The Russian Mindset – Failing to Understand

Guest Post by Martin Armstrong

Our greatest problem is that people have characterized Putin as a madman and then they paint all of Russia with the same brush. But that is a distraction from trying to understand what is the real confrontation with Russia all about and replacing Putin will by no means be the solution. You may find someone far worse, but historically Russia will never TRUST the West for many reasons. We must understand how Russia looks at this and that transcends Putin. His views of Russian security are not unique and all leaders have taken the same ideas. So a Putin successor is not likely to change the Russian mindset.

Trump Should Close NATO Membership Rolls

Guest Post by Pat Buchanan

Trump Should Close NATO Membership Rolls

When Donald Trump meets with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg today, the president should give him a direct message:

The roster of NATO membership is closed. For good. The United States will not hand out any more war guarantees to fight Russia to secure borders deep in Eastern Europe, when our own southern border is bleeding profusely.

And no one needs to hear this message more than Stoltenberg.

In Tblisi, Georgia, on March 25, Stoltenberg declared to the world: “The 29 allies have clearly stated that Georgia will become a member of NATO.”

As for Moscow’s objection to Georgia joining NATO, Stoltenberg gave Vladimir Putin the wet mitten across the face:

“We are not accepting that Russia, or any other power, can decide what (NATO) members can do.”

Yet what would it mean for Georgia to be brought into NATO?

Touching: Trump Visits McCain’s Grave Every Day To Yell At It

Via The Babylon Bee

ANNAPOLIS, MD—Senator and former presidential candidate John McCain is gone but not forgotten. As evidence of this, the White House has revealed that early every morning President Donald Trump makes the trek to McCain’s grave so he can stand there and shout abuse at it.

“So I’m still alive today!” Trump said to McCain’s grave in his last visit. “How about you? Oh. No witty comeback? Ha!” Trump laughed, but then his mood quickly turned darker and he yelled, “You think you’re better than me?!” before kicking the grave and hurting his foot.

McCain’s Legacy in Ukraine – More Weapons, More Death

Guest Post by Tom Luongo

Just because he’s dead doesn’t mean John McCain is done killing people he hated.  Since McCain was a hate-filled troll whose life was spent dodging responsibility for his actions it follows that he worked to his dying breath to cover up his crimes and the crimes of his compatriots.

And the conflict in Ukraine is one of those crimes.  Over the weekend Donestk People’s Republic leader Alexander Zakharchenko was assassinated in Donestk.  Want to get an idea of just how insanely biased U.S. reporting on this is?  How far we’ve fallen as a people thanks to John McCain’s virulent hatred for all things Russian?

Take a look at this snapshot after doing a simple search for ‘Zakharchenko death” on Bing:

LEFT WING MEDIA HYPOCRISY

These scum sucking excuses for journalists called McCain mentally unfit in 2008 when he was running against their savior Obama. In 2012 he was a misogynist and racist. Now he is a bipartisan hero. Go fuck yourselves MSM!!!

Bad blood between McCain and Trump lingers, even as the Arizona Republican nears the end

Via The Washington Post

McCain's family says the Arizona senator has chosen to discontinue medical treatment for brain cancer.

It got off to a bad start, and President Trump’s venomous relationship with Sen. John McCain probably won’t end well either.

The president was reportedly disinvited to McCain’s funeral months ago, after McCain’s battle with brain cancer took a turn for the worse, and now the veteran Arizona Republican senator has decided to discontinue medical treatment.

Throughout McCain’s illness, Trump has continued to publicly snub him — including a recent appearance in which the president declined to say McCain’s name when signing a bill that was named for him. As of late Friday, Trump had said nothing about McCain’s medical decision.

John McCain Associate Pleads the Fifth in Russia Dossier Probe

Via Gateway Pundit

David Kramer, an associate of Senator John McCain, invoked his Fifth Amendment right to not testify to Congress in connection to his role in distribution of the fake Russia dossier to the FBI.

Kramer was briefed by the Russian dossier author Christopher Steele in London in 2016.

The Russian dossier was paid for by the Democratic National Committee and Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.

The junk dossier was used as evidence in a FISA court hearing as evidence to spy on Trump volunteer Carter Page — in October 2016.

McCain Defends Hillary & Wants to Start an Energy Trade War

Guest Post by Martin Armstrong

John McCain wants new sanctions against Russia and it is this politicians who are the greatest threat to the world economy. Imposing such sanctions will only backfire for the damage is to European companies, rarely American. McCain is always out to create war for personal retribution for being turned into Vietnam’s version of Tokyo Rose. His latest round of sanctions is to punish Russia for interfering in the 2016 elections which still is not proven, but it put in office Trump, according to McCain who would be much more happy with Hillary. He has never smiled that way looking into the eyes of Donald Trump.

Stucky Challenge Of The Day #1: Sh*t-stain McCain

Ol’ Shitstain was in Munich this week.  Here’s one thing he said;

“The founders of the Munich conference would be alarmed by an increasing turn away from universal values and toward old ties of blood and race and sectarianism.

Old ties of blood and race? WTF?? Germans understood exactly the reference.  Shitstain was calling Trump …. a Nazi!

McCain Has Blood On His Hands

Submitted by Mike Shedlock  via MishTalk.com,

If there was ever any doubt who perpetual warmonger, Senator John McCain, wanted for US president, this headline explains: Russian cyberintrusions an ‘act of war’

Today, CNN writer Frida Ghitis repeats McCain’s claim with Putin’s ‘act of war’ against American democracy.

“Moscow’s influence campaign,” as the intelligence report calls it, blended a variety of means, including covert cyberactivity by Russian intelligence operatives, along with “with overt state-funded media, third-party intermediaries, and paid social media users or ‘trolls’.”

Hysteria Continues

It would behoove fools like Ghitis to stop and think. Anyone who takes CIA allegations as facts has mush for brains.

The CIA Liars, Torturers, Murderers are worse than useless.

Is It Good For The Americans?

Guest Post by The Zman

When I was a kid, I sat and watched the 30 minute ad run by Lyndon LaRouche during the 1976 presidential election. I don’t remember much about it, but I seem to recall he accused just about everyone of being in a conspiracy of some sort. I also recall my mother laughing and calling him a nut. LaRouche was a crazy Marxist, but I see he has been retconned into a crazy right-winger and anti-Semite. His wiki page reads like it has been heavily edited by one of his followers.

Anyway, I bring this up because it is what comes to mind when I read these paranoid postings about how the Russians are coming to take us away.

ISIS, Not Russia, Is the Enemy in Syria

Guest Post by Patrick J. Buchanan

ISIS, Not Russia, Is the Enemy in Syria

Denouncing Russian air strikes on Aleppo as “barbaric,” Mike Pence declared in Tuesday’s debate:

“The provocations by Russia need to be met with American strength. … The United States of America should be prepared to use military force, to strike military targets of Bashar Assad regime.”

John McCain went further:

“The U.S. … must issue an ultimatum to Mr. Assad — stop flying or lose your aircraft … If Russia continues its indiscriminate bombing, we should make clear that we will take steps to hold its aircraft at greater risk.”

Yet one gets the impression this is bluster and bluff.

Pence has walked his warnings back. And there are few echoes of McCain’s hawkishness. Even Hillary Clinton’s call for a “no-fly zone” has been muted.

The American people have no stomach for a new war in Syria.
