There are 143 million Americans employed. I think the Democrats should nominate Maxine to be their candidate for President in 2016. Based on my assessment of the average American, she’d probably win.

    A glimpse into the reasons how a CONgress can mandate and spend trillions of dollars on bullshit.

    They obviously do not understand basic counting, nor reading, skills.

    As I have seen this problem (of overestimating) in her community before (you should see the bullshit adjustments Detroit’s school board adds to official counts), I have to say that maybe it is time for her and her fellow “respected” members to create a law giving us ignorant rednecks a better interpretation of their math & counting skills.

    For instance, in Detroit it was common to announce the official count at 80,000 students, then magically add 25,000 to the numbers submitted to Washington for kickbacks.

    Which then gives us a percentage of 76% (ish) to use.

    Take Maxine’s 170 million and multiply it by 76% and you get 129 million. Just about right.

    With my ethnic adjustment, and nicely done Maxine, now just 100% of the economy is mortally dependent on 3% of the federal spending.

    Yet these people continue to be rehired. Kinda proves whom the bigger idiots are.

According to the most recent BLS employment report, the total number of jobs in the economy is 143 million. Hmmmm….like I said, you can’t make it up.
