The Crisis of Fake Global Warming

Via Truth Revolt

In which our host explores the biggest fake problem not actually facing our nation today: Global Warming!

TRANSCRIPT:

I’m Andrew Klavan and this is the Revolting Truth.

It’s time to take an hysterical and panicky look at fake global warming.  Fake global warming is one of the most serious fake problems not actually facing our nation today.  According to smarmy billionaire Al Gore, we must take useless and expensive actions immediately or the polar ice caps will be completely melted by two thousand and thirteen… which will be catastrophic when last year arrives.

And the polar bears — oh, the polar bears!  Studies reveal that over the last twenty years, as computer models of the climate have progressively damaged computer models of their habitat, the polar bear population has steadily increased.  But that’s only in real life! In the computer models, the poor creatures are dropping like flies.

Let’s examine the distorted facts. Between the years 1950 and 2000, the earth’s temperature increased approximately nine tenths of a degree Centigrade. Over the exact same period, the price of butter in Morris County New Jersey rose from 77 cents a pound to nearly four dollars.  According to climate change logic, this means that if we give government the power to lower the price of butter in Morris County, the temperature should once again sink back to the levels of the 1950’s.  And weren’t the 50‘s a fine old time!  Who wouldn’t want those temperatures back again?

I realize there are some superstitious troglodytes who don’t believe in science.  They insist we have to go on powering our country with oil and gas instead of using sustainable energy from the holy Vitraya Ramunong tree from that great, great movie Avatar.  We’ve explained to them that 97 percent of scientists believe in global warming, but it means nothing to them, even though the number 97 percent has been scientifically selected as the most panic-inducing random number available.

But fake global warming is not just a fake problem for a computer generated future. Even as we speak, it’s creating a pervasive and irritating whining noise that sounds almost exactly like the President of the United States. This must be stopped.

I’m Andrew Klavan with the Revolting Truth.

To help understand what environmentalism (that includes global warming) you all should google a think-tank study released in 1966 called —– “Report from Iron Mountain”

The self-proclaimed purpose of the study was to explore various ways to “stabilize society.”

The major conclusion of the report was that, in the past, war has been the only reliable means to achieve that goal. It contends that only during times of war or the threat of war are the masses compliant enough to carry the yoke of government without complaint. Fear of conquest and pillage by an enemy can make almost any burden seem acceptable by comparison. War can be used to arouse human passion and patriotic feelings of loyalty to the nation’s leaders. No government has long survived without enemies and armed conflict.

But, in times of peace, people become resentful of high taxes, shortages, and bureaucratic intervention. When they become disrespectful of their leaders, they become dangerous.

ANOTHER WAY TO CONTROL THE MASSES WAS NEEDED.

The environment was viewed as the most likely to succeed because it could be related to observable conditions …. smog, water pollution, air quality, etc … it would be based partly on fact and, therefore, be credible. Predictions could be made showing end-of-earth scenarios just as horrible as atomic warfare. Accuracy in these predictions would not be important!!! Their purpose would be to frighten, not to inform.

Yes, that’s what environmentalism — current flavor being Global Warming — is all about.

Quoting directly from the report …

“When it comes to postulating a credible substitute for war … the ‘alternate enemy’ must imply a more immediate, tangible, and directly felt threat of destruction. It must justify the need for taking and paying a ‘blood price’ in wide areas of human concern. In this respect, the possible substitute enemies noted earlier would be insufficient. One exception might be the environmental-pollution model, if the danger to society it posed was genuinely imminent. The fictive models would have to carry the weight of extraordinary conviction, underscored with a not inconsiderable actual sacrifice of life…. It may be, for instance, that gross pollution of the environment can eventually replace the possibility of mass destruction by nuclear weapons as the principal apparent threat to the survival of the species. Poisoning of the air, and of the principal sources of food and water supply, is already well advanced, and at first glance would seem promising in this respect; it constitutes a threat that can be dealt with only through social organization and political power…. ”

Stucky, it remains to be seen whether the fear of global warming rises to the level of sheer panic roused by the cry, “The barbarians are coming!”

It’s a healthy survival instinct, one which would serve one well to observe what is written,

“and to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, Jesus who delivers us from the wrath to come.”

(1 Thessalonians 1:10 ESV)

Hoax, or not a hoax (if wiki is to be believed) …… the premise is 100% true. Open your eyes, man.

Do you really believe Oreo and the corporations who control him give a flying fuck about the environment?? The very same corporations more than willing to destroy it for a buck?? The same corporations so heinous we had to invent another clusterfuk organization, the EPA? The same corporations who literally buy government? These people give a fuck about the environment??

OK, then, so what IS behind Global Warming? “Money” is often the first answer … cuz it’s a correct answer. IMHO, that’s secondary. The primary reason is to CONTROL the masses.

Even if it’s a “hoax” study, whoever wrote it sure as hell nailed it, and that makes it worthwile to read and understand.

