Are you smarter than a Supreme Court judge?? The Constitution is the supreme law of the land and it says nothing about marriage or queer sex. The 10th Amendment says that if something is not delegated to the Federals in the Constitution then it is reserved to the states. So …1) The Federals have authority over marriage and homosex because it is not in the Constitution or 2) The states have authority over marriage and homosex because it is not in the Constitution. Clearly a case of the incompetent Supreme Court’s Affirmative Action in action! PS: The incompetent judges should be fired for incompetence and if not fired for incompetence then whoever should fire the incompetent judges for incompetence should be fired for incompetence.
