A LITTLE TRUMP IRONY

I got up as usual yesterday morning and got dressed for work. I picked a tie off the rack. There are probably 100 ties on the rack. I never throw anything away, unless it is stained or torn. I picked an old blue tie and put it on. Later that day I noticed it happened to be a Donald Trump Signature tie. I think I had gotten it as a Christmas present at least ten years ago. It had a gaudy gold Trump nameplate on the back. I was looking it over and to my delight I noticed the tag showing where it was made.

HAND MADE IN CHINA

It seems good old Donald didn’t have a problem with shipping US jobs to China when it benefited his bottom line. Billionaires and politicians will always lie when it benefits them. The irony – it burns. 🙂

Adam Smith claimed that ONLY the capitalist system allows for the “invisible hand” whereby everybody acting in their own self-interest results in the betterment of society for all.

Not to sound like Ayn Rand, but it’s hard to argue against the morality of individual self-interest as opposed to global collectivism. It is the collectivist progressives who are destroying that which has allowed Americans to live wonderful lives for over two centuries: Capitalism, free enterprise, individual liberty, limited government and constitutional law.

Allow the diminishment of any one of these foundations / pillars and the house will inevitably collapse.

I don’t buy no stinking Chinese junk (but do buy quality German or Japanese stuff which pissed off my poor Jew dad) but I now see some people really get pissed when others buy Chinese. Why not organize a band of “Indians” and throw their crap into the Pacific or throw it into a pile at Walmart and toss in a match! PS: I was born a very poor country boy but became a bad old rich country boy Rebel so calling me names is a waste of your breath and usually makes me laugh; besides, I got three redneck cracker brothers (one was a Navy sailor who wanted in on the killing so he got himself transferred to the Army Infantry and got his wish); they cover my back (I can hardly understand their drawl sometimes and they sometimes scare the heck out of me). My cousin volunteered for the Marines and two tours in Vietnam. My dad volunteered to kill Germans but got sent to Tarawa and won a box of medals for saving a General’s B-24 and destroying 5 Zeros; he also got 20 battle scars to show off. It’s a family honor thang. I was stupid enough once to fight the Golden Gloves Champion of North Florida and later a Green Bay Packer Linebacker but they both made me a much wiser man. Have a blessed day.

Good gawd people, I done eradicated the twin retards llpoh and his gay homo lover Indented Sphincter from this thread. The last gawd dammed thing we need ter interject right now is Adam Smith and his interlectually truncated dipshitted notion of uh invisible hand as it pertaineth to our current economic clusterfuck. Invisible hands don’t mean shit when yer got robots running yer gawd dammed stock market. I’m shutting this thread down and Admenstruater can stick his chinese tie straight up hid coal chunk turdin anus.

rhs jr – I read your post above last night and it made me smile. So, I read it again today.

Although random, I enjoyed it. I used to get occasionally beat in wrestling, but I never lost a street fight because there are no “rules”, ya know? I think this probably explains my “cocksure” lack of humility today. I once had 3 guys come at me in a bar in a college town over a personal matter (i.e. girl). I took down the main aggressor and the other 2 backed off. Maybe I was lucky, but it wasn’t the 1st time or the last. There are too many points of vulnerabilities on the human body. The solar plexes, the throat, the eyes, groin, knees, shins and feet. All it takes is some imagination, quick thinking and balls. With this, the other guy stands no chance.

One time, at one of the last drive-in theaters in our state, which happened to be in another town, the locals came at my friends and me. I unscrewed the antenna off of my pal’s car and used it to whip those idiots like I learned from Jesus in Sunday School when He chased the money changers from the temple. All of my friends had bruises and some had black eyes. I didn’t. It didn’t matter, because we still kicked ass and the other team ran away in complete humiliation while their girlfriends watched.

The moral of the story is this: Life is a strange journey. The key is to be flexible, resilient and to never, ever, ever give up. Thanks for sharing your stuff. I liked it.

PS – as a final addendum to rhs jr – my older brother was a Marine. He was always ruthless, and even today, he is the baddest ass I ever knew. Even now that he well into his 60’s. He would kick my ass ruthlessly ever since we were young. He was much older than me. But he taught me lessons: He told me once: ” Show me a “good loser” and I’ll show you a “loser'”. I never forgot that. Have a good rest of the weekend…
