Copfuk Story #FC251

I don’t have to deal with Border Cops. Maybe you folks who do can tell me  this is just an isolated incident …that border cops have a tough job and that they are generally nice guys. I won’t believe you though. That’s because most cops (95% plus) are psychopath fuckwads. That ruling is final.

If this was your wife and children … wouldn’t you want to hunt those fuckers down and make them pay? I would.

Quick discussion on living in a trailer ….. trailer trash.

I HATE that fucking term!!!! I was 18 years old the first time I dated a gal who lived in a trailer … it was in Topeka, Kansas. She was a nice young lady, and did the best she could. The last time was after my divorce when I moved back to NJ. She was a nice older lady, and she did the best she could. (Fact is, it was a double-wide and it was rather nice inside, as was the property.) I watched a 20/20 show this week and it showed people living in trailers in West Virginia. They are doing the best they can. I don’t know exactly why, but it just pisses me the fuck off to denigrate someone just because they can’t afford a “regular” house. Fucking snob elitist motherfuckers can go to hell.

As a matter of fact, I think this lady has better living arrangements than we do. We live in a nice neighborhood … but it’s in New Fuckin Jersey, crowds everywhere, free shitters galore, several cities where white people dare not venture, highest taxes in Amerika, and ruled by a fat-fuk Crispy-Cream traitor. She lives out in the open, under blue skies, bothered by no one (until recently). She should be sending ME a sympathy card! End of rant.

On to the story.

Family terrorized by taser-wielding, tire-slashing border agents

THREE POINTS, AZ — A mother says that while driving her children home from school on a dirt road in Arizona, she was stopped by lawless Border Patrol agents who threatened her with weapons, forcibly searched her, slashed her tire and left her stranded in the desert.

Clarisa Christiansen had just picked up her 7-year-old daughter from elementary school, and was traveling down a backcountry road.   She also had her 5-year-old son in the truck.  All three are U.S. citizens that reside in Three Points, Arizona, about 40 miles north of the U.S.-Mexico border.

The family was completing the 15-mile journey when they were stopped by a group of 3 federal agents performing a roving border patrol stop.  The stop took place about 2:15 p.m. on May 21st, 2013.

Ms. Christiansen was then approached by one of the agents, as she sat parked in the driver’s seat with her children strapped in the back seat.  The agent began to question her.  First she was asked if she was a U.S. citizen.  She responded affirmatively, “Yes. Is there a problem?”

The agent peered into her windows and observed her children strapped helplessly in the back seat.  The agent then requested that she exit her vehicle so that he could search it, according to the account provided in an ACLU document.  Christiansen declined, saying she did not consent to searches.  She requested to know why she was stopped.  The agent refused to tell her, and kept demanding that she exit.  As the two went back and forth, the agent became “clearly agitated” at her exercising her rights.

“You’re not going anywhere….This one’s being difficult. Get the Taser.”

“I was put in a situation where I was in the middle of nowhere,” Christiansen later narrated.  “Three agent men against one woman with her two children in the middle of the desert, where nobody’s around, they could have done anything to me and my kids.

Ms. Christiansen then stated that if there was no reason for stopping her that she would be on her way.  She began to put her vehicle in gear.

The agent stopped her.  “Whoa, whoa, whoa. You’re not going nowhere,” the agent said according to Christiansen.  He told the other 2 agents, “This one’s being difficult. Get the Taser.”

“Ma’am, do I need to tase you to get you out of your vehicle?” the CBP agent asked, after opening her door.

The argument continued.  Christiansen feared for the safety of her children.  “Mommy what’s going on?” they asked.

The agent then whipped out a retractable knife and threatened to cut her out of the vehicle.  He forced his hand into her car and snatched her keys from the ignition.

Ms. Christiansen had no choice but to exit the vehicle.  The agents made her show them her papers and ran checks on her.  The entire stop dragged on for 35 minutes.  Then, without saying a word, the agents left.

