Democrats are Obstructing Justice by Defaming Barr, Demanding his Resignation, & in Seeking Trump’s Impeachment

By Doug “Uncola” Lynn via TheBurningPlatform.com

During Attorney General William Barr’s testimony yesterday on live TV, we witnessed Congressional Democrats obstructing justice by demanding Barr’s resignation in spite of his admitted investigation into FISA-abuse and Hillary Clinton’s dirty dossier.

It’s clear the only option the Democrats have now is to discredit Barr.  Communications between Special Counsel Robert Mueller and the attorney general were mysteriously leaked on the eve of Barr’s hearing which, very conveniently, allowed Democratic Senators to administer their same old tactics as was used against Judge Brett Kavanaugh during his Supreme Court hearings.

It has become very clear the Democrats care not for the law, the U.S. Constitution, or justice.  Their motives are completely political.

Accordingly, May 1, 2019 presented as a very bizarre day throughout the American Corporate Media.

Dear Peggy, Your Opinions Never Mattered and They Don’t Matter Now

By Doug “Uncola” Lynn via TheBurningPlatform.com

At the end of last month, the political columnist and author, Peggy Noonan, published an article in the Wall Street Journal entitled:  “How Trump Lost Half of Washington”.   In the sub-heading of that piece, Noonan lamented how the “old ambassadors were willing to give him [Trump] a chance” but, instead, he “destabilized the whole town”.  Noonan furthermore quoted “Don Corleone” of Mario Puzo’s “Godfather” fame and she wrote the following about the self-titled “stable genius” in the White House:

Pretty quickly and to the entire edifice of Washington, it became clear Donald Trump was not a Jacksonian shock to the system, which is what his supporters think he was. He was a daily system overload, a one-man frying of the grid.

One by one the ambassadors shut down and turned away. Their objections were not about policy, they were about behavior. What they feared was not extreme conservatism or extreme liberalism. They didn’t fear originality or a new synthesis. They feared Madness of King George-ism. They’d come to think the president was, irredeemably, a screwball. In the nuclear age this is a dangerous thing.

… It was all this—the president’s disdain, his well-fed resentments—that not only left Washington thinking Mr. Trump was crazy. It made Washington itself a fertile field for crazy. It was in this atmosphere that the Steele dossier, with its whacked out third-rate spy fiction, became believable, that sober-minded officials reportedly wondered if they should wear wires when they met with the president.

He destabilized the entire town.

So Trump destabilized the Washington Establishment.  Are you surprised?

U.S. President Donald Trump Initially Refused to Acknowledge Manufactured Reality

By Doug “Uncola” Lynn via TheBurningPlatform.com

Why should Trump give any credence to the intelligence agencies who first tried to prevent, and later subvert, his presidency?

You may not be able to alter reality, but you can alter your attitude towards it, and this, paradoxically, alters reality. Try it and see.

– Margaret Atwood

The above quote, attributed to the author of “The Handmaid’s Tale”, is seemingly representative of the elite establishment today in their dystopian zeal to erase the presidency of Donald Trump.  How? By means of manufacturing an Attitudinal New Reality complete with Orwellian-style and Twilight Zone-type narratives reminiscent of the “Upside Down” , the other-worldly dimension of Netflix’s “Stranger Things”.

Of course, where we are today was likely inevitable from the start.

It’s always fun to see what new internet sensation will next captivate and surprise the blogosphere everywhere and all at once.  The most recent phenomenon to take the media-bubble by storm occurred last week by means of the Laurel or Yanny debate.  In the event the reader has been living under a rock, or in a cave, over the last several days it all started when someone on reddit posted a short audio clip of a computer pronouncing the word “laurel”.  Of course nothing would have come from it, except that other people who heard the clip swore they heard a word similar to “yanny” being pronounced instead.

As the debate went viral across all media platforms, Team Trump even Twittered on the matter from the White House.

At first, I thought it may have been an acoustic hoax whereby two separate recordings were alternating, but that was not the case.  When I, personally, played the clip to people in the same room, at the same time, they heard either “laurel” or “yanny”; as did I.  We were confounded at how we heard completely different sounds from the same recording.

Obviously, there was a scientific explanation and the mystery was solved according to the frequency by which people processed the audio.

Meditations and Musings, in a Church, on Mother’s Day

By Doug “Uncola” Lynn via TheBurningPlatform.com

On Mother’s Day, my family and I attended a worship service at the church where my wife and I were married three decades ago. While sitting in the pew, waiting for the service to start, it struck me how little the nave had changed. Actually, from what I could see, it had not changed at all.

Traveling back in time, mentally, to the day I was married, I pictured my bride, the room, and the people in attendance. Then I imagined time passing outside in an array of flowing colors, similar to a DVD set on fast-forward; as the worship area remained unmoved and steadfast, like a super-sized stone stuck in the center of a rushing river.

