Clinton Made Student Loans Non-Discharable

Hillary-Screw-You

The two major acts that the Clintons did perpetrate, which have set in motion our greatest crisis were (1) they repealed Glass-Steagall allowing banks to go nuts and return to proprietary trading of the 1920s at the direction of Robert Rubin of Goldman Sachs, and (2) they gave the banks absolute dominion over students by removing their right to declare bankruptcy on what they owe the bankers. No other class of debt has such an exception. And Hillary pretends to care about the people? Come on. She and Bill have done more for the bankers than any Republican ever did. Furthermore, ANY press that refuses to tell this truth is by no means FREE, but bought and paid for all the way.

It was the Clinton Administration that aided the bankers for on October 7, 1998, when President Clinton signed the Higher Education Amendments of 1998 (the 1998 HEA), which provided federal funding for education loans at a reduced rate of interest. However, Clinton snuck in the 1998 HEA two specific changes regarding the collection of student loans that is a brewing part of the Sovereign Debt Crisis today.

Glass-Steagall-Signing-Repeal

So let’s get this right since the media will NEVER question Hillary since she walks on water and the mainstream media is just equally bought and paid or else they would ask the question — WHY?

To be correct, Bill did this not Hillary.

There’s no evidence Hillary was involved in this at all.

Hillary has enough faults of her own, no need to concentrate on things she didn’t do.

Thinking that Bubba did something more than add the ceremonial signature to seal the bankers evil deal is laughable. Presidents are actors who simply look like they are doing evil deeds. Take off the rose colored glasses and see the system for what it really is, (fake).

Hint- Politics is acting for the ugly people.

Hollywood is acting for the beautiful people

Sometimes they let one of the Hollywood crowd get into politics/Clintons are the ugly ones

BEA,

So it doesn’t make any difference who is president?

Obama, Hillary. Trump, Bush 1 or 2, Reagan ……….. Lincoln, Washington, etc.

No difference at all?

I think you are wrong about this.

It makes a difference who is President, otherwise why would you be reading articles regarding Presidential contenders?

There is a one way to get out of student loan debt. File for disability. If you get it your student loan debt is forgiven. Maybe that’s the real reason for so many disability claims.

When you buy something on credit and then refuse to pay, it gets repossessed but how does anybody repossess an education? Kinda like refusing to pay a whore after she’s provided the service. If you agreed to an exorbitant price or are dissatisfied with what you got, you made several bad choices: Caveat Emptor and sue the college. The Creditor will do what any shafted Uncle Guido would do.

Discharging a student loan through bankruptcy or any other means makes the taxpayer now responsible for it.

Most of them probably wouldn’t have been made in the first place, particularly at such low rates, without some guarantee they would be repaid. The taxpayer is the cosigner on the loan, the one the bank comes after if there is a default.

You can also get out of your student loan by dying (the debt is “forgiven” rather than pursued as a claim against the estate. Gee, thanks. As if any 22 year old has anything to collect against anyway…)

The Fat Pant Load did a lot more than screw over young borrowers with debt that’s non-dischargeable in bankruptcy (wonder how many unsuspecting, so-signing parents have had get their SSI levied on?)

He was in office when The Glass-Steagall Act was repealed and The Commodities Futures Trading Act was stripped such that derivatives oversight was non-existent. (Goldman Sachs alum and Treasury Sec. Rubin had A LOT to do with that, as well.)

He signed off on Rendition (“Extraordinary rendition” is when government operatives stuff a bag over your head and fly you off to a foreign country where they can legally “interrogate” torture you – and all that implies),

His DoJ oversaw the ludicrous federal drug sentencing guideline changes on non-violent drug offenses that blew up the prison population.

He let a flunky in a dress (no doubt one of several in his long and infamous political career) put lipstick on his dipstick in the oval office. What a class act…then used his machiavellian talent at double-speak to slither out of it.

As to Hitlary? How. Dare. You!

She’ll have you know that she’s a delicate f*cking flower, God d*mn it!. And you WILL treat her like a f*cking lady and show some respect!

So there!

I always believed the Clinton’s Administration would be the worst eight years of my life…until O-hole showed up.

Anonymous, there was a time when being president meant something. Now, they are just front men or more like a used car salesmen. Shadow men pull the strings so that their puppet becomes elected. Voting gives you the illusion you have a choice.

College graduates need to apply for cedit cards that gives them checks. Convert the loans into credit card debt and file for bankruptcy.

