress of the investigation at 5 p.m. today.
Police Commissioner Edward F. Davis said shortly before noon after leaving FBI headquarters that investigators were “working hard and there’s a lot going on,” but he had no comment on whether progress had been made in the case. No arrests were reported this morning.
Authorities had appealed to the public for video and photographs of the area near the bombing scene at the finish line of the marathon, noting that many people among the crowd were likely to have taken photos of the conclusion of the world-renowned event.
Two bombs exploded within seconds of each other at 2:50 p.m. Monday near the Boylston Street finish line, killing three people and injuring 176, many of whom suffered major trauma from flying shrapnel, including nails and ball bearings that authorities have said were stuffed into the explosive devices by their makers.

The place was covered with police, yet they didn’t notice a guy leave these bags. Each cop is probably making $65k per year plus health benefits. They get to retire at 50, with a massive pension, yet they couldn’t spot a guy dropping off a bomb.

They’re saying the bomb may be visible in one of the pics, but I can’t help thinking it looks like the blast was behind the crowd. The shots showing the blasts make it look like the blasts are behind the crowd, too, but they’re pretty grainey. It seems like it would be easier to walk up behind the crowd focused on the run route and drop a bag than to elbow your way to the front, lean over the barricade on national TV, and drop a sack of trash. I’m no expert, of course, but it also looks like the mailbox in the shot may not be very damaged-but it’s not a close up, so there may be a lot I can’t see in the pic. Just my thouhgts.

If the explosive was inside of the pressure cooker when it exploded would it not have ended up bent outward [ballooned] instead of all crumpled up?
My biggest worry is the way the MSM is gaslighting the American people. They are literally burning the images of the bombing into America’s psyche the same way they did with 9/11. This isn’t informing the people, it’s blatant manipulation that would have had Orwell enraged and Goebbels jumping for joy.
And somewhere in D.C. a bunch of political lowlifes are jumping for joy and just waiting to put forth more legislation that takes rights away from the people.

I will say this in terms of how it relates to whomever the Feds arrest in the Boston bombing case. That poor fucker has a relatively poor chance of getting a fair trial. Once the Feds want someone convicted …. they will stop at NOTHING to convict.
In the case of Sacco and Venzetti, it is now 100% clear (as it was back then!) that they were totally innocent. There were literally protests all around the world against the unjust verdict. None of it mattered. The judge was racist and corrupt. The prosecutors actually fabricated “evidence”, actual real true evidence was quashed, at least 100 witnesses lied, testimony was contradictory, appeals were handled by the SAME judge who issued the initial verdict … and that’s just a start. In the end the State murdered these two men. That was back in 1920. Nothing much has changed since.
