RAND PAUL 2016

The GOP of old has grown stale and moss-covered. I don’t think we need to name any names, do we? Our party is encumbered by an inconsistent approach to freedom. The new GOP will need to embrace liberty in both the economic and the personal sphere. If we’re going to have a Republican party that can win, liberty needs to be the backbone of the GOP. We must have a message that is broad, our vision must be broad, and that vision must be based on freedom.

There are millions of Americans, young and old, native and immigrant, black, white and brown, who simply seek to live free, to practice a religion, free to choose where their kids go to school, free to choose their own health care, free to keep the fruits of their labor, free to live without government constantly being on their back. I will stand for them. I will stand for you. I will stand for our prosperity and our freedom, and I ask everyone who values liberty to stand with me. Thank you. God bless America.

Liberty doesn’t allow 100 million people to be on welfare
Liberty doesn’t pay for endless unemployment benefit vacations
Liberty doesn’t pay for lifetime disability benefits
Liberty doesn’t allow 60 million seniors to get their checks
Liberty doesn’t pay for Medicare or Medicaid (free healthcare)
Liberty doesn’t pay for free meds, scooters, home health nurses, penis pumps
Liberty doesn’t pay for section 8 housing or free housing
Liberty doesn’t pay for food stamps and EBT benefits
Liberty doesn’t pay for Obamaphones or free internet
Liberty doesn’t pay for free transportation or cash for clunkers

Until Republicans start handing out more free shit than democrats, they will never win another election. The majority in this country, what you need to get elected, votes for free shit. They aren’t concerned about liberty, that’s for the idiots with jobs that pay taxes.

Isn’t that a sad but true comment.

And I agree, the republican party is dead. Wonder what the next 15 years is going to bring?

Rand Paul doesn’t stand a snowball’s chance in hell of getting the Presidential nod, he’s too easy a target for the MSM, and the Republicans would never allow him to win anyways.

We all remember what they did to Ron Paul.

Funny thing is, the Republicrats are just as responsible for the FSA as the Demopublicans are, since every welfare program (whether corporate welfare, farm subsidy welfare or just plain old welfare-welfare) was passed and enacted through bipartisan efforts.

A pox on both their houses.

I no longer see any difference between democrats and republicans. The only question is do you want your free stuff spiced with lefty shit or righty shit? Either way it stinks and tastes bad.

Much as I like Rand Paul and Ted Cruz(sorry it appears Rubio’s already been coopted) if they want to run on liberty and/or the Constitution they need to think about changing their party affiliation.

Continuing to hang out with vermin like Karl Rove does neither Paul nor Cruz any good.

If you can no longer see the difference between Republicans and Democrats, then you are “drinking the kool aid” and are brain dead.

Look at what Paul Ryan is trying to do. Balance the budget and cut spending. Conservatives are trying to limit the government, limit taxes, limit entitlements, and extend opportunity and rights for people that work for a living. What conservatives stand for will once again become important when the government goes belly up and the country and economy collapses under the weight of the cost of all the free shit, the huge taxes, and the debt ran up to $20 trillion to pay for it all. Don’t fool yourself, we are living in a debt bubble to pay for all the free shit. It will pop some day soon.

Obama and democrats (Pelosi and Reid) have increased welfare spending by 47% in their first four years, and are planning on increasing it again by at least 47%, to $1.1 trillion per year. Obama hands out millions of Obamaphones right before the election (and wins thanks to the FSA). Once again, 100 million people are on welfare and are getting paid to reproduce, watch TV and vote. College kids can’t afford to move out of their parent’s basements, let alone reproduce. In 10-15 years, our country will be fully populated by people that don’t know what work is, what education is, what having two parents or marriage is. All they know is they get free cash, free food, free housing, and they should start reproducing themselves as soon as they are able to complete the welfare cycle. You obviously don’t know many people on welfare or disability.

Rand Paul is not a Republican, he is in that party because he knows co-opting it with his sanity movement is the only bet he has of actually making changes in this country.

  8. Zarathustra says:

The GOP will never be a venue for the restoration of liberty in this country until it is purged of neocons. Since the neocon’s first love is Israel, the most important task to that end at this time is the destruction of israel lobby by targeting the “special relationship” with Israel. Until this is recognized by the liberty movement, all energy, money and time spent in electoral politics is wasted.

Since Rand has already sold out to the Israel lobby and the neocons, it proves that he is corruptible, puts ambition and power over principle and is thus is a poor substitute for his father. I will not support him and have written to him to that effect.

  13. jmarz says:

In my opinion, I believe Rand Paul actually has a much better shot than Ron Paul ever had. He has already inherited the Ron Paul Army so he will have financial support. I think the liberty movement will be much bigger by 2016 which will benefit Rand Paul. Rand better fits the American public perception of a president than Ron Paul since he is much younger and therefore, more appealing to the eye.