America Burns Under Bumbling Trump

by Uncola via TheBurningPlatform.com

Washington (AP)  –  In the wake of terror attacks throughout Europe, including the March 2017 ISIS assault on the Parliament building in London, many Americans believed it could never happen here.  They were wrong.

In a series of attacks yesterday, portions of Honolulu, Seattle, and Chicago have been cordoned off until authorities have finished collecting evidence.

In Honolulu, the motive of Mohammad Awad Basara, a British-born Mexican national, is still unknown.  At approximately 7:30 PM Aleutian Standard Time, Basara drove a stolen dune buggy at high speeds across Waikiki Beach killing three people and injuring dozens.

How to Woo a Moonbatted Snowflake

by Uncola via TheBurningPlatform.com

Headlines were made last week when the results of an experiment by two New York University professors went viral.  The study was designed to demonstrate gender bias by reenacting the 2016 presidential debates between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, except the gender for each was reversed.  In other words, a woman recited the statements of Trump and a male reenacted Hillary Clinton’s original comments made during the debates.

The goal of the ‘Her Opponent’ project was to prove that people would not have accepted Trump’s aggressive behavior had it come from a woman, and that Hillary’s debate style would be much more likable if she were a man.

Ironically, the exact opposite happened.

The professors and audiences of the mock debates, however, were ‘unsettled’ to discover that the opposite was true –  Trump became more likable as a woman and Hillary became even less likable as a man.

At last. Although it took a scientific observation to remove the prejudice against Trump’s gender, these people could FINALLY see what the tolerant, open-minded “Deplorable” voters saw all along.

Agents of Deception, Stewards of Deceit.

by Uncola via TheBurningPlatform.com

What a week it has been since President Donald Trump addressed congress, just eight days ago.  Within hours of his attempt to unify the nation with a heartfelt speech that was widely praised by his supporters and opponents alike, Democratic Party leaders and their collaborators in the mainstream media once again doubled down on their fabricated Russian election hacking ruse.  Within days, their combined efforts compelled Trump’s newly appointed Attorney General, Jeff Sessions, to recuse himself from any 2016 Presidential Campaign investigations.

On Friday, according to CNN and their White House Spy Cam, a “frustrated and angry” President Trump had a “fiery meeting” in the Oval Office with his advisors Steve Bannon, Jared Kushner, Sean Spicer, and Reince Priebus over the “fumbling” of the “situation with Sessions”.

By Saturday, March 4th, 2017, Trump evidently decided it was time to once more push back against those who wish to derail his administration.  In a series of early-morning Tweets, Trump accused Former President Barack Obama of wire-tapping his phones at Trump Tower in New York City during the 2016 presidential campaign and made comparisons to Nixon, Watergate, and McCarthyism.

On Those Without Honor

by Uncola via TheBurningPlatform.com

On Tuesday, February 28th, 2017, President Donald Trump addressed a joint session of congress with a speech that was widely praised, even by his most fervent critics.

Each American generation passes the torch of truth, liberty and justice, in an unbroken chain all the way down to the present.  That torch is now in our hands. And we will use it to light up the world. I am here tonight to deliver a message of unity and strength, and it is a message deeply delivered from my heart.

In his address, Trump claimed that positive immigration reform was possible as long as lawmakers focused on goals to:

improve jobs and wages for Americans, to strengthen our nation’s security, and to restore respect for our laws.

He offered his vanquished opponents in the Democratic Party much to consider even lamenting the $6 trillion spent in the Middle East in favor of a $1 trillion infrastructure investment here in the United States.  He further expressed his desire to solve many other “pressing problems” involving the economy, the national debt, healthcare, education, poverty and crime.

My Reasons For The Pardons

Hey Guys! Look what I found. After seeing the story about the FOIA request of the WJC FBI files I thought I’d do some digging. And it’s times like these that I appreciate the internet. It doesn’t take long to find original articles from the early 2000’s still on the internet.

New York Times, Feb. 18, 2001

By: William Jefferson Clinton

Because of the intense scrutiny and criticism of the pardons of Marc Rich and his partner Pincus Green and because legitimate concerns have been raised, I want to explain what I did and why.

First, I want to make some general comments about pardons and commutations of sentences. Article II of the Constitution gives the president broad and unreviewable power to grant ”Reprieves and Pardons” for all offenses against the United States. The Supreme Court has ruled that the pardon power is granted ”[t]o the [president] . . ., and it is granted without limit” (United States v. Klein). Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes declared that ”[a] pardon . . . is . . . the determination of the ultimate authority that the public welfare will be better served by [the pardon] . . .” (Biddle v. Perovich). A president may conclude a pardon or commutation is warranted for several reasons: the desire to restore full citizenship rights, including voting, to people who have served their sentences and lived within the law since; a belief that a sentence was excessive or unjust; personal circumstances that warrant compassion; or other unique circumstances.
