“Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
Rob Siltanen
Seldom, if ever, does an ad man like Rob Siltanen come up with a quote that is so notable and applicable to so many different things.
“…the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently…”
I reckon there’s quite a bit of overlap amongst these types quoted, the deplorables and TBP’ers; my kinda crowd.
IT takes ALL shapes and sizes to fill the needs of this world – for so ever long that it lasts.
Usually the ones who are slightly bent are far more interesting than the straight-arrow types but it seems that if you take the time to dig deep enough, everyone has something to contribute to your knowledge of life and space and existence (even others’ experiences can be entertaining and educational).
I welcome them all (except those who are hurtful of others) to the fold.
