The One Percent’s Plot to Overthrow Democracy In America In 1933

Guest Post by Jesse

The Great Depression, the conflicts that tested the Republic to its foundations, and the struggle to maintain the commitment to freedom and democracy against powerful interests.

The highly decorated Marine Corps Major General Smedley Butler testified in 1934 that he had been recruited by the representatives of powerful industrialists who asked him to bring the Bonus Army back to Washington and take the government over by force from then President Franklin Roosevelt. This was a scheme that was known as The Business Plot.

These wealthy business people were not prosecuted and the incident was quietly swept aside in the interest of domestic confidence and peace.

If Not At Home, Then the Establishment of Oligarchy Abroad

After the failure to overturn democracy in the US, some in the American ‘One Percent’ became powerful supporters and business associates of Mussolini, and even of the German Third Reich. This business relationship continued long after the criminal brutality of these regimes had become quite obvious to all civilized people.

Their involvement in the rise and promotion of fascist ideology seems to have been largely forgotten.

Let me comment on this as a Southerner. Since 1865 we have been generally depicted as the bogeymen who threaten the liberal American Dream, snaggle-toothed lynchers, ignorant galumphing yokels, wild-eyed Klansmen, true horrors right out of Deliverance.

I know all about the Businessman’s Plot. Though I hold no brief for FDR and the gang of slimy Communists, Fellow Travelers and Mittel European greaseballs he made part of our permanent government structure, I have no love for the Northern businessman who did so much to bring about the Great Depression and then would have wrecked our country once and for all with their Fascist gunplay, grinding all ordinary Americans underfoot. These guys – or, rather, their grandfathers – were the ones who ensured the Civil War was transformed into a national catastrophe, cleverly playing the unstable and foolish Southern hotheads into firing the first shot. Since 1865 these creeps, with their bogus patrician airs and equally bogus Haaavard accents, have sold the country down the river. of course, since then a new, ethnic brand of Robber Baron has arisen, but it is the same plot, the same game. Time to shut down their puppy mills in the Ivy league, confiscate their trust funds and break up the mega-corporations. Either that or prepare to lose the country for good.

I don;t know about their plan in the 30’s. The American Bar Association put their plan in place in 1983 and began rolling it out to every state. New Jersey 1984 to 2009 Maine.

Undermined the judiciary and held them hostage – every court ion the country – state and federal. Concealed under that unnecessary tradition they call attorney client privilege.

Non pudeat dicere, quod non pudet sentire.
“Let no man be ashamed to speak what he is not ashamed to think.”
In a document titled
COMPLIANCE, CREATIVE DEVIANCE, AND RESISTANCE TO LAW: A Theory of the Attorney-Client Privilege,
Norman W. Spaulding begins with the latin phrase, and the following paragraph.

“The legal profession has not been candid about the purpose of the attorney-client privilege. Our lack of candor now verges on duplicity. We seem to be ashamed to admit what we do for our clients under cover of the privilege. And with our shame and circumlocution, confusion and controversy about the doctrine has multiplied.

We should not be ashamed. The time has come to be “full and frank,” as the saying goes.”

I disagree… It’s 30 years late… The time had long since passed for ‘full and frank’ discussions.

There is great shame in what the American Bar Association has done to destroy the integrity of the judiciary, and to rape the public trust.

The ABA deception shames an entire nation who mourns the victims of deliberate deviant “professional” efforts who did not survive, while millions upon millions have lost everything to the avarice and greed of a twisted organization without ethics, morality or humanity.

Yet, while they hide behind the client – real or imaginary, a lawyer could never break a law.

This is fact, but only while every lawyer crime may be concealed by the ‘professional ethics’ of the lawyer… and the sun has set on those days. The Constitutional Rights of the innocent victim will not be ignored any further.

As I indicated to the American Bar Association in August 2013.

THERE IS CAUSE FOR ALARM. THERE IS NOTHING THAT THE ABA WOULD NOT DO TO CONTINUE IN THEIR LAWLESSNESS. BEHEADINGS, EBOLA, GENOCIDE, NO LIMITS TO ANY AND ALL METHODS TO KEEP PEOPLE DISTRACTED FROM THE 30 YEAR RAPE OF THE PUBLIC TRUST WHILE THE JUDICIARY WAS HELD HOSTAGE.

The AMERICAN BAR ASSOCIATION has beheaded Liberty and shit down her throat for the last 30 years.
