Yeah, man, that IS some kind of wonderful. Very groovy. I’m digging it.
Ten Years After was another decent band of that era. Few know about them … they never get air time on oldies station. This instrumental clip sounds like it could be part of a Clint Eastwood spaghetti western
Grand Funk went through a lot of changes from 1969 to 1976 (their last LP before the initial breakup) but put out great music during their first phase too (“I’m Your Captain”, “Mr. Limousine Driver”, killer remake of “Inside Looking Out”, etc). Their last LP before the breakup, “Good Singin’ Good Playin'” (produced by Frank Zappa) didn’t make much of a splash at the time but is really underrated, as is 1975’s “Born to Die”.

Stucky,
I have loved Ten Years After since the first time I heard them in the late 1970’s as a teenager. Alvin Lee was one of the great all time rock and roll guitarists died about 2 years ago. Cricklewood Green, one of the greatest albums most people have never heard of:

Not bad for a guy who was about 67 when this was recorded.

+100 I saw them in Madison Square Garden in 1969, when I was 16 years old … my first concert ever, and I loved it.
Stucky I kept waiting for the lyrics. Lol
