Hey T4C, do you take raw apple cider vinegar on a regular basis? I ask because I jumped on that bandwagon after being educated by the lovely TE. It’s been two or three years now and I have not had a single cold or flu since I started that. I’ve been taking it for different reasons but not catching colds or flu has been a bonus. Prior to that I was catching two or even three colds per year and flu twice in five years.