When Christiansen tried to drive away, she noticed that one of her tires had been sliced open along the firewall.  Her family was left stranded in the desert.  “They slashed my tire,” she said.  “It was a pretty obvious slash, straight cut on the side wall.”

With no one else around for miles, Christiansen had to contact a family member to come and help them.   Later, she followed up with a complaint to the agency.

Richard Hill, one of the DHS officials who “investigated” her incident, told her he believed the tire had been “torn” and not intentionally cut.  He disclosed the name of one agent who was present at the scene as “Agent Laguna.”

“They just seem to think they can do whatever they want and bully everybody around,” said Christiansen.  “It’s just not right. It’s just not right. They scared me. They scared my kids. They changed my view on basically the way I look at them now.”

yep, it is fucking bullshit.

stucky,
that story about the Bundy’s isn’t going so well, they supposedly had snipers on them. the bundy’s aren’t none to happy either. i don’t think it is unlikely for a repeat of waco or ruby ridge.

And all of this heavy handed response isn’t even a life and death situation like a kidnapping, serial killer etc. it is about the fed guvthugs making rules about grazing rights. no one’s life is in danger, but the rules must be followed to protect a fucking turtle. our owners create these rules to keep us penned up in our cages and docile.
and for fucks sake people, stop looking at the various badges of the copfuks and alphabet agencies as fi they are heroes or even descent people. they are vipers and mercenaries, we shouldn’t piss on their teeth even if their gums were on fire.

We all understand where this is heading, the question is, what do those who are aware of the situation do about it?

I found the part about the detainment of the rancher’s son (who was exercising his 1st amendment “rights” outside of a federally approved 1st amendment “rights” area) having a “boot on his face” to be prophetic.

Orwell wept.

The Nevada situation definitely appears to be growing; even the governor has said the government has no right to declare “first amendment zones” as the only place people can protest the government’s actions.

People are increasingly rising up against the government, as we’ve long expected. We’ll have to see how this one plays out; it could definitely be a Lexington/Concord or Gettysburg moment. Either people put their foot down here, or resign ourselves to boots on our faces for the foreseeable future.

Yeah, I heard about this fucking scam back in the 90’s.

Short version:

Greenies HATED the fact that cattle could graze on “public” land… even though there ain’t no “public” about it – the Feds own the land and that’s it.

So, the greenies find this turtle that happens to live in the desert/dry climate. There’s no difference between this kind of turtle and any other turtle – it just happens to live there. Nobody ever bothered to find out how many turtles there were, what their reproductive rates were, what impact cattle grazing had on the environment, etc.

The greenies decided that the cattle were (try not to laugh) STEPPING on the turtles and killing them. So, they went to the Clintoon Administration and either convinced them of all this wanton cow-stepping and turtle slaughter, or they became such gigantic pains in the ass, that the Clintoon Administration decreed that the turtles were “endangered”. “Endangered” from what, nobody ever bothered to find out.

So, the Almighty Goobermint decreed that the turtle was ‘endangered’ and was thusly annointed, and it didn’t matter if you could prove them wrong 6 ways from Sunday – they said it was ‘endangered’ and by gawd, endangered it would stay…

And now, this poor bastard is surrounded by copfuks and govthugs and will probably be killed/burned alive by the fascist fucking thugs in goobermint, all for the sake of a fucking turtle that isn’t endangered and isn’t any different than any other fucking turtle… He has challenged the goobermint and thus MUST BE MADE TO PAY!!

Oh yeah, do-gooder dumbshits were so fucking concerned with this turtle-that-ain’t-any-different-than-any-other-fucking-turtle, they started bringing in to animal shelters the “endangered” turtles they found wandering around…

NOW, the animal shelters have so many of these fucking turtles they decided to… .

wait for it….

wait for it…

really… wait for it…

EUTHANIZE the fucking “endangered” turtles they have because they have no more room!!!

