The People Our Loser Elite Look Down Upon Are Saving Our Bacon

Here are some people who are useless, especially now: Performance artists, diversity consultants, magic crystal healers, sociology TAs, members of the mainstream media, and gender-unspecified entities who brew kale kombucha.

Here are some people who matter, especially now: Soldiers, nurses, truckers, cops, the guy who stocks the shelves at Ralphs, farmers, and that dude rebuilding your roof.

The Chinese Bat Soup Flu has certainly clarified some of the blurred lines between what is important and what is frivolous garbage. Yet, in a time when millions of Americans are at risk of dying as a direct result of ChiCom conspiracies and the bizarre need of its serfs to eat any weird thing that crawls or slithers within reach of their chopsticks, our useless elite is fixated on making sure we don’t hurt the feelz of the very people who stuck us in this predicament.

FIOS WIRE ENCLOSED CONCENTRATION CAMP

Guest Post by Hardscrabble Farmer

We are living in the time of a great transition. The Age of Governments is coming to a close and we are witnessing the era of the Corporatocracy. Just as the Age of Kings was subsumed by the rising tide of the Democracies leaving only vestigial ornaments- like the Royal Family in Britain- to keep up the appearances lest the human herds become alarmed by the sea changes around them, we retain the forms of a Republic that has long ago ceased to function. Our Senators and Congressmen represent not their constituencies, but their moneyed overlords. Their interests are those of their masters, not their charges.

Does Calhoun’s Shocking Experiment Reveal the Condition of Our Society?

Guest Post by Maciej Budkowski

“Shocking experiment reveals the condition of our society!”

Such a headline is usually tied to articles describing Dr. John Calhoun’s behavior experiments.

Obviously, there’s a reason for that.

Among other things, the conclusions drawn up from Calhoun’s experiment are used to criticize abundant societies, to seek ways of organizing cities, and to explain the origins of feminist movements or the disappearance of masculinity.

In contrast to fake, poorly-photoshopped Albert Einstein’s quotes, Calhoun’s experiment has actually been carried out. One may have doubts about the conclusions of the experiment; however, we will discuss those a bit later.

First, let’s talk about the experiment itself. Although Calhoun’s discoveries are thought to be some of the most important in the history of psychology, (Hock, 2004 as cited in: Ramsden, Adams 2009) the scientist’s work is not as widely known as experiments performed by Zimbardo or Milgram.

Dr. Calhoun was an extremely famous ethologist who studied mainly behavior of mice and rats at the National Institutes of Health (USA). The most important experiments were conducted in the 1950s and 1960s. One of most shocking experiments performed by the behavioral researcher is known as the Mouse Utopia Experiment.

During the experiment, a group of eight mice were living in ideal environmental conditions. The utopian universe provided rodents with unlimited access to everything necessary for the animals to survive. The mice were provided with food, water, and nesting material. Everything was available at their paw tips.

Although the beginning of the experiment seems ordinary, the course of the study, as well as the results, are quite astonishing.

What exactly did the experiment look like?

WE ARE NOTHING BUT CATTLE IN AN INDUSTRIAL PROCESSING FACILITY

Guest Post by Hardscrabble Farmer

There is a growing divide in the country and day by day it grows deeper and more irrevocable. All around us we see the signs, if we look for them, of decay and collapse built into the very system itself.

If you reward indolence, it will become the norm, if we practice wholesale slaughter from the womb to a foreign wedding party others will take the cue. If we celebrate slatterns and degenerates and ridicule the wholesome and traditional we will wind up with more of one and less of another.

The further an organism lives from it’s natural state, the more adaptable the organism will become to that which is unnatural.

Yesterday an older farmer came to pick up his cow from my farm. She had been a guest of ours for several days to be bred by my bull and when he arrived I asked him to pull his trailer to the lower trail beside the stream and open the rear door. I explained that I would be opening a gate from one pasture and leading the animals to another, that his animals- the cow and her young heifer- would follow at the rear of the herd and when he saw them approach he would simply close the pasture gate behind them and allow them to load back in his trailer. The cattle dogs watched my every move, excited to work and anxious for their opportunity to show off to my friend. I called out to the cows- mooing to them from the trailhead- and they quickly assembled at the gate, mooing in return.

