Just a high end house boat. Like the guy that had the idea of buying up apartments, calling them condominiums, selling the units off individually and then charging each unit HOA fees. Greatest con man since Ponzi. (with the possible exception of elon musk)

My idea of heaven and they can’t charge you any property tax, however you may pay the same tax as a house boat which is a greatly reduced amount.
Did anyone see the mandate in Chitcago raising the property tax an additional 2K on $200,000, 5K on $500,000 and 10K on 1million property values? That is additional on top of the usual rate.
U-Haul trucks will be in big demand in the windy city.
Cabin boats have been around for a long time.
They’ve developed somewhat over the years.
