NYPD CHOKES A MAN TO DEATH FOR SELLING CIGARETTES

Video: New York Man Who Broke Up Street Fight Choked to Death By Police

“They jumped him and they were choking him. He was foaming at the mouth”

A New York man who broke up a street fight Thursday died after being choked to death by police.

Eric Garner, a 43-year-old father of six, was tackled by police and immediately placed in a choke following a brief argument outside a local beauty supply store.

Garner, who suffers from asthma, can be heard pleading for help as more officers arrive and begin piling on top of him.

“I can’t breathe!” Garner says repeatedly.

Face first on the ground, Garner begins to lose consciousness as a seperate officer can be seen pressing his face into the concrete.

“Everybody back up!” an officer suddenly screams.

Noticing Garner’s lifeless body, police step back as another officer attempts to wake him.

“There’s something wrong with him,” a woman says.

Likely realizing they just murdered an innocent man, police begin ordering people to step back from the scene.

The video’s author, 22-year-old Ramsey Orta, described the incident in detail to the New York Daily News.

Police officials said Garner has a history of arrests for selling untaxed cigarettes.
Video shows officers approaching Garner, who repeatedly insists he did nothing wrong.
'I can’t breathe! I can’t breathe!' Eric Garner repeatedly screamed after at least five NYPD officers took him down in front of a Tompkinsville beauty supply store when he resisted being handcuffed.

“They jumped him and they were choking him. He was foaming at the mouth,” Orta said. “And that’s it, he was done. The cops were saying, ‘No, he’s OK, he’s OK.” He wasn’t OK.”

According to one officer, Garner was approached for allegedly selling untaxed cigarettes, not for breaking up a fight.

Garner’s wife, Esaw, told The News that she wasn’t alterted to her husband’s fate until she arrived at the hospital.

“I saw him with his eyes wide open and I said, ‘Babe, don’t leave me, I need you.’ But he was already gone,” Esaw said. “When I kissed my husband this morning, I never thought it would be for the last time.”Esaw says police ignored her while at the hospital, refusing to answer her questions about what happened.

“They wouldn’t tell me anything,” Esaw said.

While at the hospital, Esaw says she eventually spoke with a Detective Howard, who said his office would be looking into the incident due to apparent “wrongdoing.”

A statement released by the New York Police Department claimed that Garner went into cardiac arrest during the detainment, but made no mention of the officer’s choke hold.

“They’re covering their asses, he was breaking up a fight,” Esaw said. “They harassed and harassed my husband until they killed him.”

An anonymous law enforcement source told The News that the incident was a “potential” problem for the NYPD.

Garner’s situation is eerily similar to that of Kelly Thomas, a mentally disabled homeless man who was beat to death by California police in 2011.

Despite Thomas’ murder being caught on film, all involved officers were acquitted.

There will be no accountability.

The medical examiner ruled it a homicide.

No one will be punished for this. The elites will need the pigs to protect them when it all goes South and it is going South fast.

The tattooed 5’5″ circus freak reject was certainly looking for a fight, but he needed other members of The Lollipop Guild to sneak up from behind before he felt confident enough to make his move.

On the plus side, fake Italian Warren Wilhelm, Jr. (aka Bill de Blasio) was forced to cancel his fancy Venetian vacation over the incident.

It’s become the new norm: “Shoot to kill first; ask questions later,” aka Standard Operating Procedure.

It’s not just in the USA: under the New World Disorder’s Agenda 21, in Kanada we have the same SOP, right down to unarmed 12 yr olds. How? They’re already guilty: they could become breeders any day now!

This poor guy had SIX kids who now don’t have a Dad.

This is fucking disgusting.

Those cops should get life in prison & the other prisoners should be told what they did.

Just showed up, read the story. About to comment and realized I got doppled! A piss poor effort too, if I say so…

Check out the pictures. Big guy is focused on Weasel in front of him. Notice Black Ball Cap asshole to his right? Approaching out of a blind spot. You can see what he wants to do in his eyes… I’ve seen that look before.

Once Black Ball Cap gets behind him and puts him in that lock, the Big Guy is compromised. He gets bum-rushed by several more copfuks who were just waiting for Black Ball Cap to put the move on him…

Takeaway lesson: NEVER let them get behind you – no matter who it is – or lose your situational awareness. Big Guy was so focused on Weasel – you can see the “What the fuck, bro?” look on his face – he was clueless to the danger on his right flank. No situational awareness and it cost him.

Not saying it’s big guy’s fault – the cops murdered his ass, straight up. I’m sure they all “feel bad” about them murdering the big guy, but not so bad that they would go in front of a camera and admit guilt. They’ll hide behind a wall of lawyers, the copfuk union, pay the widow and chillins some pittance to shut her up and those murdering fucks will be back on the street most ricky tick…

I watched the video. Shockingly unbelievable. I heard the guy say, “I can’t breathe” at least 5 times. I hope the choker and every cop who touched this guy are charged with murder. Unlike Rodney King, he did NOT resist.

Back in January, I stated …..

“New York taxes cigarettes to the tune of $4.35 a pack, and New York City tacks on another $1.50 a pack. When you add the federal tax (it was upped it to $1.01 a pack from 39 cents in 2009), New Yorkers pay either a whopping $6.86 tax on every pack of cigarettes in NYC or $5.36 tax a pack elsewhere.”

From the article above ……

“According to one officer, Garner was approached for allegedly selling untaxed cigarettes, not for breaking up a fight.”

Ok, let’s go with that. The government of New York state set this guy up, and the NYC police department murdered him for ALLEGEDLY selling untaxed cigarettes. Are you fucking kidding me? After the guy is on camera telling the cops he just broke up a fight? I wish I had a law degree. I’d be foaming at the mouth to get on the defense team.

The cops aren’t there to protect people or help U, they’re on the job to enforce mostly stupid laws that benefit The State.

People would be better off gunning up on their own, which would also make these assholes think twice about this type of shit if the public could shoot back.
