PANAMA CITY, Fla. – Two college students have been charged with sexually attacking a woman on a crowded Florida beach filled with spring break revelers who apparently did nothing to stop it, authorities said.
Delonte’ Martistee, 22, and Ryan Austin Calhoun, 23, were arrested Friday and charged with sexual battery by multiple perpetrators, according to the Bay County Sheriff’s Office.
The attack, recorded on a cellphone video, happened sometime March 10-12 in Panama City, Bay County Sheriff Frank McKeithen said at a news conference. Authorities learned of the assault when police in Troy, Alabama, discovered the video while investigating a shooting.
McKeithen described the recording as the “most disgusting, sickening thing” he had ever seen. Several men can be seen surrounding an incapacitated woman on a beach chair.
“This is happening in broad daylight with hundreds of people seeing and hearing what is happening, and they are more concerned about spilling their beer than somebody being raped,” he said. The sheriff said he expected investigators will make additional arrests.
This is the state of the union, and it’s not good.
I’m thinking Judge Lynch needs to be on the case…

The only way this came to light is the investigation of the shooting incident by the vibrant youts uncovered this video. There are thousands more like it floating around on the net. The youth of this country have witnessed and partook of so depravity on a daily basis that it’s now becoem the norm.
This sort of abuse is not only happens everyday, but is celebrated by feral culture .

Orrden Williams, Jr., the man seen in the surveillance footage being beaten, told the station that one of the kids “sucker punched” him. He had reportedly been helping an older woman to her car, after saying that she didn’t feel safe when the crowd began coming into the parking lot.

1. Are these increasingly publicized and impossible-to-ignore events new, or just better known now?
2. Has the risk of a person fitting (fill in the blank with YOUR attributes) description being victimized by (fill in the blank:feral youths, cops, etc.) changed, and if so, how?
3. What percentage of a subgroup (race, age, etc.) actively engage in antisocial actions?
The truth is, we don’t really know the definitive answers to any of these questions. What we DO know is that our assumptions about the answers are rapidly changing.
This is the very definition of a change to the Dominant Narrative. Where before we risked being fired or socially ostracized for so much as THINKING about the relationship between race and crime, the New Narrative is absolutely FOCUSING on it.
I tend to think we were lied to before, and the new information is still a misrepresentation of reality. Narratives aren’t about reality, they’re about feelings. Reality is that race aside, people should ALWAYS be engaged in seeing to their own physical security. People should NEVER place themselves in clearly vulnerable positions. People should ALWAYS realize that a subset of their fellow men (and women) are predators. People should ALWAYS reject collectivist cattle-calls to embrace vulnerability and extend their trust to those for whom they should have little.
“We Are The World” is gone. What is coming is a complete inversion of it. Right or wrong, this is what is happening. Plan accordingly.

Those perpetrators, who are obviously privileged white males since no one else would oppress women in such a horrible way, have awfully dark tans. I guess they are so privileged that they had spent weeks on the beach before getting around to doing some oppressin’.
@dc: good insights as usual. The powers that be / elites / social change types thrive on conflict, and it could be that some of them are turning the conflict direction 180 degrees, perhaps because anti-racism had become so dominant that they were struggling to generate conflict through the old means.
I suspect that some level of these crimes has always been occurring, but, admittedly without data, I also suspect it’s getting much worse, quickly, under Obama et al.
I was formerly “morning man” and program director at Panama City Beach’s #1 FM Rock Radio Station back in the late 70’s. I know a lot has changed since then but the biggest conflict back then was TPTB wanted to attract more “family friendly” visitors and the beach businesses wanted the kids, namely because they would lavishly spend money. Business couldn’t make it on the “Christian family archetype”. Of course we Radio people did all we could to encourage kids within reach or our massive 100,000 watt signal up in the Panhandle, South Alabama & South Georgia to come to the beach. We were like a lite bulb to a swarm of insects. Even back then Panama City Beach was known as a party town. We sponsored PCB’s first Rock concert on the beach (featuring Head East, video below), during which the chief of police had the back window of his car smashed by a motorcycle helmet and another deputy’s car was stolen. The chief brought us into his office (supposedly to give us a tongue lashing) but he was actually relieved that nothing worse occurred. Nothing in this video surprises me one iota; looks like things haven’t changed that much. I DO think advent of smartphones to document such events makes it seem there is more crime, But as I recall every Summer a couple of Girls would get raped and we would lose a couple or three kids to the rip currents.