Fuck me… it’s endangered, so you’re going to fucking kill it?

Dumbasses… fucking RETARDS!!

Can’t wait for the Zombie Apocalypse…. please, God…. just smite the fuck out of these dumbshits and thugs… in they mercy.

Oh yeah, forgot one thing…

See, there was this guy who worked for Fish and Game. He didn’t buy into the “endangered” line of bullshit, nor the line of bullshit that said cows were stepping on the turtles…

So, he goes out and starts poking around where these turtles lived… and he finds turtle shells from dead turtles.

EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM had a hole pecked through the top – meaning either crows or ravens were landing on the turtles, pecking holes through the shells, killing the turtles and then eating them…

Dude collected TRASH BAGS full of these shells, every fucking one of them had a hole in it from a predatory bird. He gives the full trash bags of turtle shells to his boss as fucking PROOF that cows weren’t killing these turtles and, despite the predation from the birds, the turtle population seemed to be doing just dandy…

His evidence, of course, went “missing” and he was threatened with termination of his job if he didn’t shut the fuck up…

Evidence to the contrary doesn’t matter. When it proves the fucking greenie whackjob Brownshirts are fucking WRONG, then the evidence must be suppressed and the guy who found the evidence must be leveraged and silenced…

Fucking Nazi motherfuckers… I hope they all fucking DIE!!!

Admin…

I just realized my rage, while totally justified, is in the wrong thread…

Can you make a minor adjustment and move it to the thread about the rancher? Thanks a bunch…

It is the right thread, the bundy story was mentioned by stuck in the first comment.

Didnt know they were killing the turtles, it would be funny if it wasnt so pathetic. This all ties back to an earlier thread called “When goverment does it”

Maybe they were killing them to save them, kinda like what GW said about the free market.

Yeah, thanks… rough day.

Vacuum line blew on the truck first thing, so it was spitting and bucking and backfiring… gimped it to my mechanic, who squared me away (after I duct taped the vacuum line – engine improved but I had a rock-hard brake pedal… had to plan ahead for a stop).

It all pretty much ran downhill after that… and I still got a truckload of shit I have to unload… which means I have to clean up the garage some so I have a place to put the shit I unload from the truck…

Some days, it just don’t pay to get outta bed…

The law states that ALL homes, businesses and vehicles within a 100 mile radius of any international border, are open to search and seizure by federales at any time, for practically any reason.

You truly do not have the right to say no.

Yes, in many cases when the jackboots arrive at your door, they have a bright, shiny, judge approved, warrant. This law is never mentioned. But, I would bet the truth was you were found out by illegal, non-judge-condoned, surveillance and the info was given to local law enforcement under the “anonymous confidant” testimony. Happens all the damn time.

You are damned if you do, damned if you don’t.

As for these “men” in uniform, you are truly despicable, I don’t believe in hell but if it exists I hope their is a special spot for these assholes. They know what they’re doing is bullshit and amoral. If they wouldn’t want the treatment to happen to their mother, wife, or sister, then just where do they get off?

The wheels on this bus keep flying off. One of these days the things going to crash and burn. Hang on.

Stucky, I love you, but that bill has passed.

It was renamed and passed in ’11. Done deal. Too late. And yes, it could be the death of small farmers if its full weight is ever realized. For now they are leaving most of the little guys alone (just don’t use raw milk for ANYTHING), but the law is already in place.

This is from the govtrack.us website, there are numerous references to it at various places.

S. 510 (111th): FDA Food Safety Modernization Act

Introduced: Mar 03, 2009 (111th Congress, 2009–2010)
Status: Died (Passed Senate)
See Instead:

H.R. 2751 (same title)
Signed by the President — Jan 04, 2011

This bill was superseded by H.R. 2751. On Sunday, December 19, the text of S. 510 replaced the original text of H.R. 2751, and the bill passed by voice vote. … (read more)

Done fucking deal, and yes it is as horrible as you fear. But, already law friend.
