WHY GOVERNMENT DATA IS WORTHLESS

Every government reported number leading up to the re-election of Obama will be revised dramatically lower over the coming months and years. You will not be told by the MSM. The revisions will be a footnote on page 45 of their press release. The country has been in recession since June. That is a fact only revealed by John Hussman, Zero Hedge, Mike Shedlock and ECRI. The false GDP readings will be revised to negative numbers two years from now. Do not trust anything the government says or reports. It is nothing but lies and misinformation.

The US Government Just “Adjusted” Away $40 Billion In Real Disposable Income

Perhaps the Bureau of Economic Analysis was hoping that today’s cornucopia of ugly income and spending data would be enough for those who keep track of the US government’s Department of Truth shennanigans and ignore the meat behind the numbers. Whatever the reason, the real story in today’s Personal Spending data was not the consumer weakness, but the unceremonious revision of historical data, which as the chart below mysteriously whacked away a whopping $40 billion in real (i.e., inflation adjusted) disposable income. Because as the chart below shows, somehow, somewhere starting in March and continuing through the last month just before the election (the September data was released on October 29 or a week before Obama’s reelection), $40 billion in cumulative disposable income evaporated. Where it went, and/or why it had been counted in the first place is anyone’s guess. But one thing is certain: 0.25% of annualized GDP was just whacked away. One wonders: how many more such retroactive revisions will we see before reality and economic propaganda myth are finally superimposed?

Economic propaganda myth. That’s perfect. Survey after survey show more than 60% of Americans don’t believe data put out by the government. Their credibility is shot. The criminals in Washington have an approval rating of 16%, and that’s even after the 100 million FSA members are tallied. Once credibility is gone, there is nothing left.

Does credibility even enter into boobicanicus americanus’ mind anymore?

We have been outright lied to, time and time again. And we have re-elected the same people that lie, I guess thinking they either “had nothing to do with it,” were “duped,” or we just simply do not care because once everything is a lie, the truth no longer matters.

Weapons of Mass Destruction, unemployment is 8%, there will never be a downturn in housing prices, a college degree is a guarantee of jobs & income, it’s for our safety, if you aren’t breaking the law you have nothing to worry about, we have to pay CEOs tens of millions or we can’t get the caliber we need, and my all time favorite lie:

…every single one of the asswipes have that raised their right hands, put their left on a bible, and then swore to uphold the Constitution.

“We” (not the shit flinging monkeys) do not care. One bit. I think our caring has just eroded, one little lie at a time, away.

Tell me lies, tell me sweet little lies apparently leads to:

thank you sir, may I have another….

The country has been in recession since 2001. GDP growth that is a result of the government spending borrowed money does not count. The private sector has been shrinking for a decade. Denninger has some pretty charts on this over at market-ticker.org.

Report: Obama to be in Hawaii as Nation Goes Over the Cliff

by Keith Koffler on November 29, 2012, 9:38 am

President Obama is reportedly scheduled to be vacationing in Hawaii on January 2, the date billions in spending cuts – and untold consequences for the economy – will kick in if a deal is not reached on the “fiscal cliff.”

According to the Hawaii Reporter, residents who live in the area of Oahu where Obama and his family vacation have been told that the usual restrictions on their movements during an Obama stay will be in place for 21 days, from December 17 through January 6.

The White House has not officially announced the vacation, and it is unclear if the travel plans are finalized or if the Obamas will be in Hawaii for the entire three-week window covered by the restrictions.

An upcoming vacation could provide subtle pressure for Obama to reach a deal, since not getting one might force him to cancel his coveted time in Hawaii. Even though the election is behind him, Obama’s advisers would probably think it too much of a public relations nightmare to have the president luxuriating in paradise while the country embarks on a season of massive pain.

If there was any shred of confidence of trust in the US fed.gov and the MSM, it should be completely shattered by all these “revisions”.

Unfortunately, the Amerikan Sheeple are too busy fighting each other over Chinese crap on Black Friday or watching Honey Boo Boo or whatever bread & circuses is the craze de jour to realize that their country is in outright collapse. Party On!

You cannot fix stupid, or apathy, or willfull ignorance. People that live that way are going to have a real bad day real soon. Prepare yourself and try not to live close to too many of these morons.

Cor Bon is pricey. Good stuff, but pricey for volume acquisitions. I prefer high velocity, moderate mass FMJ… it’s just more versatile than specialty hollow points.
