SPREADING HATRED AND DIVISION

I used to support environmentalism, if in a limited way, I like the earth. Then Obama was elected, and now I hate environmentalists and green motherfuckers.

I used to like black people. I even went to Africa a couple of times on medical mission trips to help. Then Obama was elected, and I don’t fell like helping black people anymore (at least the ones in the media), and they hate me.

I used to try and understand liberals, and accommodate their viewpoint. Then Obama was elected, and I hate liberals with a passion; they are destroying our country.

I used to put up with government interference in healthcare. Then Obama was elected and passed Obamacare, now I hate healthcare and government interference.

I used to feel the need to help people less fortunate that me. Then Obama was elected, and doubled the size of the FSA, and increased welfare spending by 45% to $1 trillion a year. Now I’m angry about the FSA parasites.

I used to be indifferent to the government. Then Obama was elected, and now I hate the government with a passion. It’s us versus them, and a civil war is coming.

Obama has destroyed this country, in so many ways I can’t keep track anymore.

Bill Encourages Schools To Teach About Racial Significance Of Obama’s Presidency

April 25, 2014 5:13 AM

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — A bill that passed the Assembly with unanimous bipartisan support Thursday encourages California schools to teach students about the racial significance of Barack Obama’s presidency.

The Assembly approved AB1912 with a 71-0 vote and no debate or discussion. It now heads to the state Senate.

The bill by Assemblyman Chris Holden, D-Pasadena, asks state education officials to include Obama’s election in history and social studies standards laying out what students are expected to learn.

High school history students already learn about recent presidents. But Holden says lessons about Obama also should focus on what his election meant for racial equality and civil rights.

He said on the Assembly floor that the 2008 election “should not just be a mere footnote within textbooks, but rather focus on the significance of Americans overcoming our nation’s past and acknowledging that Americans are moving in the right direction.”

The bill says the election was a “historic step in the effort towards equality in the United States” and that previous elections in the nation involved intimidation and physical violence that prevented millions of African-Americans from voting. It also commends Obama for his work as a community organizer who registered voters after he graduated from Harvard Law School.

The state Board of Education is expected to update academic standards during the 2015-16 school year and does not have to follow lawmakers’ recommendations. Textbooks could be updated within five years, likely after Obama leaves office.

The state hasn’t updated its guidelines for teaching social studies classes since 2005. A 2009 effort was cancelled because of limited money.

The state education department must first finish guidelines for schools to implement rigorous new expectations for math and language arts under Common Core State Standards before addressing social studies.

+1000 on your Introductory Comments. I feel EXACTLY as you do, 100%.

I’ll add one more.

I used to like old people (anyone 15 years older than me) until I saw this;

I love people. It’s fuckin humanity I can’t stand.

Then all the more reason to make sure Obama is successfully impeached before the end of his term.

That way his “Presidency” and it’s “racial significance” cannot be discussed without bringing up his removal from office and the reasons for it.

Sartre’s especially famous and often misinterpreted quotation “L’enfer, c’est les autres” or “Hell is other people”

If you go to hell, it will be full of people cheering for Cruz Azul. If you go to heaven, it will be full of folks cheering for the Alemanes.

In another hundred years they can decree that textbooks analyze why Americans never elected another black president.

I think what has made me hate people is when I started my own business and had to start paying quarterly taxes.I hate with a passion having to sit down and write checks to the government knowing much of my money will be given to people who have no intention of ever getting a job.Until I started this business I had no idea how expensive taxes can be and then having to deal with the IRS which can be a nightmare.Sometimes I wonder if it’s worth it but then I think STUCKY has got to eat so I keep playing the game.

What a stupid idea. Wasn’t the “Civil Rights Movement” all about taking race OUT of the paradigm? Sees to me this puts a focus on it, thus creating the idea of racism in young minds.

