Demise of the Petrodollar

Demise of the Petrodollar

By Casey Research

Vladimir Putin is stripping America of its superpower status. But he’s not using bombs or tanks to do it. He plans to destroy the one thing that underpins demand for the dollar and Americans’ way of life: the petrodollar system. This was the secret pact Kissinger struck in the vast oil rich deserts of Saudi Arabia. America guaranteed to defend Saudi Arabia and the House of Saud in perpetuity if the Saudis would sell oil in dollars. But many countries resent this system, and their leading spokesman is Putin. There’s a new Colder War going on, and it’s threatening the only thing holding America at the top.

Before Putin makes another move, pick up a copy of The Colder War and learn why the stakes have never been higher and why we’ve never been more vulnerable. Because if the petrodollar dies, so does America as a superpower.

So?

Let Putin trade his Oil and Gas in Rubbles to the Chinese.

The Chinks can print up a bunch of Wan to keep their smokes stacks spewing to sell plastic toys to Wallmart.

I’m sure Putin will be happy with all those Wan in bank vault reserves. Maybe, he can sell the Chinks enough Oil and gas to be able to buy some of the Chinese Ghosts cities.

Osama said he would cripple America not by terrorist attacks but by bankrupting us as we chase towel headed boogiemen for years and years.

He screwed up, he didn’t calculate that as long as we had the fed and the rest of the world accepted our dollar, we would never be bankrupt.

Putin and the rest of the East figured it out, destroy the dollar, or the worlds acceptance of the dollar, and so goes America. Too bad his fight is with TPTB but as is normally the case, us little folk be fucked.

It really makes you wonder about our so called leaders and the string pullers. They don’t have much long term thinking.

@CARD802

Are you still hanging on to that old Osama bin Ladin fairy tale ? The Bin Ladin family are one of the largest contracting companies in the middle east. When the hotel in Beirut was blown up, factions in our government gave them the contract to rebuild. On the morning of 9/11 when the twin towers were being hit, daddy bush and the Carlyle Group were in DC meeting with Osama’s brother and a few other family members. The only plane cleared to fly that day afters the towers were hit was the jet carrying the Bin Ladin family out of the country. Osama was a CIA asset. That boogie man thing was theater.
