    Ok, I just looked it up (it still floors me the ease of information available to us, yet people are getting stupider – literally – I still bless the ‘net for more than FB and porn. Well, except doomer porn, which is what my hub calls TBP)

    Failure to put child in proper car seat? $50 first offense

    Failure to put a dog in a seat belt? $250 first time.

    One of my best buds is a trucker that goes through Jersey all the time with his dog Max. Have to text him to tell him of yet another way the government is stealing his wages.

    This has got to stop. Do-gooders will be the strangulation of us all.

    I’m grabbing a few drinks, I haven’t drank since the last time I posted drunk in here, which was a while ago. My hub is gone, it’s 7ish Friday and I have beer chilling in the fridge. Make a homemade shake for the wee one, and pop a Dos for me.

    This shit leads me to drink. I have never, and still don’t, understand how in the hell my fellow citizens can truly believe that some freaking bureaucrat knows better than we do.

    Sure people would die, but people die – and will continue to – every freaking day.

    Let Darwinism work before we can no longer breathe without government interference.

    For today I drink. Anyone care to join me?

Nobody’s registering my guns. And nobody’s registering my dog’s guns, either. And how can he reload in the truck strapped into one of those New Joisey doggie seat belts?

    Then again, I don’t drink any less. Heh. Two lite beers for lunch … with lunch. A nice bottle of shiraz cabernet with dinner. Haven’t decided yet what to cook.

    And somebody in another thread doesn’t believe in anarchy. Maybe he was confused with chaos.

    I would feel safer in my community “without a king” and trusting in common sense and the golden rule rather than the ‘safety’ of arbitrary laws trickling down.