Global warming is real ! Your ignorant comments denying global warming prove to me that you have expressed personal opinions which may be based on other people’s personal opinions. It is obvious that your comments lack knowledge of the facts. You have not taken the time to study both sides of the issue and therefore you speak with ignorance. Just like that ass hole in the above video.

There are now more than 7 billion humans on planet earth. When I was born in 1959 there were around 2.5 billion humans. We (the human race) have been populating earth like a plague of locusts. Our petroleum based activities of daily living have been effecting and continue to effect the atmosphere.

So before you show how ignorant you are by commenting on a subject that you know nothing (or selectively very little) about, go spend a few years researching both sides of the global warming story.

MY GOD MAN OPEN YOU EYES !

The above persona fail to understand the earth alternates between periods of heat and cold.

“The first maps of the Earth’s forests plotted by scientists at Royal Holloway, University of London after creating a database of more than two thousand fossilised forest sites from the Cretaceous period, when dinosaurs were at their peak. The patterns of vegetation, together with information about the rate of tree growth, support the idea that the Earth was stifling hot 100 million years ago. High temperatures and possibly more atmospheric carbon dioxide caused forests to extend much closer to the poles and grow almost twice as fast as they do today. ”

Fails to understand there were no humans causing global warming during the blistering hor dinosaur age.

A few YEARS? Uh, I suspect very few of us would have the time and inclination to do that. Are you one of the very few?

Dinosaurs. Ice Age. Medieval Warm Period. Mini-ice age. It got hot. Then it got cold. Then it got hot again. Then it got cold again. No human influence. None. Explain that.

You, Skinbag, are betting the farm on meteorological data that is semi-accurate for a mere 150 years on a planet that is 6 billion years old. And which has been deliberately SKEWED by removing temperature stations in colder, rural areas and adding stations in warmer areas, such as cities and suburbs to “prove” global warming. Explain that.

You, Skinbag, are shivering under your covers when the carbon dioxide count in the atmosphere recently hit a reported 400 ppm, when a few hundred million years ago it was 800 ppm, and thriving plant and animal life was off the charts. Explain that.

You, Skinbag, are probably among those who think polar bears are an endangered species, as your wonderful government has so designated. Endangered to the point that the population of polar bears has nearly tripled since the 1950s. Explain that.

“MY GOD MAN OPEN YOU EYES!”

As Sol (our nearest star) ages, its energy output increases. We know this happens (we see it in other similar-class stars), and of course eventually solar output will be such that life (as we currently know it) may be no longer viable on this planet.

Here’s an interesting (though older) article re.very short term (on a Geological scale) increases in solar output over the last century. Who’s to say this increase had an additional effect on the “observed” Global Warming?

Personally I’d prefer a little more Global Warmth right now – right in the middle of the Southern Hemisphere winter (and today’s a cold one!!)

You’re not the brightest tool in the shed, are you?

First, OF COURSE the earf is flat!! If it was round, every one south of the equator would fall off.

Second, I don’t have sycophants, I have friends here …. and they will vote you down.

Third, I posted a pic of big dinosaurs and an article about the searing hot temperatures of that era …. which just so happens to mention the role of Carbon Dioxide. So, I get it.

Fourth, you don’t seem to understand there were no humans around during the Dino Era.

Fifth, you don’t seem to be able to understand my wisdom, or SSS’s, or others here …. that BOTH warming and cooling are PART OF THE CYCLE OF LIFE ON MOTHER EARF!!!

Sixth, if science could vote … it would vote you off the island.

Skinbag is so over the top I’m inclined to think he is being sarcastic.

As for the video, the guy seems like an annoying douce, but he’s not wrong.

Carbon dioxide and temperatures increased linearly for 44 years, from 1954 – 1998.

Since then, the temperature has plateaued, and while the arctic has struggled to keep to average extent sea ice, the antarctic has been piling it on.

I could go on at length, and in the past I have. The facts haven’t changed since my last rant, no new data has been added to the set. Give the Cryosat down in antarctica a few more years and maybe I’ll take it seriously, but from the moment it was launched into orbit, its every piece of data did nothing but shriek “global warming.”

This means one of two things: Either global warming is accelerating so quickly that even on a year-to-year basis we should be able to see significant differences, or that the issue has become so political that anything other than an alarm won’t be published.

I feel like its a pretty good bet the climate is changing (when isn’t it?), and we can definitely measure humanity’s effect upon climates in local regions, but trying to extrapolate it out is pure guesswork.

The greatest crimes committed by man-made climate change apologists are the damage to scientific credibility (scientists are starting out with the answer, and fitting their data to that assumption) as well as real damage to the environment thats going on unreported.

1) Extensive deforestation
2) Misuse of natural fresh water (looking at you CA/AZ/NV)
3) Overpopulation (government intervention)
4) Misuse of land (overdevelopment)
5) Destruction of the world’s oceans

There, thats a good list to start on. In the US the first one isn’t as big of an issue anymore, but #2-4 are god damned travesties.

