PATERNO MUST GO TO JAIL

This is very simple. Anyone who has read this blog for the last couple years knows how I feel about the Catholic Church and their cover-up of priests fucking little boys. My unequivical position has been and continues to be that anyone within the Catholic Church heirarchy, up to and including the Pope, that knew about children being molested and fucked by predator priests and did not report it to the police is as guilty as the predator and should spend the rest of their lives in the general population of a prison.

Joe Paterno and the President of Penn State University were told that Sandusky molested a young boy in the showers of their lockeroom, 9 years ago. They did not report it to the police. Sandusky then went on to molest and fuck many young boys over the following years. Paterno & the President of Penn State are as guilty as Sandusky and should go to jail. They knowingly chose to protect the “reputation” of Penn State at the expense of innocent children whose lives have been ruined by this monster. They made the wrong fucking choice and they deserve to go to jail.

THERE IS NO MIDDLE GROUND HERE!!!!!

Powerful football coaches and powerful cardinals and bishops have done the exact same thing. They have protected their power and reputations by allowing innocent boys to have their lives ruined. They deserve to burn in the deepest depths of hell.

NATION: Paterno’s illustrious career faces tarnished end

Published: Tuesday, November 08, 2011

Few things are quite as pathetic as a revered hero who stays around too long and suddenly becomes embroiled in a scandal that threatens to undo the saintly image most everyone expected he would take to his grave.

But that is exactly what octogenarian Joe Paterno faces only a few short weeks after becoming the coach with the most victories in college football history.

It turns out that the longtime mastermind of the Pennsylvania State University’s elite gridiron program reportedly knew for nine years or so but did nothing about the degrading sexual activities of one of his most trusted assistants, his former defensive coordinator who was arrested over the weekend on charges of abusing eight boys over 15 years. Jerry Sandusky had been running a foundation to help needy children.

What in the world was Paterno thinking?

I must confess here that I never have been a fan of his. I thought among other things that he didn’t have the grace to give the proper credit for his team’s successes to those who for most of the last years actually have been running things.

But my real antipathy toward him stems from an incident involving my youngest son, who as a budding player was invited to Paterno’s elite summer camp and came back angry and dismayed to report being snubbed when he and other attendees approached the great man to say hello.

If the Pennsylvania Aattorney General’s report can be believed, and there is no reason not to, Paterno was informed in 2002 by a graduate assistant who said he saw the defensive leader, Sandusky, abusing a 10-year-old boy in the locker room.

Paterno informed the athletic director but no one told the proper authorities. It seems obvious the school was more concerned about the potential damage to its program than the welfare of the youngsters. They reportedly just told him not to bring anymore kids around the football program.

That callous disregard can be expected to cost the university big time. Two of the officials, the vice president for finance and the athletic director, allegedly have been charged with perjury and failing to report a crime. Meanwhile, the university’s president foolishly issued a statement supporting the two officials.

Paterno has not been charged, but the impact of this is nearly as bad for him as if he had been, considering the depravity of the situation and his failure to personally take the case to law enforcement officials.

I couldn’t help but compare this to a widely reported case involving a 26-year-old man convicted in Florida the other day of having pornographic images of children on his computer. It was his first arrest, he had no record of any kind, and there was no evidence that he had ever been accused of molesting any one, child or adult. He was given life imprisonment without parole solely on the basis of having downloading the images.

He had turned down an offer to plead guilty in exchange for a 20-year term. So the prosecutor filed more serious charges. His sentence was exactly the same as is expected for a murderer recently convicted in an unbelievably brutal slaying of a yoga-store employee here.

If he had abused or molested a child, the young man would have been given a much lighter sentence. The judge’s startling ruling, based on the argument that anyone downloading these images is guilty of furthering the depraved child porn industry, is being appealed.

In the Penn State case, Sandusky faces a long time in prison if convicted. It may be a life sentence, given that he is 67. He is out on $100,000 bond. I would have made it $1 million.

But the troubling question remains as to the responsibility, morally and legally, of those who aided and abetted his despicable actions by remaining silent.

No mitigating explanation of any kind would be acceptable from any of them. There might be a tendency to excuse Paterno because of his age. But if his mental faculties are good enough to run a major college football program, they’re good enough to know right from wrong.

How sad for the coach who has stayed around too long.

You learn a lot about people when they have to make tough choices. When told about a child being raped in his locker room by one of this coaches and friends, Paterno didn’t ask about the child. He went to his boss and reported ‘something’ about Sandusky and ‘horseplay’ or some bullshit. He then washed his hands of the matter. Watching Penn State operate this week, one realizes that that the rape of children is secondary to the university when measured against the football program. The coverup is huge and the scandal is unprecedented – the worst in college sports history. Even today, the administration refuses to act. Shame forever on Penn State.

