Why all the gunfire? He appears incapable of resistence. Did they even want him alive?

Mr. Gate Climber MUST be related to Kramer.

The only way that could be funnier is if he actually ripped open his nutsack on those spikes …. a Formerly Balled Inspector (FBI).

If you are a boat owner, expect new directives from Dear Leader to not cover your boat so securely in case the Gestapo need to have a look inside. That is all.

Eyewitness video of ‘authorities’ firing ~500 rounds in my estimation over 13 seconds. And now he’s alive? Were they firing blanks? This makes NO sense.

He went from sitting upright on the side of the boat to flat down unconscious with a tube in his throat pretty damn quick.

Also this kids backpack was light grey not black, so where is the damn evidence this kid bombed the marathon. The video of him walking down the street is enough is suppose? Sheep dont ask questions I forgot. His freaking backpack isn’t even the right damn color!

_______________

I can do that in eight seconds (my personal best). Faster if they are already unconscious (under five). But that is what I do; knock ’em out and shove the tube in(to the proper organ).

Seriously, this is not at all out of the ordinary for someone who has lost a lot of blood and has other traumatic injuries. Especially serious trauma to the oral cavity.

Howard – for this patient, what organ would you shove your tube into?:

Nothing surprising,

About 10 years ago in Los Angeles the LAPD pumped over a 100 rounds at man slowly driving a SUV through a neighborhood, he was going maybe 5 mph. Most of the police were in 50 feet of the SUV. They all missed him. The SUV looked like s**t but was still drivable.

Fast forward to the Dorner case where cops guarding a retired police Lt., some 8 police officers pumped102 rds into a paper delivery pickup truck driven by two women. One women got a bullet lodged near her spine and many nearby homes in the neighborhood had bullet holes in them. The news media never did give a total of the rounds fired into the homes. One home I know had 5 bullets in it.

Remember most cops rarely practice, they just do enough to requalify which means once a year. Add to the mix that they are protected under the law if they accidently kill or wound a bystander. It’s a great racket if you can get it.

But it does produce some of the most useless males in the country.

Even at point blank range, the odds of being hit by a cop are under 50%. In general, in gunfights, the police hit their target under 20% of the time – at close range. At long range they might as well be throwing rocks.

Damn.. Those monkeys don’t know shit about how to run a FLIR, do they? The null is way off as evidenced by the pointer’s constant drift & manual (over)corrections, they never did seem to figure out the little “track” button, and the dipshit kept switching between various cameras like he didn’t even know which one to use. Dumbasses. Serious dumbasses. If they don’t know how to use it, QUIT BUYING IT FOR THEM TO FUCK WITH. Those chopper mounted FLIR’s run from $250k to $2M+. We’d be better off wasting the money on Colombian hookers like Secret Service did.

I guess all the lies and facts that dont add up have made me cynical. I see your point regarding the tube, but I didnt see a neck injury from a gun in the mouth did you?? Not very clear video but where is the blood dripping off his face and neck area?

Maybe his backpack that looks light grey in the photo is actually black like the ones that were blown up. Stupid me thinking and asking questions again.

Bat shit crazy conspiracy nutjobs are emerging worldwide.

The ‘Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is innocent’ Facebook page has quickly grown to include 11,250 members who offer a mixture of constructive support for the accused Boston bomber and conspiracy theories that paint him as an innocent man. You can even donate money for his defense!!

Maybe Admin can put up a banner; “We support Dzhokhar!” lol

SWAT Officer Jeff Campbell (below) – described as a “hero” who pulled Tsarnaev off the boat – noted how the officers had proceeded carefully, saying: ‘We had no idea if the boat was rigged with explosives. He could have done anything.’

More heroes hard at work.

I don’t really understand this whole delayed Miranda bullshit! Does anyone else? The surviving bomber is screwed six ways from Sunday regardless of how he moves forward but I don’t think I’d be saying a damn thing without legal counsel!

It would never happen but imagine everything he says being tossed out later and him walking on this deal! Talk about a circus! I’m betting he’d end up taking a “short fall” down a long flight of stairs if things started to lean that way.

I_S, I asked someone about that this weekend. The delayed Miranda thing is allowed, per the Supreme Court in New York v. Quarles. Essentially, that decision said that overriding concerns of public safety (in Boston’s case, the potential for a sleeper cell to be plotting further attacks) meant that investigators can question a suspect without first advising him of his rights.

A key point in all of this is that it’s only about advising them of their rights. U.S. Citizens have the same rights endowed by the Constitution / Bill of Rights whether they understand them or not. Just because you haven’t been reminded of them (Mirandized) doesn’t make them go away. If you know your rights, you can invoke the 5th amendment, refuse to self-incriminate, demand legal representation, have a right to trial by jury and all the other rights that are a cornerstone of our justice system.

Apparently, investigators can only go so far, though, and as of today, the terror suspect has received notice of his Miranda rights. And, if investigators were careful to follow the stipulations set by the prior SCOTUS decision, they should be fine. If it is contested, it could well upset the Quarles decision and establish new precedence.

Even more reason, especially when we see that video under the “Does This Look Voluntary?” post, to know and understand our rights. I’m angry as hell that law enforcement thought they could treat citizens that way, forcing entry, making them leave their homes, frisking them for weapons. It’s a direct violation of our 4th Amendment. The American Revolution was fought over abuses of the writ of assistance. And yet here we are, letting it slip away, all in the name of public safety.

We should all know our rights and be prepared to invoke them, if our government pulls this crap on a larger scale. They’re not likely to listen or care, in the heat of the moment, but unless there is a vocal minority insisting our government respect the rule of law, then we might as well give up now.

Thinker, thank you for the first rate response! Much appreciated! I’m resisting the “Does This Look Voluntary” vid until I wake up for work in about six hours. If I watch it now I’ll be too pissed off to sleep.

“Officials” now say he was unarmed in the boat. WTF?

Why so many lies and misinformation?

How did he shoot himself in the throat?
