As usual, the MSM uses the code words of “kids”, “teens”, and “youths” when referring to feral black kids terrorizing the city of Phila and making it unsafe to take public transportation. These are fatherless black kids resulting from the Great Society welfare programs and 50 years of liberal Democrat rule in Philly. The black community is solely responsible for the behavior of these “youths”. Whitey is not to blame. Maybe if the numnuts running the city triple the soda tax, they’ll solve all these “youth” problems.
PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — SEPTA police said a brawl caught on a cell phone camera started as a war of words between a group of teens on the trolley lines, then escalated at the subway surface entrance leading up to Dilworth Park.
They say it allegedly became more than physical when 18-year-olds Theodore Smith and Timira Barlow got involved.
“In this case you have an 18-year-old drawing a knife,” said SEPTA Police Chief Thomas Nestel. “This is serious stuff.”

Pennsylvania H.S. brawl was filmed by student onlookers
MAY 4–Eight teachers were injured yesterday trying to break up a high school brawl involving a quartet of female pugilists who are now facing multiple criminal charges in connection with the 7:30 AM melee.
The fight at Cheltenham High School in Wyncote, a Philadelphia suburb, began as students were headed to their first period classes. As seen in the above video, after two girls began throwing punches at each other, two more students joined the fray.
