I’m not sure why but this site is loading extremely slow for me.
Is anyone else having this problem or is it a problem on my end?
I’ll check back later and see if the problem still exists.

Martina, clean out your history and your cookies.
And, if still using Internet Explorer, consider switching to something like Firefox where you can block tracking ads, eyes and cookies. Though, I am sure, the NSA will still have a handy-dandy log of all your activities and eyecandy if you need a backup.
Unless, of course, you work for the IRS, then, no backups!

It’s not just you …. same here.
Started about a week ago … taking so long to load that I got booted off due to some ‘timeout expiration”. Several times.
I have Firefox, several of the add-ons, cleaned my cache, ran a full 2 hour Adaware virus scan. It’s somewhat better, but still slow as shit. I press on a recent comment, and the little circle thingy just goes on and on … 2, 4 minutes sometimes. It appears to be random because other times — from one post to the next — it’s just a few seconds. The most telling fact is I have no problems on ANY other site.
Also … it’s best not to complain. Just find a work around, deal with it, or give up.
