    ecliptix: sounds like “Unintended Consequences” by John Ross. If you haven’t read it, I highly suggest you find a copy and do so. This is the way it starts. The shit going on in NYC is simply unbelievable. This is not the USofA that I knew in my misspent youth, nor the country I served for eight yrs to preserve.
