Kokoda, never underestimate the power of self-delusion, and more so when it comes to women, single moms, and “feminists.” They would simply take this as evidence of some combination of:
-the inherent evil of men,
-the evil of male-dominated society,
-the result of discrimination against those “brave single moms”,
-another reason to ban guns, or
-whatever full-retard-stupid non-answer you can dream up

I believe our president was raised by a single mother during certain periods of his youth, he is the commander in chief, I feel somewhat uneasy!

We all should feel uneasy. Obama is not incompetent he is evil.

I wonder the comparable percentages of dads vs moms agreeing to the drugging of their kids and if THAT is the actual reason.
I’ve known many moms that are incredibly willing to drug little Johnny for acting like a normal boy/kid at the suggestion of the primarily female teachers.

Very, very, few men take that automatic leap.

Ted Bundy and Jeffrey Dahmer were raised by religious, church going families with both parents. The BTK killer was a church deacon. The Arizona shooter whom shot the politician also was raised by two parents.

Trying to blame single women seems quite the stretch.

So you don’t want them to abort their children, but are so willing to condemn them for raising the kids alone.

Maybe this is why Jesus kept passing on not judging others? Nah, he apparently didn’t really mean that.

Carry on.

Not a stretch to blame single mothers, just a coincidence these perps were raised by them!

One hypothetical question I would like to ask the anti-gun people. If you had the power to go back in time at each of these mass killings and could make only one of two changes, either take away their guns but leave them with the desire to kill OR let them have their guns but take away any desire to kill, which would you choose?

What? No mention that most of the mass killers were currently on SRRI’s or had been prescribed them prior to the shootings.

@TE
— “Trying to blame single women seems quite the stretch. ”

It’s “blaming” them in the same way you blame gravity for smashing your watermelon if you let go of it from a second floor balcony. There are predictable consequences to certain behaviors.

But no… we have to PRETEND there aren’t consistent effects on boys raised by single mothers… especially the kinds who made the most of no fault divorces… in order to protect the mothers feelings.

I am an only child of a single mother and our experiences in terms of the effect it has on us as we grow up and realize the bullshit we have to overcome are disregarded the way daughters complaining about their fathers behavior and effects used to be.

— “So you don’t want them to abort their children, but are so willing to condemn them for raising the kids alone.”

They want them to not get pregnant in the first place unless they are prepared to provide for them which includes the rational responsibility of a male figure in their life in the same way it is responsible to have a female figure in the child’s life.

Or we can just keep on pretending like there aren’t consequences because we can cross our eyes and say “I dunno… these kids seems close enough to what kids should be like” despite the tidal wave of evidence when we take a step back indicating clearly that they *aren’t* the longer we keep turning a blind eye.

He didn’t say be oblivious. If a person is behaving in a way that is bringing harm to your family are you going to pass judgement on their behavior?

Do you think there would be long term effects on female mental if they were primarily raised by their fathers with little to no interaction with their mother?

Agree totally Razzle. The Left has gone from a) wishing there were no negative consequences to bad behavior or their shortsighted policies, to b) saying there should be none and trying to so legislate, and now have jumped the shark by going to c) believing there are no negative consequences to anything they favor.

Of course a cynic would say that some of the politicians at the top know just what happens but don’t mind wrecking the country and people’s lives as long as it brings them votes.