The Other Side of The Thin Blue Line

Guest Post by Eric Peters

Call it Karma – or maybe just payback.cop beaten pic

Either way, it’s bad news.

Last Friday, an Alabama cop pulled over a guy – apparently, over a traffic infraction. The guy argued with the cop; a fight broke out.

The guy got the upper hand and beat the cop senseless.

What’s remarkable about this incident – which got very little to no coverage outside of Birmingham – is the reaction of bystanders to the beating. Instead of coming to the cop’s aid – or even just calling 911 to summon more cops – they laughed, took pictures and posted the pictures of the cop lying bloody and unconscious in the street on social media sites like Facebook.

The natives (that’s us, by the way) are becoming restless.

Respect and deference are fading. Contempt – and something much stronger – are replacing them.

This should not come as a bolt out of the blue given the almost daily deluge of badged bullies strutting their stuff all over YouTube. Perhaps you saw the one of the California cop who unholstered his pistol on a guy who was standing beside his own vehicle, parked in his own driveway, in a suburban cul-de-sac? The cop was threatening the guy’s life because the guy had taken out his camera and was filming this cop, who just rolled into the cul-de-sac and sat there in his cop car, watching. If an ordinary citizen did this, it’d be stalking. If an ordinary citizen drew a gun, as this cop did, it’d be felony brandishing – and in many states, sufficient legal pretext to defend oneself with deadly force. But because the thug was in costume, he was legally able to stalk and threaten another human being and then just drive away.

This is maddening.

The Lesson for the World Coming from Greece

Greece-Pensioner

The mainstream news is painting the Greeks as the bad guys, and the Troika as the savior of Europe. Quite frankly, it is really disgusting. Pictures of an elderly Greek pensioner have gone viral, depicting what the Troika is deliberately doing to the Greek people by punishing them for their own failed design of the euro in a system that is just economically unsustainable.

The heartbreaking photographs circulating are of 77-year-old retiree, Giorgos Chatzifotiadis, after he collapsed on the ground openly in tears, driven to despair, outside a Greek bank with his savings book and identity card strewn next to him on the ground. This illustrates the horror the Troika is deliberately inflicting upon the Greek population.

Us Against Them

Via Monty Pelerin

tyranny

Anyone looking at current conditions in the United States is struck by the us against them mentality that exists between the government and its citizens. There are no longer two political parties in the sense that they stand for different things. Both political parties stand for more power and control.

Increasingly the country is split. Two distinct groups are now at war with each other. It is government versus the people.tyranny1d

Those who voted Republicans in via a landslide in the most recent election now see that it doesn’t matter. There is little difference between Democrat and Republican politicians. The two “opposing” parties might as well be renamed the Bloods and the Crips. They both stand for the same thing and that is bigger government and less freedom. The brands may be different but that is nothing more than marketing. Both parties want the same thing and that same thing has to do with your wealth and freedom. Both will do whatever it takes to be in charge. The country does not matter. Only their position in the trough matters.

We are no longer a government of the people, by the people and for the people. We are now a country of rulers and ruled. We now work for government, not the other way around.

To accomplish this feat, government had to divide us, pitting one group against another. Then they had to define behavior (rights guaranteed via the Constitution) as questionable if not downright illegal. Michael Snyder collected 72 types of American behavior that is now considered dangerous by our government. It is difficult to imagine anyone not falling into one or more of these categories and not being watched by government:

FOURTH TURNING – THE SHADOW OF CRISIS HAS NOT PASSED – PART THREE

In Part One of this article I attempted to illuminate the concept of generational theory as articulated by Strauss and Howe in The Fourth Turning.  In Part Two I provided proof this Crisis is far from over, with ever increasing debt, civic decay and global disorder propelling the world towards war.