For the horse has left the barn.

But, let’s briefly revisit our system of justice.

Joe Pa is an icon. A hero. Beloved my many. A famous person. With money and power. He won somethng like 300 games!! Ohhh, ahhhh!

Therefore, he won’t go to prison. Because there are seperate rules for us, and rules for them.

Another example of how taking the short term “win”, in this case covering up for a pedophile to win football games, totally fucks up the long term gain, in this case the reputation of Paterno who would otherwise be a football coaching freakin’ legend.

The soul and center of what is wrong with this country, soul and center.

Maybe him and Joe were having a fling for 9 years. Sandusky dressed up like a women, and Joe can barely see. Imagine the horror when Joe found out it was a man.

Why do they let child molesters live? If ever there was a reason for capital punishment, that would be it.

In related news …

yesterdays HuffPost has a story about two homo penguins needing to be separated … after 6 years of Gay Penguin Love. Fuckin’ tragic!

================

The planned separation of a “gay” penguin couple at the Toronto Zoo is causing a commotion both among zoologists and the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender media.

As the Toronto Star is reporting, Buddy and Pedro have not only been inseparable, but have also shown signs of traditional mating behaviors. Bred in captivity, 10-year-old Pedro and Buddy, 20, came to Toronto from zoos in the U.S. as part of a popular African penguin exhibit which opened at the zoo in May, and formed a connection as members of a “bachelor flock,” according to the Star. “It’s a complicated issue, but they seem to be in a loving relationship of some sort,” said Joe Torzsok, chair of the Toronto zoo board.

Wow, this story tells me everything about Paterno’s true character. He clearly has no morals or principles. To witness a child being molested and be able to hide the truth from the public for this long is absolutely disgusting. May God have mercy on his soul.

What is going on with today’s society? Our so called “role models” (athletes, celebrities, etc.) are cheaters and liars. Our so called great athletes are being exposed for cheating their way to glory. Celebrities who have whored their life to fame (Kardashian Family) are setting the worst example for our young females. Politicians are cheating on their wives with hookers and taking bribes in order to inflate their ego. Everyone is trying to take the shortcut in life at any cost. I feel like the morality of this country continues to fall as our economy continues to fall. I hope this correlation changes soon since our economy has a lot further to fall.

Death would be to easy.

Create an ass fucking machine. Take each guilty person, also take each person who knew about the abuse yet covered it up. Sentence them to a daily ass fucking to the point of unconsciousness. Spend all night bringing them back, just to repeat this the next day, until they are ass fucked in half.

Stucky is correct, no one high up in the Penn State organization will go to jail. The taxpayer will foot the bill for some rehab, then Joe will get a TV job and all will be forgotten.
Except for the nameless and faceless children who’s lives are destroyed.

Goddamn them all.

I’m up in PA today chilling at the Nemacolin resort (http://www.nemacolin.com)…as I await my third trip to the spa in as many days, yes my day is better than yours.

While I was waiting on my massage yesterday, I saw the article about Penn St. in the USA Today. My first thought was Admin was going to have a fucking aneurysm. When I tuned into TBP this morning I was not surprised to see this post, or his take on it.

I think it is perfect symmetry; however, that Jo Pa, one week removed from breaking the Div I record for lifetime wins, may have all of that glory and honor shredded by this horrific story. To me that is reaping what you have sown. He brushed it under the rug and forgot about it for his own short term selfish gain. A virtuous man would have protected the children, and by and large after a year of disruption and healing would have had a new defensive coordinator, a sterling program, and the surety to all fans and parents that his priorities for his program were rock solid.

Now, if the allegations are true, he will find himself drug through the slime, fired, and maybe in jail. The best part is that his whole life’s work will be essentially destroyed. He could have embezzled a 100 million dollars and after a few years people would forget it over the magnificence of his accomplishment as a coach and leader. But turn a blind eye to ass raping a 10 year old boy (and maybe many more over 15 years) and there is no forgiveness.

I’m with AWD. I would welcome a horrible death for a child predator. Cull that bullshit from the flock.

With sadness for the evil done to children in this world,
Sonic

PS. If that were my kid, the courts wouldn’t have to trouble themselves with the case. No need to try a dead man even if you can find what’s left of the body.

Those who think otherwise have not taken the time to read the grand jury report. The police investigated Sandusky’s molestation activities BACK IN 1998 for christ’s sake. There is no way Paterno didn’t know of Sandusky’s deviance… he chose to look the other way.

Read the grand jury report. It is sickening.

As a side note, I always wondered why Sandusky retired in 1999 at the top of his game/ earning capacity… now I know.

