SEE YOU ON THE DARK SIDE OF THE MOON (PART 2)

In Part 1 of this article I tried to link the greed and depravity of those pulling the strings behind the curtain of the Deep State with perpetual warfare being waged by the military industrial complex and the purposeful dumbing down of the populace so propaganda spewed by the Deep State’s media mouthpieces finds fertile ground. Pink Floyd’s lyrics from their existential album – Dark Side of the Moon – continue to resonate today, even more than they did in 1973.

Breathe, breathe in the air
Don’t be afraid to care
Leave, don’t leave me
Look around, choose your own ground

Long you live and high you fly
Smiles you’ll give and tears you’ll cry
And all you touch and all you see
Is all your life will ever be

STRANGER IN A STRANGE LAND

“Secrecy begets tyranny.” Robert A. Heinlein, Stranger in a Strange Land

“Thinking doesn’t pay. Just makes you discontented with what you see around you.”Robert A. Heinlein, Stranger in a Strange Land

When I read quotes by men like H.L. Mencken and Robert Heinlein, I realize I’m not really a stranger in a strange land, even though I feel that way most of the time. These cynical, critical thinking, libertarian minded gentlemen understood government tended towards corruption and tyranny, the populace tended towards ignorance and distraction, and reality eventually teaches a harsh lesson to fools, knaves and dumbasses.

Sometimes we think the current day worldly circumstances are new and original, when human nature, politicians, and governments never really change. When Mencken and Heinlein were writing and providing social commentary during the 30’s, 40’s and 50’s, they observed the same fallacies, foolishness, lack of self-responsibility, government malfeasance, and inability of the majority to think critically, that are rampant in society today.

America’s Well-Documented Decline Amid Wars in the Air

By Doug “Uncola” Lynn via TheBurningPlatform.com

In 1976, some of the families sharing older ancestral lineages in my hometown were asked to march together in our bicentennial parade.  Although I was at an age where I found it somewhat embarrassing, I did enjoy waving at my friends and schoolmates along the way. Especially the girls.

Although the Saccharine Seventies manifested as a tarnishing patina on the silver platter of Norman Rockwell’s America, much of the shine still remained then in my hometown; even in the years before Ronald Reagan’s repolishing as the table was set again for his 1984 “Morning in America” commercial.

The next recession will sweep the Socialists into power

Guest Post by Simon Black

What I’m about to say may sound totally crazy at first. But keep reading, because I think you’ll agree that it’s dead-on accurate.

There’s a recession coming.

No, that’s not some Chicken Little “The Sky is Falling” statement. Far from it. It’s just a fact: economies and financial markets always go through boom and bust cycles.

There are good years and lean years, up years and down years.

(This is perhaps no different than life itself. Few people have the perfect day, every day. Sometimes it feels like we’re on top of the world. And sometimes it feels like the universe is conspiring against us.)

“Resist Everything”: Socialist Within State Department Exposed In Veritas “Deep State” Sting

Via ZeroHedge

James O’Keefe and his undercover investigators have once again exposed extreme left-wing activists pursuing a progressive agenda within a position of power – this time infiltrating the State Department.

O’Keefe’s team has previously released undercover videos revealing radical leftists at Twitter bragging about “shadow banning” conservatives, Democrat operatives paid by the Clinton campaign engaging in voter fraudCNN employees admitting that the Trump-Russia story was a “fake news” ratings bonanza, and the “culture of anti-Trump bias” at the New York Times.

A NATION BUILT ON LIES (PART 2)

In Part 1 of this article I detailed the damage done by the Deep State and the inevitability of another financial crisis destined to propel this Fourth Turning into its next most violent stage. Now I will examine whether Jordan Peterson’s rules for life can alleviate some of the pain headed our way.

Image result for tell the truth jordan peterson

Peterson’s reality-based assessment of our broken societal system has infuriated the social justice warriors and media propagandists whose narratives are based upon lies, misinformation, fake news, and a pliable dumbed down populace distracted by their techno-gadgets. The machinations of the Deep State (Wall Street cabal, Fed, captured politicians, shadowy billionaires, military industrial complex, surveillance agencies, corporate media) are dependent upon the masses believing their big lies and unquestioningly trusting their provably false narratives.

Telling the truth and demolishing these false narratives with facts is the only way to fight those who have chosen the side of evil. Remaining silent in the face of their lies allows tyranny to expand inexorably and fill the vacuum left by the dearth of courageous truth tellers.

Open Letter To All Of The Whiny Safe Space Liberals Crying Over Our ‘Racist’ And ‘Sexist’ Country

Hat Tip Westcoaster

The first half of last night was stressful. I could barely eat. Stupid Florida, always keeping us on the edge of our seats. I switched my networks around last night. I mostly relied on Fox News and Twitter. CNN wasn’t calling states as fast, and MSNBC is a last resort kind of thing. I vowed to stay away from that channel, UNLESS things started shaping up for Donald Trump.

Then the results started coming in. Flyover nation. North Carolina. Ohio. Florida? Wisconsin?!!! That’s when the wheels started falling off their wagon. That’s when I started thinking about Hillary Clinton’s defeat. I never really allowed myself to go there before. I didn’t want to get my hopes up, but my country came through. We the People are not stupid.

We the People defeated MSM. We the People defeated the establishment. We the People saved the Supreme Court. We the People rejected the power-hungry, seahag criminal in a pantsuit.

