An ancient proverb comes to mind: LET SLEEPING DOGS LIE.
Another post title i considered was
“Public Safety Through Sleep” implying the citizens are actually safer with him asleep.

Cultural Differences Class. Lesson 23:
America: citizen sees cop napping inside squad car, giggles & takes picture.
South America: citizen sees cop napping inside squad car, steals cop’s gun, defecates in back seat, flattens al 4 tires, steals hubcaps and spray paints squad car.
Conclusion: Maybe South Americans aren’t so ‘backwards’ after all?