Its hard to imagine that this election season is going to last until November…of NEXT year, dismal. A constant trickle of revolting revelations devolving into a full blown monkey’s throwing shit festival.
Imagine if any of them had the cojones to show here, open season land, never, Admin would deliver such a scathing shit barrage, a permanent shit patina would develop. They clearly can only exist in an ever shrinking sound bite bubble chamber.

Jarvin.

So it makes no difference if Hillary becomes President.

Why bother reading articles like this then, it seems like a wast of tiem that could be put to better uses.

Hillary should be asked whether she supports continuing the special protection for student loan lenders that disallows student loans being discharged in bankruptcy. Student loans should be dischargeable just like credit card debt. If someone takes out $60k in credit card debt and files bankruptcy, there is nothing for those creditors to “repossess” other than some T-shirts from Cancun. Saying taxpayers will be on the hook only illuminates the fact the government should have no involvement whatsoever in student loans, including guarantees. Would that collapse the student loan business? You damn right it would. You want a degree in womyns studies? Figure out how to pay for it yourself. And don’t plan on getting a job teaching womyns studies or poetry, either. Get the government out of student loans and let student loans be discharged in bankruptcy and watch college costs drop like a rock.

Iska,

That would be find if they are also allowed to charge the same interest on student loans as credit cards.

Interest paid on all the loans has to exceed the value of the loans or they will just disappear because no one will issue them.

The current increasing rate of default on them makes them look riskier than credit cards.

It makes no difference who the President is. Most if not all higher political offices have simply become cover for our owners and their agendas. ‘Murican sheep *need* teams to rally for or rail against. The owners use this to hide their very existence. Republicrat or Demican……the owners will still get what they want. The only real variable is time and our owners work on longer time scales than most.

Go back to sleep Anon and enjoy your entertainment. Also, look for Stucky to post his article about how fake life in America and life in general in America has become, you could benefit greatly.

Bea, I’ve noticed that there are a lot of newbs here who fail to recognize who the real owners truly are. They seem to be on the right track though and they’ll eventually get there.

At times even I had to be dragged into the truth kicking and screaming the whole way and I was doing my own research! There are definite steps to enlightenment.

I’m approaching the Zen-like platitude of George Carlin. I cannot even recall being pissed off about any news story over the last year unless it had to do with abusing animals.

Now it’s just a matter of remaining as prepared as practical, maintaining awareness and enjoying the show before the theater is destroyed.

The Clinton Administration and the Higher Education Amendments of 1998:

“The Higher Education Amendments of 1998 (P.L. 105-244, 10/7/1998) struck the requirement that allowed education loans to be discharged after 7 years in repayment.”

As long as we’re pointing out the deficiencies of the Clit-on admin, let’s not forget he signed off on NAFTA when he could have vetoed it.

And regarding the question of “does it matter who is president of the U.S., as I’ve stated here before, and based on my research, Cheney & Rumsfeld conjured up the “COG-Continuation of Government” shadow-government mechanism during their long-ass terms in Federal government. It’s my belief they did this with the intent of pulling off 9/11 as a coup ‘de tat, and the

COG was enacted on 9/11 and has NOT been revoked since. Therefore, it’s Cheney pulling the strings of government today from Site R “Raven Rock”.
So the answer is, no, so long as the COG remains in place, it doesn’t matter who is in the Oval office, or Con-gress for that matter.

Finally, you do know that building 7 was NOT hit by an airliner but collapsed in free-fall speed of 8 seconds; the first steel-framed skyscraper (47 stories) to collapse from an office furniture fire, according to the official story. Yet puzzlingly, NIST offered no guidance or revised building codes to avoid this in the future, and neither did the insurance carriers.

I’m at Raven Rock four days a week and rarely ever see Cheney. Valerie Jarret is there quite a bit. Her and Cheney have lunch together in the cafeteria when Cheney is around though. There are no R’s & D’s at Raven Rock. Everyone from both sides of the aisle are like peas and carrots at RR just like in real life but behind closed doors. The cooperation in service of our overlords is really quite special and a site to behold.

I’ve attained 48 years of old age and I sincerely hope to expire in the next twenty. This planet, with the current species in charge, is a lost cause. That won’t change until we are extinct. Even after the coming collapse the same faceless, nameless owners will be in charge and positioned to regain or maintain control. The only reason I’d like to come back is to point and laugh.

I wish I knew 30 years ago what I know now. I’d definitely have done things differently. I didn’t realize who the enemy was. No worries though. My cards are still playable and I’m doing better than the vast majority of sheep on this planet.
