Those tough gun laws in Chicago sure are working wonders. They only had a 20% increase in shootings in 2014. The criminal element in the Windy city really could use some training with their aim. The city averaged 7.2 shootings per day and only 1.2 successful shootings per day. Imagine the savings to the taxpayers of Illinois in healthcare and criminal system costs if they can improve their aim by 50% in 2015.
Rahm is doing a bang up job. At least the Chicago school system is bankrupt and graduates outright illiterate morons who think Dunkin Donuts is a basketball team. The Democratic Party reign in urban ghetto kill zones across the country is truly a success story.
They should duck less.

Police Officer Shoots Himself In Elevator (skip to 2:12)
Officials have released video of an Erlanger, Ky. police officer who accidentally shot himself in a parking garage elevator in Ohio. Officer Darryl Jouett sustained non life-threatening injuries. The officer’s
wife was in the elevator with him at the time of the shooting, but she was not injured.

At some point, we taxpayers are going to get tired of paying the police, court, prison, and hospital costs and call an end the source of all these shootings: the drug war. More likely, we’ll just run out of money.
Most of the drive bys here in Miami occur within a 0.5 mile circle of warehoused poor. The area was supposed to be a suburban paradise filled with trees, grass, etc., far away from the do gooders who put them there. You’d think the county hospital would put in an ER dead center and save all that gas money/staff time to transport.
I’ve been tellin you all… statistically, the safest place to be is squarely in front of the gang-banger shooting at you… preferably with a rotating light on your head.
