I no longer get to eat roast turkey on Afro-American Thursday – formerly Thanksgiving – my Salvy
in laws prefer ‘panes con pavo’ or turkey stewed in a dutch oven and served like a subway sandwich with leaf of lettuce and decorated with watercress. Dang Salvatrucha Indians don’t know how to cook a turkey.
