In a Perfect World, police and judicial authorities who commit crimes would face automatic DOUBLING of prison time at sentencing, no possibility of parole or probation (straight time), seizure of all properties/assets and a lifetime prohibition on ever working again for a government agency.
More serious crimes would be punished by public execution.
Let’s start making this a Perfect World right now!

There must have been extenuating circumstances, he was probably getting a text about a crime… or a donut sale.
He probably wrote a ticket for the guy in the truck because he “interfered with police duties” when he thoughtlessly was in he cops path.
