Despite the best efforts of the Republican establishment and the douchebags on Fox News, Ron Paul continues to gain momentum. It is becoming clear to many people that the three extemists in the GOP primaries will never be able to attract the young, poor, moderates, or anti-interventionists in a general election. The only candidate that appeals to a wide enough number of voters and is telling the American people the truth is RON PAUL. Contribute today. Volunteer today. Tell someone about Ron Paul today. Hand out flyers today.

Paul leads Obama in national poll

In a poll result that is likely to get little coverage in the Conservative Establishment media, presidential candidate Ron Paul now leads President Obama in a hypothetical matchup of 2012 presidential hopefulls. Congressman Paul bests President Obama 43 to 41 percent in this Rasmussen Reports poll released on Monday morning. Mitt Romney also leads the President by two percentage points in this poll. Rick Santorum and Newt Gingrich trail the President by two and ten points respectively. President Obama’s overall approval rating has dropped to forty-five percent in this poll.

This is the first time Congressman Paul has lead President Obama in a Rasmussen Reports national poll.

There is a large gender gap revealed in this poll. Dr. Paul does much better with men against President Obama than he does with women. Paul leads Obama by thirteen points among men, but trails Obama by eight points among women, which is the greatest gender gap for any of the candidates. This is not surprising as Congressman Paul has shown an uncanny ability to attract Millennial male voters who are inspired by his freedom-centered message.

Congressman Paul is regarded as a Millennial generation champion, and an avenger for the middle class. Younger and less affluent voters are most likely to be affected by a deteriorating economy and a massive national debt. Congressman Paul’s serious economic reform plan appeals to people who believe it is necessary to make dramatic changes now in order to create the potential for a prosperous future.

Congressman Paul has jumped to the lead in this poll despite a concerted attack from political pundits on conservative television, blogs, and talk radio. Erick Erickson, Mark Levin, Rush Limbaugh, Michael Medved, and Bill O’Reilly have been particularly dismissive of or hostile to Congressman Paul. Paul’s surge in this poll despite these coordinated Conservative Establishment attacks may be further evidence that their popularity is diminishing as Paul’s star is rising. There is a new energy in the conservative movement.

Rush Limbaugh is increasingly demonstrating that he no longer runs his own gig. He has become mundane. He rambles on about nothing interesting or informative. Just Obama bashing; but in a subdued manner. His star is fading because he supports a dying Republican Party and conservative viewpoint with nothing new to offer. Why not talk about Ron Paul? He cannot because he is a product of a dying movement. Perhaps he should retire and enjoy his remaining time on earth with his new wife. His time is past.

It’s still a long way to elections (if we make it that far). You can’t keep a good man down, and people will become more desperate as conditions and gas prices here continue to deteriorate. By this summer, people might be desperate enough to take an honest look at Ron Paul, instead of listening to all the bullshit spewing forth 24/7 from Faux news and the establishment.

    In the meantime…

I know several life-long democrats who are rooting for Ron Paul. His appeal is simple. He is the only
candidate who will take on the banksters and the false “War on Terror”, in short the only candidate who will uphold the Constitution, and as such, the only legitimate contender for the presidency. I still think he could win as a third party candidate, if it were possible to hold an honest election. Big “if”.

I recently finished a book ‘Votescam’ that articulates what is faced to reach any kind of honest election. The system has been and is corrupted. I like Ron Paul and his message, but have little hope that he will be elected.

Since his name was brought up in the main post…

I may be near dead with pneumonia, but I am not too sick to miss mentioning that Mark Levin sucks dog cock. He may be the most despicable neo-con liar of them all.
