Have the world’s Muslim cerics yet issued a fatwa proclaiming that under no circumstances should any of the faithful EVER undertake an act of jihad likely to result in the death of infidel Merkel, who has so wonderfully proven herself a tool of Allah’s will?

Properly thanking Merkel would require the German people to find their spines, some wood, and some rope. Maybe a few pitchforks and torches, too.