It seems like Rand Paul is better received by the Republican party than Ron Paul. This is probably because Rand Paul plays politics slightly better than Ron Paul. Ron Paul is true leader. He has sacrificed most of his life for the cause of educating the American people on the importance of liberty and the Constitution. He has laid the foundation for Rand Paul to seize an opportunity that could transform this country.

@jmarz – In order to gain traction, Rand will be forced into making compromises. With each compromise, he erodes his credibility. With each compromise, he further distances himself from being the leader we need at this time.

Rand Paul is not his father.

Sorry nowhere does Paul Ryans budget cut anything at all. the only thing Paul Ryans budget does is slow down the rate of the national debt. Zero cuts!

Both parties claim differences but action speaks louder than words. Both parties are responsible for the terrible financial mess and the terrible beating our rights are taking.

You will have to show me evidence and not just fancy dancy double speak by elected officials.

Maybe then he’ll have a big enough audience to explain how the FSA ,Corporate America and the Military Industrial fucked up this country. Nancy Pelosi Proposes Conception-to-Grave Care

“Lifetime welfare just isn’t enough” and so Nancy Pelosi on Thursday introduced the “Life At Conception Act,” saying that the “right to life is guaranteed to all Americans.”

“The Life at Conception Act legislatively declares what most Americans believe and what science has long known — that human life begins at the moment of conception, and therefore is entitled to legal protection,” Sen. Pelosi said. Her bill was vigorously supported by the lawyer lobby and the Association of American Trial Lawyers.

It should be noted that with the passage of Pelosil’s bill, the US Government will responsibly provide “Conception to Grave Care.” Among the many new benefits bestowed upon the fertilized eggs, embryos, and soon-to-be legal residents from the moment of conception:

    1. Tax deduction.
    2. Welfare benefits.
    3. USDA prescribed breakfast, lunch, and after school snack.
    4. Social security number.
    5. Full coverage health insurance.
    6. Child support payments.
    7. Free speech, freedom of the press.
    8. Right to bear arms.
    9. Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
    10. Obama phones.

Qualifying embryo carriers will have access to child-care

The new citizen-embryos will also be held liable for injury done to the carrying mother. Offenses for which they will be held accountable include:

    1. Punching.
    2. Kicking.
    3. Keeping Mom and Dad awake.
    4. Generating excessive amniotic fluid.
    5. Stomach stretching.
    6. Discomfort from water retention, swelling, or any other act.
    7. Depriving other eggs from access to sperm and fertilization.
    8. Depriving Dad of sex and causing grounds for divorce.

A judge will determine if the embryos should be tried as adults. Furthermore, a panel of psychological experts will determine the mental state and motivation of citizen-embryos to decide whether crimes committed should be judged as “hate crimes.”

All fertilized eggs will be given a 9-digit identification number suitable for tracking throughout their lifetime.

If a mother is found to be in any way recklessly endangering a citizen-embryo, the embryo will be taken into care by Child Protective Services.

All sex will be monitored by the government workers to determine pregnancy status. Sex will be prohibited with any woman who has a record of any abortion, voluntary or involuntary. Miscarriages will go before a government tribunal who will ascertain the cause of miscarriage. If it is determined that any citizen-embryo could have been saved through intervention, the mother will be charged with second-degree manslaughter for negligence. Voluntary abortions will of course be prosecuted as first-degree murder under the jurisdiction of the Federal Government, who has made this proclamation.

Any woman not wishing to carry a fertilized egg or embryo to full term will be required to find a suitable surrogate. If one cannot be found, fertilized eggs may be deposited on the mucus walls of an Agency approved, damp, subterranean cavern.

When questioned about his claim of what “most Americans believe” and what “science has long known”, Pelosi said, “Who cares that the Bible says that Adam did not become a ‘living soul’ until God breathed into his nostrils the breath of life? Who cares that it is apparent and has been long known that when you breathe your last breath, you’re dead, no longer alive?”

“Who cares that life is invisible, and science has never seen it? Science is infallible and knows these things. There is a consensus.”

Shee added, “What does breath have to do with life? Nothing. What does logic have to do with how we interpret the Bible? Nothing. Not only is science smarter than God, most Americans are too. That’s why Obama is president, after all.”

“You should be applauding our efforts. We stand for freedom and liberty for all Americans, even our beloved citizen-eggs and citizen-embryos.”

When questioned about life after death, Pelosi said “Sure most Americans believe that as well. When you’re dead, you are not really dead. You’re floating around in the sky if you’ve gone to meet your maker. That does not mean anyone should be deprived of the joy of living in the USA in the meantime.”
