Jackie Coakley: UVA False Rape Accusation

Stop what you’re doing for a minute and listen. Can you hear that? Listen for a shrill, high pitched whine. Even if you are deep within the Amazon rainforest or high atop Mount Everest I bet you can hear it, if ever so slightly. Do you know what it is? That is the screech of feminist social justice warrior (SJWs) wailing at the top of their lungs “victim blaming” or whatever their latest drivel du jour happens to be. They are attempting to drown out the facts of the UVA rape hoax and to demonize the few journalists that are actually reporting on all the facts of this case.

The sane among us may be confused as to why the perpetrator of a hoax that severely damaged the reputation of an entire university, the nationwide fraternity Phi Kappa Psi and its members would be still be referred to as a victim but they are simply not up to date on the latest “Newspeak” dictated by the sexual grievance industry and feminist social justice warriors. You see, Jackie (Jacqueline) Coakley is still a victim, she just mixed up her facts or forgot a few details. She bears no responsibility for any of this. Rolling Stone bears all the blame as stated by this commenter on a New York Times article detailing the shoddy “journalism” done by Rolling Stone’s writers and editors.

Adam in Tampa writes:

Blaming the source is ridiculous and a deflection. She may be dishonest, I have no idea, but there are lots of dishonest people in the world, and they don’t all get major publications to treat rape accusations the way Rolling Stone did. The fault here rests entirely with Rolling Stone for how it acted upon being introduced to said unreliable source.

Can you swallow that? Jackie Coakley bears no responsibility whatsoever for this hoax and the blame lies entirely with Rolling Stone Managazine even though she lied about nearly every single detail of her account and this may not even be the first time she’s done it!

Now, don’t get me wrong, Rolling Stone does have a great deal of responsibility here and they should be punished severely in the free market and in the civil courts. Every writer and editor that touched this story should be fired immediately starting with Sabrina Rubin Erdely but, that said, Jackie Coakley certainly deserves at least fifty percent of the blame. What kind of upside down world do we live in where someone can falsely accuse others of a crime, cause a national media circus, destroy the reputation of hundreds of people and waste mountains of public money on an investigation that is nothing more than a witch hunt and still be called a victim? In what world can you publicly tarnish the reputation of so many people with total lies and fabrications while still expecting to have some kind of right to privacy and a victim status? WTF!?!

This is serious business, lives and reputations get ruined and people can go to jail. In the case of false rape accusations, the victims are the accused and the accuser is the criminal, not the other way around.

From the beginning this case reeked of Tawana Brawley and the Duke Lacrosse scandal. In almost 30 years, it seems the media still hasn’t learned. Or perhaps they just don’t want to learn. It seems that they have an agenda to push and facts be damned. They want to sell us this “rape culture” bullshit but what we really have in the west is a “false rape culture” and “false rape statistics culture” which has been demonstrated time and time again.

Moving right along, let’s examine another comment on the same New York Times article where some mental defective in Canada opines that “the story of an environment conducive to rape” is a “more important part of the article” than “the actual facts” and that only mistake Rolling Stone made was not telling us that it’s just a fictional story.

DSS in Ottawa writes:

They made one simple mistake. If the author or editor had said; “This is the story of rape meant to show you the dark side of campus life. The events that transpired, true or not, illustrate that rapes on campus can and do happen and will continue unless we do something about it.” This shifts the emphasis of the story on an environment conducive to rape (allowed to exist on campuses), not the actual facts, which I think is the more important part of the article.

The patients are truly running the asylum in the western world, “facts don’t matter as long as it’s a good story”. Need I reiterate that this so called “environment conducive to rape” is as much a fantasy as the UVA rape hoax itself?

The Bureau of Justice Statistics’ “Violent Victimization of College Students” report tells a different and more plausible story about campus culture. During the years surveyed, 1995-2002, the DOJ found that there were six rapes or sexual assaults per thousand per year. Across the nation’s four million female college students, that comes to about one victim in forty students. Other DOJ statistics show that the overall rape rate is in sharp decline: since 1995, the estimated rate of female rape or sexual assault victimizations has decreased by about 60 percent.

You know what really is an environment conducive to rape? Prison! Prison is an environment conducive to rape, not American Universities!

More men are raped in the U.S. than woman, according to figures that include sexual abuse in prisons. In 2008, it was estimated 216,000 inmates were sexually assaulted while serving time, according to the Department of Justice figures.

Here are literally hundreds of thousands of real actual rape victims but feminist social justice warriors ingore this completely along with most of the media. Why? It’s not about the facts it’s about the story. (Oh and the victims are men, so you know, they deserve it).

I would like to leave readers with one final thought, at issue here is an information war and the utterly insane feminist social justice warriors along with their storm troopers in the media are winning. Until fairly recently trying to find out “what is Jackie’s real name?” or “who is Jackie UVA rape case?” with a Google search was quite difficult. Even though this case has been thoroughly exposed as a total fabrication even by blatantly liberal publications like the New York Times and New York Magazine it is not easy to find out who was behind the hoax.

