Are those Cosmos? How many did you have prior to the Jon Stewart Show?
Did you attempt to ask Jon Stewart any questions prior to the show?
If so, what was the question you were going to ask?
Inquiring minds want to know.

After lunch we headed to the taping of The Daily Show. The audience members were allowed to raise their hands and ask Jon Stewart questions. I raised my hand and the title of this post is the question I had for Jon. heh heh. But, unfortunately he did not call on me……
Loved him, btw, he was so funny and so nice to the audience.

Don’t you guys have a phone?
Just kidding, would have been pretty fun for you to get called on Avalon. BTW, how do you get tickets? Was thinking of sending my wife to NY with her sister if she feels up to it. You know, now that I have that Black Visa card.

efarmer, I went to Thedailyshow.com and clicked the “tickets” tab many times to see if tix were ever available. They never were, and I gave up after a while. I am a friend of the Colbert Report page on Facebook and happened to see a comment that tix were available to both shows. I quickly went to the site and reserved the tix.
So I am thinking the best way to get tickets is to “like” them on Facebook or follow them on twitter and wait for announcements. Otherwise just keep checking the site for available tickets and cancellations. Good luck! We had such a great experience, the studio is small and intimate and he comes out to talk to us for a few minutes before the show. We were in the last row, but there were only 7 rows so we had great seats.

Thanks for the info Avalon.
I’ll have to wait to see if she comes out of this latest chemo crap before I plan anything, but she’s wanted to go to NY for a long time and I’d rather have my teeth pulled. Thus the sister.

Yea, it’s difficult to make plans around sickness. Hope she feels ok soon.
You can always reserve tickets just in case she is up to it, and then cancel if you can’t make it. Just wanted to let you know they have a link to cancel and its all free so it wouldn’t hurt anything to do it.

SSS are you stirrin’ up trouble?
. It was just an expression….. I should change it to ” the best day i could possibly have without Jim” . He was the first person I invited, but he shot me down, he had to work or something…