Trump Protests Reveal Their Own Hatred

Guest Post by Martin Armstrong

trump-protests

The degree of how morally debased many of those who have been supporting Hillary is being exposed just how anti-democratic these people are boarding on a virtual communist-like revolution. They have had the audacity to submit a petition to tell the electors not to vote for Trump on December 19th and still give it to Hillary saying they will pay the fines. This is so outrageous it would clearly instill bloodshed and an outright revolution. They claim to have over 2 million signatures and this is following the same path as the court in Britain saying the people had no right to decide their own future, only government.

GOVERNMENT IS THE PROBLEM

Here are two charts that show how successful, government solutions are for the citizens of this country. First off, even according to the manipulated and under-reported CPI figures, you have lost 65% of your purchasing power since 1978. Using a real measure of inflation, its closer to 85%, but why quibble. You are slowly but surely being impoverished by the Federal Reserve (aka Wall Street bankers) and the corrupt politicians you elected to represent your interests.

Doug Short presents the cost of college tuition, medical care and new cars over the last 38 years. One of these things is not like the other. The second chart shows the growth in Federal loans to students since 1995. You may notice that prior to the Federal government getting involved in college education, college tuition rose steeper than overall inflation but only by a moderate amount. My tuition at Drexel University in the mid-1980s was in the mid $5,000 range. I was able to work and pay the majority of my tuition, with only a couple thousand dollars in loans.

Inflation Markers

If you are perceptive (that leaves out all libs and government employees) you will notice that as the Federal government has doled out more loans, the cost of college tuition has skyrocketed. You see, just like welfare, you get more of what you subsidize. If the federal government is willing to give your tax dollars to every Tom, Muhammed, or Laquesha to go to college, demand will rise. Since the supply is limited, colleges can raise prices dramatically as they know the Feds are supplying the paper.

IT’S NOT THE BREXIT STUPID

Just over a week ago the world was coming unglued, as enough British citizens grew a pair and spit in the face of the EU establishment and global elite by voting to exit the EU. The fear mongering by central bankers and their puppet political hacks failed to deter people who have become sick and tired of being abused and pillaged by bureaucrats working on behalf of bankers and billionaires.

Stock markets around the world plummeted on Thursday and Friday. The world braced for another Black Monday. The phone lines were buzzing between central bankers around the world over the weekend as their banker constituents demanded relief. If one thing has been proven over the last seven years, its a coordinated effort between central bankers and Wall Street banks to rig the stock market higher can work over a short time period.

The titans of finance were able to once again confound short-sellers and the prophets of doom with a 5% surge from the Friday lows over the next week. It was surely a coincidence the Fed declared all Wall Street banks, safe, sound, and capable of buying back their stocks to the tune of billions early in the week.

These insolvent zombies were now free to borrow billions to buy back their overvalued stocks, destroying shareholder value, while boosting executive compensation. Poor Jamie Dimon is struggling to get by on his $27 million per year. The Wall Street banks obliged by immediately announcing multi-billion dollar buyback schemes to capitalize on the short-term trading mentality of the 30 year old MBA trading geniuses who bought the news without worrying about the actual value of the stocks they were buying.

IT’S AN IDEAL WORTH FIGHTING FOR

Guest Post by The Pessimist Chemist (TPC)

I attended a “pro-Bernie” rally yesterday. Not to lend my support, but to study the opposition. The main speakers were from out of town and had no idea who we were, so they spoke more candidly then they might have had they known we were “the enemy.”

My wife and I showed up a little late so we could get spots around the edge of the crowd and not end up buried in it. It was obvious our presence made some of the locals anxious. They know where we stand, and don’t like it, even if they do want to like us as people.

Long story short: The Socialists are in this for the long haul. They are targeting local/small elections and wish to build a popular movement to grant the government even more control. In order for this plan to work they absolutely must shift the narrative as far away from social programs as possible.

These people view the fruits of my labor as their god-given right, and will fight tooth and nail to prevent themselves from being held responsible for any of their own choices.

The longer our country allows this movement to go on, the more dangerous it gets. It does not take very many people of action to make sweeping changes in history.

The American Revolution had a paltry percentage of the popular vote, let alone active participants. The same can be said of the rise of Nazi Germany and the Third Reich.

The unfortunate nature of the Libertarian-leaning conservatives is that we just want to be left alone, and thus don’t actively recruit or rabble-rouse. The days are fading where we could say “leave me alone” and expect any semblance of compliance with the request.

But as Socialism rises, so too must Capitalism. We cannot work with the Socialists to bring a Reckoning down on our Crony Capitalist rulers, we must strive to tear down both movements as they are equally evil. We cannot allow the failures of Socialism in South America, Asia, and Europe to be swept under the rug. We must loudly parade them out in the open, mocking a decaying system and putting forward true American ideals as the only way to win.

Despite its corrupt rulers and government, America is still the Greatest Nation that ever existed, and its an ideal worth fighting for.

Is Spain the Next Greece?

Today, we report on a new front in the Great Zombie War – the U.S. health care sector… and why costs there are set to rise. (More on that below…)

For now, we are sitting in the bar at The Hazelton Hotel. We always thought of Canadians as being a bit more reserved and conservative (socially, not necessarily politically) than their neighbors to the south. Well, not in this hotel!

It is more like Dallas than what we recall from our summers in Nova Scotia. People dressed in the latest gaudy fashions… loud hipster music… trendy decor… women who appear to have had extensive body work done. And on the TV above the hotel bar is a recurring ad from a zombie law firm advertising for personal injury cases!

We floated our way through Europe’s wine country, foggily trying to keep track of what we are seeing. We surveyed the Greek front with a pitcher of red wine on a blue paper tablecloth. Greek wine is as mysterious to us as Greek finance – both make you a little light-headed.
