Yes we live in a police state. According to our administrative law we the people have tacitly agreed to it. That is all our leaders need to justify their actions. They know that the people follow the rule of law; even over their religious convictions.
Yes, the police state is here. And we are only seeing the beginning of it.
Isn’t it beautiful how administrative law works? It needs no justification or OK from the public. Non-elected officials can make it, judges can construe it, while the people tacitly approve it because we have no input.
We are now the land of the economic slave because private non-corporate business is illegal without government license, while fascist corporate monopolies are legal and persons represented by the U.S. Senate.

The more one gets to know administrative law the more one realizes how it supports the police state. It seems administrative law paved the way to the police state.
What does this say about the administrative courts, judges, and lawyers? It says that they are all one. The trinity of the police state. This trinity operates under an invented justification supported by conceit, suspicion and accusation.
They use laws that are easily broken by human nature for their invented justification. Forgiveness is not in the cards; as forgiveness undermines their invented justification.

Yes we do I live in the middle of nowhere and I have had to stop my vehicle 4 times in 3 years so some “police officer/sheriff can ask me for my id even though I have done NOTHING to warrant this action that is a POLICE STATE sheeple get a clue!!!!!
If you fly think about going through the gate check. Talk about a demeaning experience……US citizen equals possible terrorist. That is the definition of a police state!

I grew up during the Cold War. They told us that our mortal enemy must be fought with all possible means regardless of the cost to our budgets and to our society. We had to build weapons that could destroy all life on earth because our enemies practiced the evils of central planning, state controlled press, spying, torture, fear and intimidation. A world blown apart in a nuclear holocaust, we were told, was better than living in the evil empire.
No one can tell me with a straight face that we haven’t become that evil empire. The Federal Reserve and Congress centrally plan our economy just like they did in the Soviet Union. They are constantly tinkering with something in order to increase production, raise inflation or lower unemployment. We all know they spy in ways that would make the East Germans jealous. Our press is no more free than Pravda ever was and torture, fear and intimidation are the American way as we launch endless wars of aggression.
I was having dinner with friends this evening and I referenced Eisenhower’s Farewell Speech and the two people with me admitted that they had never heard of what I was speaking about. I found it on youtube and had them watch it.
It made them cry. It made them cry to see a US president actually speak the truth and lay it all out for everyone to see. It is upsetting because everything he warned us about has come to pass. He called it the Military Industrial Complex but he could have just as easily said Fascism.
