There are plenty of ‘everyday Americans’ out there with perfectly good haircuts, styled by perfectly good hairdressers, in perfectly good Main Street salons… so why is self-proclaimed populist person-of-the-everyday-American Hillary Clinton getting a $600 haircut at Bergdorf Goodman’s Fifth Avenue store in NYC?
Hillary Clinton put part of Bergdorf Goodman on lockdown on Friday to get a $600 haircut at the swanky John Barrett Salon.
Clinton, with a huge entourage in tow, was spotted being ushered through a side entrance of the Fifth Avenue store on Friday.
A source said, “Staff closed off one side of Bergdorf’s so Hillary could come in privately to get her hair done. An elevator bank was shut down so she could ride up alone, and then she was styled in a private area of the salon. Other customers didn’t get a glimpse. Hillary was later seen with a new feathered hairdo.”
Clinton regularly sees salon owner John Barrett, who charges regular mortals $600 for a cut and blow-dry. Hair color can cost an extra $600.
And let’s not forget that her husband, Bill Clinton, was famously caught up in a 1993 controversy known as “Hairgate” when he got a $200 haircut on Air Force One as it was idling for an hour at LAX, shutting down two runways and diverting numerous flights.

Cut and color $1200. that’s 12 years worth of hair cuts for me with a generous tip. I think my barber Arnie would gladly give her a cut rate on that hairdo. She probably put it on the foundation credit card anyway.

I suspect I have more hair than you. Also you would be proud I just bought my first “new” car in over 10 years. A 2 1/2 year old CRV to replace my wife’s 14 year old CRV which will then go to my daughter after it is fixed up from my wife hitting 2 dear this weekend.

No both at nearly the same time. One hit the car in front of her then hit her car, the second ran out right after and took out the headlight, front driver’s side fender and bent the hood. Fortunately with 5 girls in the car no one was hurt and she was able to drive the car home. She said she would have struck a deer years ago if that’s what it took to get a new car out of me. I told her if I had bought it last week she would have hit the deer with her new car. We both got a laugh out of it afterwards. There are 30-50 deer strikes in our town alone. No hunting allowed in my town unless it is with you car/truck.

Donations to the Clinton Foundation by Swiss bank UBS increased tenfold after Hillary Clinton intervened to settle a dispute with the IRS early in her tenure as secretary of state, according to a published report.
According to the Wall Street Journal, total donations by UBS to the foundation grew from less than $60,000 at the end of 2008 to approximately $600,000 by the end of 2014. The Journal reports that the bank also lent $32 million through entrepreneurship and inner-city loan programs it launched in association with the foundation, while paying former President Bill Clinton $1.5 million to participate in a series of corporate question-and-answer sessions with UBS Chief Executive Bob McCann.
Ah, so you think you’re a “progressive” and electing Hillary will somehow help the “poor” and alleviate all the screwing that the financial industry does to people who are “not rich” – right?
Uh, you might want to rethink that and stop fawning over people who have a decades-long history of being all cozy-like with those very same folks who have been screwing you blind.
PS: This particular “issue” related to UBS hiding the identities of very rich people who were not, it was alleged, paying their taxes….. ain’t that convenient that she’d intervene and her “family foundation” would be so-richly rewarded?
