If I wandered into a bank and said, “give me all of your money”, could I get off as just being careless? It just don’t work that way for non-club members now do it?
Intent is not an element of the laws she broke so, yes, she is both “technically” and factually a criminal under those statutes.
Well, of course she is. She has a lifetime’s worth of practice at it. She’s part of the “big club,” so it’s a given. That said, I still can’t believe that anyone didn’t expect this outcome.
I must think too much of people to expect them to have taken the red pill. I guess it’s sort of like admitting that we have all been and continue to be lied to and propogandized constantly, about almost every “fact” in our lives–history, science, economics, you name it…Almost nobody wants to admit that they’ve been had.
Once you are aware of and swallow the bitter truth fully, your hopes will never again be dashed in this sort of an incident or revelation. You won’t have built them up in the first place.