Have you ever met someone who was sexually abused as a child?

I have.

They are damaged souls who never really experience unrelenting joy – ever again.

There are moments when they are able to forget the pain and humiliation. But the moments are fleeting.

The horrific memories always return. They can never really forget. Drugs, alcohol, promiscuous sex fail to dull the pain.

These monsters destroy their victims lives.

The molesters are psychopaths. They are predators who meticulously plan how to molest their targets and never experience a twinge of remorse or regret. Preying on children is the worst kind of evil.

Joe Pa may have a winning record – but he does not have a conscience.

Anyone who knew about these crimes and failed to stop them should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Crimes that are never reported to outside authorities; rapes, thefts, assaults and more.

Colleges have been allowed to operate with government money and completely above any law. Special rules for special people.

As for Paterno, this doesn’t surprise me much. The great and powerful have no thoughts beyond their own sphere of influence. Unless, of course, they can pretend to be “giving” and use their greatness to acquire more greatness.

And millions and millions of people work (collectively) millions and millions of hours to support all this bullshit.

Has anybody watched the Herman Cain Denial Tour aired about an hour ago?

He denies EVERYTHING. He claims he NEVER had ANY kind of innapropriate sexual encounter EVER.

So, there were never any legal settlements involving sexual misconduct? So, a lady gives detailed accounts corroborated by TWO sworn affidavits from 3rd parties, yet she is lying. Plus three other women (so far) make similar claims but they are all liars. He is the only one telling the truth.

Yes, I hate the fucker. No, I actually don’t give a fuck where he planted his hands, weenie, whatever a decade ago. It’s not about sex, as far as I am concerned. It’s about HONESTY. It’s about CREDIBILITY.

Thus far, I find the comments, with Admin at the head of this pitchfork crowd, to be very disturbing. It reminds me of the Wild West mentality when a horse thief was caught. “We’ll give him a proper trial and hang him.”

The media frenzy is thus far successfully trying to draw Paterno into the very epicenter of this horrid scandal, and horrid it is. But the question of Paterno’s “responsibility” to report more of this to authorities, which he certainly did in his grand jury testimony, is STILL WAY OPEN TO QUESTION, SPECIFICALLY WHAT EXACTLY DID PATERNO KNOW?

“Paterno wasn’t charged, and the grand jury report didn’t implicate him in wrongdoing. His son Scott, an attorney who helped his father draft the statement, said in a phone interview Sunday evening that his father didn’t know the severity of the alleged crimes until he read the grand jury’s findings Saturday.

According to the statement released Saturday by Pennsylvania attorney general Linda Kelly, the grand jury found that in March 2002, a then-graduate assistant (Mike McQueary, a former Nittany Lions quarterback who is now a fulltime assistant), witnessed Sandusky sexually assaulting an underage boy in the showers in the Lasch Football Building. According to Kelly, the graduate assistant went to Paterno’s home “to explain what he had seen.”

But Paterno said in his statement that McQueary had not been specific with him.

“As my grand jury testimony stated,” Joe Paterno said in the statement, “I was informed in 2002 by an assistant coach that he had witnessed an incident in the shower of our locker room facility. It was obvious that the witness was distraught over what he saw, but he at no time related to me the very specific actions contained in the Grand Jury report. Regardless, it was clear that the witness saw something inappropriate involving Mr. Sandusky. As Coach Sandusky was retired from our coaching staff at that time, I referred the matter to university administrators.”

Everyone on this site is ready to try and convict Paterno before all the details are out. I’m not. Nor would I want any of you fuckers sitting in the jury box should I be on trial for anything. Anything.

I think there’s gonna be lots more to this story as the days and weeks drone on..

Did you read about the DA who met with Sandusky and the Penn State Cops 7 years ago?

He supposedly investigated the case and determined there wasn’t enough evidence to proceed. So no charges would be filed.

Shortly thereafter, he disappeared. At first, his girlfriend thought he just wanted to get away and be alone. After several days passed, they sent out a search party. They found his laptop in a lake with the hard drive missing. They never recovered his body.

He was declared legally dead just last week.

Weird. Could be connected to the whole ugly affair – or not.

This story is far from over…

“McQueary sees a naked Sandusky in the shower with his dick up a 10 year old boy’s ass and wasn’t specific when telling Paterno?” We don’t know what McQueary said to Paterno. Yeah, it’s just that simple. We don’t know.

Stucky said,

“I don’t really give a shit what Joe pa said in a statement.” Paterno said it to a grand jury UNDER OATH. If he’s lying, that’s perjury. The last person to have gotten away with that is Bill Clinton. I’m trying to make a point here, but I forgot what it was.