WHY THERE IS GLOBAL WARMING

People in the USA, are being told by the U.S. government and media that global warming is man-made. If that is true, how can the government and media explain the high temperatures the earth has experienced in past years when there were far fewer people? Let us look back in the world’s history: for example, between roughly 900AD and 1350AD the temperatures were much higher than now. And, back then there were fewer people, no cars, no electric utilities, and no factories, etc. So what caused the earth’s heat? Could it be a natural occurrence? The temperature graph at the bottom of this article shows the temperatures of the earth before Christ to 2040.

In the book THE DISCOVERERS published in February 1985 by Daniel J. Boorstin, beginning in chapter 28, it goes into detail about Eric the Red, the father of Lief Ericsson, and how he discovered an island covered in green grass.

In approximately 983AD, Eric the Red committed murder, and was banished from Iceland for three years. Eric the Red sailed 500 miles west from Iceland and discovered an island covered in GREEN grass, which he named Greenland. Greenland reminded Eric the Red of his native Norway because of the grass, game animals, and a sea full of fish. Even the air provided a harvest of birds. Eric the Red and his crew started laying out sites for farms and homesteads, as there was no sign of earlier human habitation.

When his banishment expired, Eric the Red returned to congested Iceland to gather Viking settlers. In 986, Eric the Red set sail with an emigrant fleet of twenty-five ships carrying men, women, and domestic animals. Unfortunately, only fourteen ships survived the stormy passage, which carried about four-hundred-fifty immigrants plus the farm animals. The immigrants settled on the southern-west tip and up the western coast of Greenland.

After the year 1200AD, the Earth’s and Greenland’s climate grew colder; ice started building up on the southern tip of Greenland. Before the end of 1300AD, the Viking settlements were just a memory. You can find the above by searching Google. One link is:

http://www.greenland.com/en/about-greenland/kultur-sjael/historie/vikingetiden/erik-den-roede.aspx

The following quote you can also read about why there is global warming. This is from the book EINSTEIN’S UNIVERSE, Page 63, written by Nigel Calder in 1972, and updated in 1982.

“The reckoning of planetary motions is a venerable science. Nowadays it tells us, for example, how gravity causes the ice to advance or retreat on the Earth during the ice ages. The gravity of the Moon and (to a lesser extent) of the Sun makes the Earth’s axis swivel around like a tilted spinning top. Other planets of the Solar System, especially Jupiter, Mars and Venus, influence the Earth’s tilt and the shape of its orbit, in a more-or-less cyclic fashion, with significant effects on the intensity of sunshine falling on different regions of the Earth during the various seasons. Every so often a fortunate attitude and orbit of the Earth combine to drench the ice sheets in sunshine as at the end of the most recent ice age, about ten thousand years ago. But now our relatively benign interglacial is coming to an end, as gravity continues to toy with our planet.”

The above points out that the universe is too huge and the earth is too small for the earth’s population to have any effect on the earth’s temperature. The earth’s temperature is a function of the sun’s temperature and the effects from the many massive planets in the universe, i.e., “The gravity of the Moon and (to a lesser extent) of the Sun makes the Earth’s axis swivel around like a tilted spinning top. Other planets of the Solar System, especially Jupiter, Mars and Venus, influence the Earth’s tilt and the shape of its orbit, in a more-or-less cyclic fashion, with significant effects on the intensity of sunshine falling on different regions of the Earth during the various seasons.”

Read below about carbon dioxide, which we need in order to exist. You can find the article below at:

http://www.geocraft.com/WVFossils/ice_ages.html.
FUN FACTS about CARBON DIOXIDE:

Of the 186 billion tons of carbon from CO2 that enter earth’s atmosphere each year from all sources, only 6 billion tons are from human activity. Approximately 90 billion tons come from biologic activity in earth’s oceans and another 90 billion tons from such sources as volcanoes and decaying land plants.

At 380 parts per million CO2 is a minor constituent of earth’s atmosphere–less than 4/100ths of 1% of all gases present. Compared to former geologic times, earth’s current atmosphere is CO2- impoverished.

CO2 is odorless, colorless, and tasteless. Plants absorb CO2 and emit oxygen as a waste product. Humans and animals breathe oxygen and emit CO2 as a waste product. Carbon dioxide is a nutrient, not a pollutant, and all life– plants and animals alike– benefit from more of it. All life on earth is carbon-based and CO2 is an essential ingredient. When plant-growers want to stimulate plant growth, they introduce more carbon dioxide.

CO2 that goes into the atmosphere does not stay there, but continuously recycled by terrestrial plant life and earth’s oceans– the great retirement home for most terrestrial carbon dioxide.

If we are in a global warming crisis today, even the most aggressive and costly proposals for limiting industrial carbon dioxide emissions and all other government proposals and taxes would have a negligible effect on global climate!

The government is lying, trying to use global warming to limit, and tax its citizens through “cap and trade” and other tax schemes for the government’s benefit. We, the people cannot allow this to happen.

The Earth’s Temperature Graph should be shown below:

If the Earth’s temperature graph is not shown above, you can see this temperature graph at the link:

http://www.longrangeweather.com/global_temperatures.htm

You can copy the temperature graph and place it in your computer.
