Putin’s reps are too fast and too light. Plus he moves his body around too much to work the muscles he is trying to focus on. He looks like he needs more instruction. Someone needs to tell him he does not know what he is doing.

If you looked out in the parking lot of that Russian gym you would find a bear tied up in one of the parking spots, the one Putin rode to the gym.