Inexplicably, virtually all mainstream media sources are still hiding the identity of this fraud, Jackie Coakley. How can that be? Isn’t a false report of a crime a crime in and of itself? Aren’t there still any penalties for libel and defamation, particularly in such a public venue as the international media? Reading through many of the reports on the unraveling of this case it seems like it should be child’s play to identify “Jackie”. Her friends are identified, what student organizations she’s involved with are identified, that she is still a student at the University of Virgina is mentioned. Why hasn’t “Jackie” been outed? Well, as previously mentioned, she has been outed by real actual journalist Charles C Johnson… back in December. His reports, until recently, were just buried under mountains and mountains of mainstream media hand wringing over irrelevant side issues and the fringe feminist social justice warrior whackjobs attacking him instead of the perpetrator of the hoax, Jackie Coakely (and it looks like they were wrong again even on the side issue they raised).

I implore readers to plaster the net with the name Jackie Coakley. Use the hash tag #JackieCoakley, write blog articles about Jackie Coakely and contextually link to other honest articles about Jackie Coakley. Make her a poster child for false rape accusations world wide. Demonstrate to these sociopathic feminist, liberal social justice warriors that from now on there will be real penalties and consequences for false rape accusations. If you destroy someones reputation by falsely accusing them, your reputation too will be destroyed when the truth comes out. I sincerely hope that the Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity, The University of Virginia and anyone else who had their reputation harmed will demand the jobs everyone at Rolling Stone who had a hand in this and will sue both Jackie Coakely and Rolling Stone into the poor house. Sane peoples of the western world, it is time to set a precedent on false rape allegations!

All it takes to have your life ruined in this great land of the free is an accusation.

You raped me!
You are evading taxes!
You are laundering money!
You are involved with drugs!

The proof is irrelevant. Proof eats shit. All that matters is the accusation. The entire USA!USA!USA! “justice” system is based on accusations. We call them Prosecutors. Today they have virtually unlimited power, and can never ever, except in the most extreme circumstances, be themselves prosecuted for misconduct. They make the rules and break them when it suits them.

God help you if this shitfuk government … or even a skank ho … accuses you of something. You’re fucked six ways to Sunday.

It is good to live in the most free and glorious nation ever, is it not?

Stucky,

Agreed on all counts. What I found truly incredible about this particular case was that this accusation was too flimsy even for the prosecutors and still we got this media circus. The degree to which these phony accusations seem to be able to grow legs on ever flimsier evidence is alarming.

This is all too common now. I wonder if the media is going to start investigating the 32 accusations of rape against Bill Cosby that also surfaced at the same time. I mean either Cosby is the greatest sleuth raper in history or the saddest case of elder abuse.

I’m glad the author mentioned Tawana Brawley.

When it came out her story was nothing but a race-baiting lie made real by the likes of Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton – whom has financially benefited from the lie for DECADES – the same thing happened.

NOT ALLOWED, or won’t, talk about it. Shoved to the last page, buried everywhere.

Hell, there are STILL people in this country, mainly black politicians, that believe the horrific fairytale actually happened.

Justice. What a freaking crock.

The justice in America, smells, to me, an awful like the justice meted out by the Rabbi’s and the Roman judicial system.

Same crap, different millennia, WE humans NEVER learn.

What’s it going to take to prove to people we are screwed? Oh yeah, for THEM to be at the other end of overzealous, false, bullshit, prosecution and incarceration.

Ruining young kids lives is for the children. I’m still really unsure about how that actually works, but thanks to the thousands and thousands of laws that have cemented this as truth, it must be so.

My gawd wouldn’t life be easier, nicer, happier, if I could just reverse time and forget all that I now know.

So much easier. Ignorance is bliss.

Well, until the day you are subjected to justice and fairness in this ever growing cesspool we live in.

I suppose Jackie also had her hands up? Let’s all chant “Hands up, don’t rape!”. If Obama had a white daughter, she’d be just like Jackie. (If he had a white son, he’d be like Bowe Bergdahl.) Also, the Rolling Stone acted stupidly, not Jackie. At this point, what difference does it make? Jackie lied because it was more convenient than telling the truth. Isn’t there some job for her with the White House or maybe with the City of Ferguson, where the hands up liar is now working? Get with the brainwashing program, morals and telling the truth have no place in the Progressive world. The agenda is all that matters.

The fix to this is simple: make the penalty for “crying false rape” the same as for the rape itself.

Allowing yourself to be in a compromising position does not make you a victim.

It makes you stupid, and a statistic.

Young men need to start taking this insanity more seriously.

Get a signed contract, witnessed if possible and make sure the girl is sober. Breath analyzers for the kids’ smart phones are less than $40.

I used to be half kidding when I said it to my son sans breath test (not available for pockets at that time) and that was 15 years ago.

It used to be, and is still believed to be, that you had to have both intent, and malice, when committing a crime. Now, we are all criminals just in limbo until the legislation is signed, or enforced.

Freedom. Hells ya!

Read part of the Rolling Stone apology. There were red flags everywhere during the reporter’s questioning of the so-called victim. Too eager to get a good story out, facts be damned.