Nice post!
I was on a thread with some left wing big government progressive atheists and I was the lone right wing conservative religious voice. After many debates I took notice that these folks were always trying to herd me into there view. Compromise was zero. What rankled me is that they consistently used government and secular law as tools to advance there views and my religious views were always short changed.
What I want as a right wing conservative believer in God is an equal right to choose as everyone else. If your pro government and want to pay for non religious schooling thats your choice to make and I say go for it. What I want is the right to take an equal amount of tax dollars per individual and spend it on the school of my choice. Of course these folks want my money for the COMMON GOOD but my religion gets thrown under the bus.
My challenge to the folks on the thread who were left wing, pro government atheists was: Lets seperate the money and see which schools produce the best and the brightest to lead the country forward.
So far no takers and the sound of crickets chirping 😉

The Snivel Rights Bowel Movement wasn’t about “equality” or any of that shit… they didn’t want equal treatment and never did… they wanted preferential treatment, and they got it.

Billy says, “Now they’re fuckin “in charge” (we beez Prez’dint an sheeit!) and we’re going straight to hell on a rocket sled…”

Are you that fucking stupid? I’m pretty sure the current rocket sled was continued by Reagan, who continued what the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 started, which was a continuation of banker influence since the formation of this great nation, which was a continuation of the money changers, who Jesus chased out of the temple in Jerusalem, which is a continuation of original sin begun by Satan, himself.

Hmm, you don’t like connecting the dots. I see. Then I don’t feel sorry for you. If you don’t recognize the problem, then neither will you know the answer for it. Salvation for this country, and indeed the world, can only come from above, and by the grace and goodness of God Almighty, God and Father the Lord Jesus Christ.

To blame anything on the current administration is at the expense of ignoring the totality of modern, ancient and pre-world history, and is itself, the height of hypocrisy. Not unlike that to which all athiests, pagans, and god haters aspire. By rejecting god, they reject themselves, and the world to which they presume themselves to be masters, will know them no more. That day will come soon enough. In the meantime, even given Bozo the Clown in Chief has got to be one of the worst POTUS in history, with his complete and total lack of effectiveness, Obamacare was foisted upon us by the Congress, Obama merely signed it. Even allowing this, Bozo is certainly not the worst POTUS in the history of this country. Just one of the worst.

Whether or not the US Congress is the absolute worst in all of recorded history remains to be seen. They’re certainly headed in that direction, and have actually done great things, if that is to be their ultimate legacy, to preside over TEOTWAWKI. As long as they get their pensions and the best health care money can buy, they’re totally OK with that. In the meantime, while the $ remains the world’s reserve currency, they’ll continue to print and spend, which has reduced the private sector to dependent status, as evidenced by the astronomical number of families living as government dependents. Federal deficit spending has literally replaced private investment, or at least in the process of doing so, the share of GDP being spent by the public sector doubling between 2000 and 2010 from something like 12% to 25%. But, as long as the 55% continue to get theirs, they’re OK with that.

Something has to give, and it’s going to be either us or them. I prefer not losing by voting for Tea Party candidates, since the OWS doesn’t have any. It’s going to be a battle, if the ballots recently held in VA are any indication. The status quo has a lot to lose, if they lose their influence in DC. It’s easier to play dirty and win elections thereby securing a majority vote in CONUS, then having to resort to the same tricks for every influential vote in Congress on every issue.

They’ve had a pretty good run, to say the least. Unfortunately, neither history nor current sentiment appear to be working in the contrarian’s favor. While everyone might agree our system of government could work for the benefit of all, what is clear from the actions of the SCOTUS, CONUS, and POTUS, the system has been hijacked and is not only working the benefit of the few, but leading us toward a police state, which the founders of our country fought so gallantly to prevent. Then there is the nasty business of US wars of aggression beginning with the American Indian. How can anyone trust what they say? Only a fool. What then, say you?

“As it is written, “For your sake we are being killed all the day long;
we are regarded as sheep to be slaughtered.”
No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.” (Romans 8:36-37 ESV)

“And if it is evil in your eyes to serve the LORD, choose this day whom you will serve, … But as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.” (Joshua 24:15 ESV)
