    Union leaders say many of the law’s requirements will drive up the costs for their health-care plans and make unionized workers less competitive. Among other things, the law eliminates the caps on medical benefits and prescription drugs used as cost-containment measures in many health-care plans. It also allows children to stay on their parents’ plans until they turn 26.

    Top officers at the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, the AFL-CIO and other large labor groups plan to keep pressing the Obama administration to expand the federal subsidies to these jointly run plans, warning that unionized employers may otherwise drop coverage.

    They SHOULD figure it out in 2013.

    Then again, they should have figured it out three years ago.

    Anybody paying any attention whatsoever WOULD have figured it out prior to November 6, 2012.

    It seems to me this ship of fools isn’t figuring anything out real soon.

    Time to go see “Les Misrables” to see what our future holds.

    Feinstein is not ignorant about guns. She had a concealed weapons permit in San Francisco when she first ran for a seat on the city Board of Supervisors and have a concealed weapons permit in SF in those days was just about impossible for an average citizen to get.

    She rose to national prominence when she became mayor when a fellow board member, Dan White, shot Mayor Moscone and another ( gay) supervisor to death. Dianne made the announcement on TV. 9 days before that local Congressman Leo Ryan had been shot to death in Guyana on the orders of the Reverend Jim Jones who was a prominent player in San Francisco politics. Gerald Ford had come under fire outside the St. Francis hotel in San Francisco in 1975 by a radical leftist, Sara Jane Moore. The year before that Patty Hearst had been kidnapped by the socalled Symbionese Liberation Army. Toss in assorted Zebra and Zodiac serial killers on the prowl and Dianne Feinstein’s alarm at being at the top of a pyramid of crazy people isn’t too hard to see.

    I remember Harvey Milk and the whole debacle. I know Feinstein carried then and carries now.

    I also read about how she and her team identified ‘dangerous assault weapons” by flipping through catalogs and picking out “scary looking” ones. Yes,I expect she does live in fear, too, but that doesn’t make her a gun expert. It makes her a dilletante with a personal axe to grind.

    Yah.. Diane Feinstein is really fine swine in the worst way I can mean it.

    But then again, she’s just one of a herd of the bastards in our so-called “goobermint” who is playing the game with a personal agenda hidden way far below everybody’s radar.

    Goobermint’s First Rule of Survival: DO SOMETHING EVEN IF IT’S WRONG!!!!

    That way the uneducated, simple voters (citizens and non-citizens) who cannot do without their Honey-BooBoo fix think the problem has been addressed and our goobermint has, once again, dashed in and saved us all. Puke..

    I think that this time, they may have misjudged a large majority of thinking honest citizens who know on which side of the gun safe their own safety lies.

    As long as the dumbasses of Fineswine’s calibre (pun intended) keep calling civilian AR-15′s “assault rifles” equating them with military AR-15 three mode firing weapons (including full automatic or three round bursts) they will continue to look stupid to anyone with half a brain.

    Damn.. My bad.. There are a huge majority of Merkyns with less than half a brain these last two generations. Maybe we are in trouble.
