A Russian arrives in New York City as a new immigrant to the United States. It’s 11:00 AM on a Wednesday.

The African lady checks her watch and says: “Probably at work.”

Of course, I do HATE that companies outsource. Disney is uniquely reprehensible for this … amongst other reasons.
But, the FedGov has no business dictating to individual companies whom they MUST hire, or re-hire. You don’t want to give them that kind of power … but, The Donald thinks he’ll get it if elected.
Seriously, would you want the government calling YOUR business and telling you who to hire? Yeah, I know about about all the laws & regs, such as Affirmative Action. Nevertheless, my point stands. Without gratuitous Trump-bashing … I honestly believe in my heart that The Donald has all the makings of a dictator.
As a software developer I can tell you this shit has been going on for over 20 years.
Once the employer starts hiring ‘dot heads’ it’s over. Once one of them becomes a manager they hire only curry.
How the law reads is you can sponsor H1-B’s if you can’t find qualified american candidates. The key word is ‘qualified’ – it’s so easy to write a job description that is so specific than nobody on the planet is qualified. The thing is, most any decent programmer could do the job – just with a little training / introduction to the software they need written / modified.

We’re talking about IMPORTING labor and screwing US citizens out of jobs. Telling Disney that they must rehire those they laid off is the right thing to do. Myself, if they fucked me like that, I would never go back. I’d prefer to make Disney pay each employee (that was treated like this) $250k.

The government sets the wages for farm labor by giving our very generous Welfare; farmers cannot make a profit hiring people at Welfare “wages” and compete with the rest of the world. Why work at all when Welfare pays for all your needs better than any job you can get? There should be a survey every year to assure nobody working has a lower standard of living than any Welfare Maggots.
Actually I guess the Welfare Maggots are doing what they are paid for: sit at home and produce more “stupid” Democrat voters and get a pay raise and a basket of bonus grants and awards while causing workers taxes and costs of living to go up and up and social conditions to go down and down. I don’t see where The Donald has proposed using GOVERNMENT to force doing those things mentioned. He called on those people/entities to voluntarily do them, using only the ‘coersion’ of social stigma. Big difference.

What Trump is doing is wielding political power in the form of the soapbox. Making demands that will be enforced by the electorate that votes/voted for him. That is exactly what the chief executive should be doing. Making demands, threatening to veto bills and giving speeches attacking his enemies and urging his supporters to vote against his enemies in the next election if they do not do as told. His use or misuse of executive orders while in office is still an unknown.
We vote them in whether or not Dem or Repub. America receives the same crap each and every time. What they promise never happens and both politicians follow the politically corrupt rules and regulations. The corruption is deep and far. Trump, not innocent, but is not yet bought by the political whores. I hope he winds and “turns the American apple bowl over”.
What has changed in the last 523 years? The rich built this new world on the backs of Native Americans on both continents. You can’t make money hiring folks who demand a fair wage so you look for anybody willing to accept less pay.
You buy from the guy willing to accept a lower price. You marry a woman willing to accept a lower lifestyle in order to help you save for a better future. Unless your a dumbass and marry a ‘princess’.
