Catching an arrow in MID-FLIGHT … and shooting it back. Also amazing.

hmmmm …. I was sure Billy would comment on this thread …. even thought about him first when I saw the vid.
Thought maybe he would tell us about when he was in the 431st Airborne Bow&Arrow Division, and how they dropped him over Iraq during Desert Storm I, and how he shot dead 43 Iraqi’s while still at 10,000 feet, …. with a bow that he hand-carved from a standing redwood tree, mounted with a modified Bushmaster scope he designed while boinking a camel in 135 degree heat the day before.
But, I guess I was wrong.

Wow, thanks stucky. I have always been interested in this type of person, the virtuoso so to speak, the person who devotes himself to one thing and one thing only and is really good at it. Especially since I am the opposite type. Ricky jay is another kind of virtuoso In the realm of magic. That guy is a real nut job but have you seen his act? It’s incredible. Bobby Fischer is another in the world of chess. I remember reading that he as a boy would read chess mags (!) instead of his school books which would drive his mother insane. And that he would play himself on many different boards in his bedroom to the exclusion of everything else.
I remember also that he liked big tits and money.

I wonder how many times he tried to split the flying arrow in half b4 he was successful. 10, 100, or 1000?

Doesn’t matter. How many people could even do it 1 in 10,000 tries … even pros?
A gun would be almost useless against this guy!
