THE NEW AMERICAN DREAM

Obama’s committed multiple impeachable offenses. Supporting Al Qaeda in Syria is treason, giving money and support to our sworn enemy, and the Obama administration is guilty as hell.

Instead of doing the right thing and impeaching him, the criminals in Washington are filing lawsuits. That’s about all the lawyer/politicians are good for. Meanwhile, the ObamaDestruction continues unabated. Obama’s approval rating keeps dropping to new lows, while Putin’s keeps rising to new highs. Obamacare is destroying jobs, the healthcare system, and this country. With no experience in anything except community organizing and playing golf, the imbecile is going on comedy shows, where he’s embarrassed and humiliated. . People abroad are laughing at us, and Obama has trouble spelling “RESPECT” without a teleprompter. Can it get any worse?

At least we have a new American dream:

House backs bill to speed up lawsuits against president over enforcing laws

Article by: DONNA CASSATA , Associated Press
Updated: March 12, 2014

WASHINGTON — Casting Barack Obama as a president run amok, the House voted on Wednesday for a bill that would expedite congressional lawsuits against the chief executive for failure to enforce federal laws.

The vote was 233-181 in the Republican-led House as GOP lawmakers excoriated Obama for multiple changes to his 4-year-old health care law, steps he’s taken to allow young immigrants to remain in the United States and the administration’s resistance to defend the federal law banning gay marriage.

Ignoring a White House veto threat, the GOP maintained that the bill was necessary as the president has selectively enforced the nation’s laws.

“Throughout the Obama presidency we have seen a pattern: President Obama circumvents Congress when he doesn’t get his way,” said Rep. Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., chairman of the Judiciary Committee.

Democrats countered that the legislation was merely election-year rhetoric to address a non-existent problem. The measure stands no chance in the Democratic-led Senate.

Under the bill, the House or Senate would have a fast track for any civil lawsuit against the president if that president “failed to meet the requirement of Article II, section 3, clause 17, of the Constitution of the United States to take care that a law be faithfully executed.”

Once litigated in district court, any appeals would be decided by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Republicans cited the Obama administration’s delays on several deadlines of the Affordable Care Act that the president signed into law in March 2010. Obama has drawn criticism for his June 2012 decision to allow young immigrants brought to the country illegally as children to gain legal status and remain in the United States if they attend school or join the military.

Rand Paul Files Class Action Lawsuit Against Obama, NSA, FBI over Spying

by Matthew Boyle 12 Feb 2014

Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) on Wednesday filed a class action lawsuit against President Barack Obama and other administration officials for the National Security Agency (NSA) program that collected millions of Americans’ phone and other records. FreedomWorks, a grassroots Tea Party-aligned conservative organization, is a co-plaintiff with Sen. Paul in the class action suit.

“On behalf of myself, FreedomWorks, and everyone else in America who has a phone, I’m filing suit against the President of the United States in defense of the Fourth Amendment,” Paul said at a press conference outside the U.S. District Court near the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday morning. “We will ask the question in court whether a single warrant could apply to the records of every American phone user all of the time without limits and without individualization.”

The lawsuit’s defendants include President Obama, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, NSA director Keith Alexander, and FBI director James Comey.

FreedomWorks president Matt Kibbe said at the press conference that he thinks “this is probably one of the most important things that my organization has ever participated in.” FreedomWorks will help organize grassroots-level activists to get involved in the suit, he said. “FreedomWorks is participating in this class action on behalf of our staff, on behalf of our six million plus members, and frankly on behalf of anybody who has made a phone call since 2006,” Kibbe added. Kibbe’s organization launched a website for Americans to get involved in the suit, too.

Also present at Wednesday’s press conference was former Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli, who, since losing a gubernatorial bid to Democrat Terry McAuliffe, has signed up to help Paul and FreedomWorks with as legal counsel on this lawsuit.

Cuccinelli said the class action suit he filed on behalf of his clients Paul and Kibbe on Wednesday is aimed at trying to “vindicate the Fourth Amendment rights of every American who uses a phone.”

“If you don’t use a phone and haven’t in the last five years, don’t worry about this case; it doesn’t affect you,” Cuccinelli said at the presser. “If you have used a phone in the last five years, this case is about protecting your rights against your own government and an invasion of your privacy. We hope that when this path is all done and we’re at the end of it, we will have pushed the federal government back across the line of trampling the Constitution yet again.”

To me, this is nothing more than rearranging the deck chair on the Titanic. The House has abrogated so many of its responsibilities that to call out the President for doing the same is the height of hypocrisy. Congress no longer writes the laws and the president no longer enforces them.

These are the most worthless of people.

The “government” is utterly fucked when one branch is compelled to enact laws to make another branch do its duty and NOT break the law. As I recall this is called anarchy (or dictatorship).
It occurs to me when the day finally comes that we all “call ’em as we see ’em” everyone will realize what’s been done to us.

Community organizer is another word for gangster. Threatening businesses that don’t hire negros or give negros loans they can’t pay back. Where is Robert Deniro in The God Father when you need him?

It just goes to show how low the Democrat voter is. Nothing penetrates their head. They can’t read between the lines. Doppy Romney. Had to make it clear that the rioting over the video in Bengazi was a cover story. Meant to hide the fact the US was under attack and the president not only knew but was watching in the war room as he gave a step down order to come to the aide of the men in uniform. Shame on the Generals for not coming forward to defend their men and death to Hussein.

Forcing enforcement of Fed laws will back-fire on the dumbass Pugs, creating more police state in order to enforce the hundreds of thousands of pages of bureaucratic generated laws for hundreds of alphabet agencies regulating drugs, firearms, environment, educations, civil right, ect..

Please, somebody stick a fork in the Repug party already.Having the Repug party “fix something” is like covering a lake of shit with a camouflage net…it’s all well and good you can no longer see it , just don’t make the mistake of trying to traverse it.

nobody could have ever saw it coming..

The test of fascism is not one’s rage against the Italian and German war lords. The test is — how many of the essential principles of fascism do you accept and to what extent are you prepared to apply those fascist ideas to American social and economic life? When you can put your finger on the men or the groups that urge for America the debt-supported state, the autarkical corporative state, the state bent on the socialization of investment and the bureaucratic government of industry and society, the establishment of the institution of militarism as the great glamorous public-works project of the nation and the institution of imperialism under which it proposes to regulate and rule the world and, along with this, proposes to alter the forms of our government to approach as closely as possible the unrestrained, absolute government — then you will know you have located the authentic fascist.

But let us not deceive ourselves into thinking that we are dealing by this means with the problem of fascism. Fascism will come at the hands of perfectly authentic Americans, as violently against Hitler and Mussolini as the next one, but who are convinced that the present economic system is washed up and that the present political system in America has outlived its usefulness and who wish to commit this country to the rule of the bureaucratic state; interfering in the affairs of the states and cities; taking part in the management of industry and finance and agriculture; assuming the role of great national banker and investor, borrowing millions every year and spending them on all sorts of projects through which such a government can paralyze opposition and command public support; marshaling great armies and navies at crushing costs to support the industry of war and preparation for war which will become our greatest industry; and adding to all this the most romantic adventures in global planning, regeneration, and domination all to be done under the authority of a powerfully centralized government in which the executive will hold in effect all the powers with Congress reduced to the role of a debating society. There is your fascist. And the sooner America realizes this dreadful fact the sooner it will arm itself to make an end of American fascism masquerading under the guise of the champion of democracy.