Seeds of Crisis & War

“The seasons of time offer no guarantees. For modern societies, no less than for all forms of life, transformative change is discontinuous. For what seems an eternity, history goes nowhere – and then it suddenly flings us forward across some vast chaos that defies any mortal effort to plan our way there. The Fourth Turning will try our souls – and the saecular rhythm tells us that much will depend on how we face up to that trial. The saeculum does not reveal whether the story will have a happy ending, but it does tell us how and when our choices will make a difference.”  – Strauss & Howe – The Fourth Turning

When you accept the fact history is cyclical and continuous linear progress is not what transpires in the real world, you free yourself from the mental debilitation of normalcy bias and cognitive dissonance. Things do get worse. There are dark periods of history and they recur on a regular cycle. And we are in the midst of one of those dark periods. This Crisis will not be resolved without much pain, sacrifice, bloodshed, and ultimately war. Catastrophe is a strong possibility. The core elements of this Crisis – debt, civic decay, global disorder – are coalescing into a perfect storm which will rage for the next ten to fifteen years. The rhythms of history only provide a guidepost of timing, while the specific events and outcomes are unknowable in advance. The regeneracy of society into a cohesive, unified community, supporting the government in a collective effort to solve society’s most fundamental problems seems to have been delayed. Or has it?

Maybe the answer can be found in the resolution of the last Fourth Turning. The seeds of the next crisis are always planted during the climax of the previous crisis, when the new social order is established. The American Revolution Crisis created a new nation, but left unresolved the issue of slavery. This seed grew to become the catalyst for the Civil War Crisis. The resolution of the Civil War Crisis greatly enhanced the power of the central government, while reducing the influence of the States. The rise of central authority led to the creation of the Federal Reserve, the implementation of income taxes to fund a vastly larger Federal government and the belief among the political class that America should intervene militarily in the affairs of other countries. The Great Depression was created by the monetary policies of the Federal Reserve; the New Deal programs were a further expansion of Federal government; FDR outlawed the ownership of gold; and America’s subsequent involvement in World War II created a military and economic superpower.

GOVERNMENTS DON’T LIVE TOGETHER, PEOPLE LIVE TOGETHER

Do you have a problem with the Russian people? I don’t. I don’t have a problem with the Iranian people, Iraqi people, Syrian people, Libyan people, Chinese people, or Ukrainian people. The government currently ruling the American people does seem to have a problem with these countries and many others. I will always support my country, but I do not support the government ruling the country at this time. It is chiefed by double tongues. People can live together without butchering each other. It’s governments that butcher people.

Josey: You be Ten Bears?
Ten Bears: I am Ten Bears.
Josey: (spits tobacco) I’m Josey Wales.
Ten Bears: I have heard. You’re the Gray Rider. You would not make peace with the Blue Coats. You may go in peace. Josey: I reckon not. Got nowhere to go.
Ten Bears: Then you will die.
Josey: I came here to die with you. Or live with you. Dying ain’t so hard for men like you and me, it’s living that’s hard; when all you ever cared about has been butchered or raped. Governments don’t live together, people live together. With governments you don’t always get a fair word or a fair fight. Well I’ve come here to give you either one, or get either one from you. I came here like this so you’ll know my word of death is true. And that my word of life is then true. The bear lives here, the wolf, the antelope, the Comanche. And so will we. Now, we’ll only hunt what we need to live on, same as the Comanche does. And every spring when the grass turns green and the Comanche moves north, he can rest here in peace, butcher some of our cattle and jerk beef for the journey. The sign of the Comanche, that will be on our lodge. That’s my word of life.
Ten Bears: And your word of death?
Josey: It’s here in my pistols, there in your rifles. I’m here for either one.
Ten Bears: These things you say we will have, we already have.
Josey: That’s true. I ain’t promising you nothing extra. I’m just giving you life and you’re giving me life. And I’m saying that men can live together without butchering one another.
Ten Bears: It’s sad that governments are chiefed by the double-tongues. There is iron in your word of death for all Comanche to see. And so there is iron in your words of life. No signed paper can hold the iron, it must come from men. The words of Ten Bears carries the same iron of life and death. It is good that warriors such as we meet in the struggle of life… or death. It shall be life. (he takes his knife and cuts his hand. Josey does the same and they grasp each others hand.) So shall it be.
