I have to put P.J. O’Rourke on my reading list. But…I know I’m going to agree with everything he says, and still not be able to do a damn thing about any of it. I do hate to feel powerless. Maybe that’s why I hate politics so much.

Hang in there Eddy! It won’t be long before you won’t be powerless and you will have a chance to make a change. There’s going to be a great thinning of the herd and the makers are going to have the opportunity to rid this country of many of the takers. There will be no racial component or boundaries to this event either. It will start at the local level and work it’s way up the ladder until effective change takes place. It’s not something that we are looking forward to, but it is coming and everyone had best be as prepared as possible.