Westcoaster – “The fix to this is simple: make the penalty for “crying false rape” the same as for the rape itself.” Sounds very reasonable to me. She set out to harm others or to get attention – in essence, to get her rocks off; no different.

Which is a shame because this hurts all those who actually HAVE suffered, who have been abused. It casts doubt on real victims’ stories.

TE – “Allowing yourself to be in a compromising position does not make you a victim. It makes you stupid, and a statistic.” Bullshit!

Vampire women leave a trail of destroyed lives in their wakes. We have a society that celebrates victimhood so much that women vie for the title of “most victimized,” often by inventing pure fiction.

Women want a “safe space?”

Stop inciting violence.

Stop using the system to destroy men who are convenient pawns in your self-aggrandizing, misandrist passion play.

Thank Heaven there are a few decent women left.

Not many. Perhaps enough for the decent young men left.

There is no excusing women who level false charges of assault. NONE. I wouldn’t sell this woman a hamburger, a drink of water or a pair of shoes. No decent person should have anything at all to do with her.

Another fine example of why I don’t watch TV, listen to the Radio or read yesterdays news in the Newspapers. The USA is a banana Republic, the sooner you accept it the better off you’ll be.

Boycott RS really, blog about everyday and everywhere, get fucking real this country is fucking toast, it’s done, time to flush it down the toilet. Redo, reset, start over, tear down and rebuild. The polishing a turd thing isn’t working any longer.

And you parents that think it’s a great idea to be your kids BF and smoke pot, drink and party with them, guess what It’s not a good idea you dumb mother fuckers.

“Westcoaster – “The fix to this is simple: make the penalty for “crying false rape” the same as for the rape itself.”

We had a very interesting case in Germany, where exactly the same happened – a man, Horst Arnold, was accused of being a rapist, tried and had to serve full 5 years in prison…down to the very last day, mind you, because he claimed his innocence all the time and thus, of course was not eligible for parole, since he did not own up to his “guilt”!

BUT, by a sheer stroke of luck, somebody found out about the “victim” being a pathological liar – the trial was revised, the verdict repealed. Hard luck for Horst Arnold, he died shortly after.

But the “victim” has now been tried and has to serve 5 years in prison, about the same time that Horst Arnold had served.

@Stucky – you can read german, I remember. Here is a link – long story, but very interesting.

Same thing happened in the states with Brian Banks. Served 5 years for a lie. Unfortunately nothing will happen to his false accuser since this is in the states (not to mention she’s black so you know she’s an automatic victim). She did get $750,000 of the tax payer’s money in exchange for her lie though.

@backwards, are you a woman?

Have you ALWAYS, in EVERY situation when alone when a member of the opposite sex, been the smaller, more than likely weaker, in sheer strength at least?

Well, I have been. Always.

My dad taught me that one easy way to stay a “good girl” was not to find yourself alone with boys. Good boys as well as bad boys too. And definitely don’t expect to remain chaste while drinking like a frat boy, with frat boys.

He was usually wrong, the majority of my friends have been men, but I’m not stupid and there was more than one time when the situation changed, felt different, and I realized how physically vulnerable I really am. That was also the time I started carrying a pocket knife 24/7.

Keep telling the weak to “trust” that the stronger are going to do the right thing, all the time, no matter what, when we all KNOW that just isn’t true.

THAT is bullshit. Do whatever you want, go whatever you want, just hold others accountable for your own lack of sense. And, that is advice that gets weaker, in comparison, men, women, boys and girls, dead.

NO ONE is more responsible for MY safety than ME. NO ONE is more responsible for my daughter’s safety, once I let her out of my control, than HER.

Be honest. How many of these so called “date-rapes” are because otherwise good kids get a little loose and allow their inner, completely natural, completely expected, animalistic and hormonal sides out. If you don’t remember what that felt like, or never knew, I really feel sorry for you.

If you, as a woman/girl, don’t want to wake up the next morning and regret your indiscretion of the night before, then don’t put yourself in that situation. Easy Peasy.

Don’t make excuses for bad decision making, that is half the reason we are in such a mess in this country.

@Manual, illegal on most college campuses.

Also, you are both inviting the government into your life deeper, you are conveniently put on the list to have your guns removed when the day comes.

Thanks, but no. For those two reasons alone I will not be getting a handgun, nor applying for a concealed carry permit.

For today, my 20 year old Spyderco, quick open, all stainless with a serrated edge, pocket knife (it is the little sister of the Spyderco Cop knives which are illegal by size for us plebes to carry) will have to do.

Unless you are at my home, then my other weapons like my blackpowder and antique guns, would come into play.

I am a woman, rape victim and “feminist” (I.e. a woman who fights for her own interests), and I believe Jackie Coakley should face criminal charges for her false allegations. “Hoax” is too kind a word; this was a premeditated act of character assassination done for a childish, creepy reason. She gives actual rape victims a bad name and delegitimizes the very real problem of campus assault.

I believe false rape claims should be punished as harshly as rape (which deserves way more than the slap on the wrist it’s often given). Maybe then people would think twice before lying about something so serious.

Ms. Coakley sounds like a Borderline bitch who should be in a psych ward, if not prison.
