The song Night Moves was introduced to the country by a short film on SNL starring Garrett Morris and directed by Gary Weis. I can’t find it online, but I remember it. I can’t imagine a black actor in the Obama age doing a video for a white guy’s song, even if he sounds like Wilson Pickett. These days we have Mac Miller copying Wiz Khalifa. Ugh.
