That definitely looks like a carp out of the Colorado river. The Italian Stallion said he was going to toss it when a guy asked if he could have it, he claimed it was good with onions and stuff.

Carp are excellent eating but you absolutely have to remove the lateral line in the meat BEFORE cooking. After you fillet them simply cut out that colored line that runs the length of the fillet. Around her we get carp about three feet long and there’s no bag limit. You can just snag ’em with a hook when they sun themselves near the surface.
