This is what we’ve become as a culture. This isn’t just harmless fun. It’s ignorant government educated savages being herded and manipulated by big business into a materialistic frenzy of consumption using credit provided by the Wall Street criminal cabal. Are these the people who will rise up and confront the ruling oligarchs? Not a chance. They are the non-thinking ignorant masses and will do as they are told by those in power. Let’s hope a minority of liberty minded people can change the world, because the majority is too far gone. My cruise high is beginning to dissipate. I should be back to normal by Monday.

    Last year I read of a riot at 4:00 AM outside a Sacramento Walmart. I can understand people fighting for gasoline as recently happened in New Jersey and New York City. I can even fathom people rioting after their teams win a championship. Emotions and blood alcohol levels are running high and there is a need to vent their excitement and psychological investment in their teams victory. But what I cannot understand is what is there in a Walmart that would:

    A. Make a person stand out in the cold and dark and wait for hours for the store to open

    B. Fight to maintain one’s privileged position in the queue.

    I means it is not as if there is a physical shortage of the merchandise Walmart sells. We aren’t talking about tickets to a Super Bowl or rock star concerts. If Walmart runs out of an item they will simply order more of it.

    BTW I went to Walmart yesterday. It wasn’t crowded ( with Americans anyway) but there was, for a disproportionate number of Mexicans shopping ( given the demographics of this area). I guess Thanksgiving is a good day for the illegals to be out and about as law enforcement is lax and 90% of the arrests for driving without a valid license in this area are of Latinos.

    Some people will do anything for a good deal.

    On Black Friday, the stakes are even higher, which might explain why a concealed handgun license-holder pulled his gun on a man who punched him in the face while the two were waiting in line inside the Sears at South Park Mall on Thursday night.

    The men had entered the store, which opened at 8 p.m. for its Black Friday sale.

    A man was pushing to get to the front of the line and started arguing with other people, trying to cut in front of them, said San Antonio Police Sgt. Rob Carey. Then he started calling people names, the sergeant said, and punched another customer in the face.

    Roger Rivera, who was shopping in the Sears, said the man who was punched then pulled a gun and pointed it at the rabble-rouser, although Carey said the man actually pointed the gun at the ground. Everyone scattered, “tumbling over things, dropping boxes,” Rivera said. The man who was trying to cut in line ran and hid behind a refrigerator before he fled the store.

    “It kind of went a little crazy in there,” Carey said.

    Rivera told his kids to get down. While everyone was panicking, the man with the gun stood there, he said, and looked around, lowering the weapon.

    For about 10 minutes, the shopping stopped, said Rivera, and his wife Teresa, who was also in Sears but in another part of the store. She raised concerns about whether Sears had enough security, noting that she only saw men at the store wearing “Security” vests.

    Later, after the evening scuffle, South Park Mall security guards arrived and told reporters to leave the scene.

    The man who pulled the gun was not charged, because he had a license, Carey said. Shopping resumed shortly after the incident; dozens of customers, including the Riveras, streamed in and out of the store, clutching their purchases.

    “They’re still going about their business,” Rivera said.

    Many of the people filming were laughing throughout. I am so fucking beyond finding this shit funny.

    It isn’t funny, not in the least. If a wigged, 300 pound, black woman would smash your face over a piece of mass-produced Asian entertainment, just imagine what she’ll do when she’s been without KFC a couple days.

    Every year this holiday is more serving one main purpose in my mind, reminding me of whom my enemies will be when the SHTF.

    I other news, an elderly lady, thinking it was “macaroni and cheese day” at the nursing home, mistakenly wandered near a Wal Mart, where she was engulfed by the crowd. When the doors opened, she was knocked down, breaking a hip, and then run over by an obese black women trying to get a deal on 2 for 1 Little Debbie’s snack cakes and a deep fryer.

    The only shopping I had to do this year was for computer parts. Store opened at 08:00, and I got there around 08:30.

    The place was crowded, but not crazy. Everyone was very nice, respectful, and helpful. Mostly it was just a bunch of nerds talking about how cool it was to get X part on sale.

    I was there a total of 45 minutes, from the moment I got out of the car, until I pulled out of the lot. Saved almost 30% on a kickass computer that will last me for quite awhile.

    I drove past a Nebraska Furniture Mart on the way back home, and it looked like the Zombie Apocalypse was nigh. People were yelling, shouting, and didn’t push carts so much as run with them. It looked more like looting than shopping.

    I have never needed an ottoman so badly that I was willing to fight someone for it.
